Travon is the best in the auto care center. Been there for a while and he knows his stuff.

Bill, Gary, Chris and Brandon were very professional, and provided a positive and peaceful environment for the customers. Despite previous reviews, the men were very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about car and tire care. I enjoyed the short wait time and customer service I received. That being said, I have only had my tires on now for 24 hours and I must say no complaints thus far. Thank you guys and you rock!
Arrived at 9:15 am. Was told it would take 2 and 1/2 hours for the standard oil change and to fix a slow leaking tire. Three and a half hours later I was told the car was ready to go only to find that the interior vacuum (part of the standard service) was obviously not completed despite the invoice saying it was. So...I am still waiting while service is now being done. Manager Dave was apologetic and blamed a poorly working vacuum and the loss of a nonworking tire bay. He seemed as frustrated as I was. Walmart needs to invest in equipment and additional staff at this location.Update: 3 hrs and 43 minutes later, I am finally out the door.
It took 2hr for an oil change. When they are done, I drove the car like a mile and smoke came out of the hood. Stopped and looked under the hood. He spilled a lot of oil onto the engine and left some kind of plastic on it which melted immediately. Dont waste your time and money. Take you car somewhere else for service.
Service technician Brian was Awesome very friendly and helpful . This location needs more like him.
Like all Wal-Marts the auto center is a long wait...thats everywhere. The service was good and the price for a synthetic oil change is morw than half the price at ither places. This location is one of the better ones. Fyi get there early and go on a weekday.
I had a nail in my tire all week trying to get a new tire I ordered from Walmart online (cheaper to order it myself rather the store) and delivered to the St. Peters Wal-Mart. I stopped by st. Peters 3 days in a row once my tire arrived, they were busy. I got my tire and decided to go BACK to chesterfield location. They are very nice, not crowded like st Peters and my tire was mounted and finished under 30 mins. Thx Chesterfield guys!

Took 15mins to be help, me and my car were the only customers. Customer service was ok, took an hour lomger than promised
Worst service you can get anywhere. Jon the tech is rude and incompetent. Got there today at 8 am 2nd in line. I asked for an oil change and free tree rotation. Told Jon I purchase my tires there and he look up my phone number to confirm They said come back in 1 hr which I did. I did not see my car in bay and asked where it was. Service guy said what type of car and I told him. He said your car is next. I waited another 30 minutes and finally asked where is my car. He pulled up the ticket and said my car had been done for 30 minutes. As they rang me out I ask did you do the tire rotation. They said NO it was be another 60 minute wait. After 3 hrs in Walmart on Sunday moring my car was done. I asked did you vacum out the seats and the Snippy Jon said YES. I get in the car the seats were NOT vaccumed. I went back into the dreaded auto center and said the seats were not vacuummed. The tech come out to the parking lot throws the chain to the bay across and pulls my car in to vaccum.. THey did not clean the windshield which is part of the lube special. I leff came home and call the walmart store manager to complain and I been on hold for 30 minutes because the walmart operatore is saying the Store Mangager is not answering his page. This was my first time purchasing tires at a Walmart becuase the offered free rotation and emgerency tire service. It is not worth it. The 2 people in the waiting room were both saying the same thing. Terrible service attitude,. Terrible Work ethics Terrrible experience.

Terrible customer service. I was told Id have my flat on my work truck fixed by the afternoon and Id get a phone call when its ready. 6:30 comes around and no phone call, so I gave them a call. I spent 25 minutes trying to get ahold of their department or a manager to see if my truck was finished... no answer... I tried to call them 3 more times the next day still no answer. When I asked them why wouldnt they answer the phone, they replied they were busy, dispite the fact that, at time of drop off and pick up, there was nobody even at the counter.Bottom line. Terrible customer service.
Nobody there for the 1st 10 minutes then when they showed up they were too busy to wait on me for the next 10 minutes finally left.
Sunday scheduled and posted OPEN 8AM for Auto Service Oil Change. Insufficient staff/ techs available to work car.Customer irate called previously was advised 8AM.NOT open till 9 !!Poor service!10 AFTER 9 Still, not open bay. Staff confused.No idea what is going on. Going to Valvoline down the road in future.
No one at the counter to take my money and give me my truck. This is a joke.
Calling to see if my car is available and no one answers the phone. I keep getting transferred and the phone rings and rings ... would be nice to know when you close or if my car is even ready for pickup.
Your hour is to 11PM today (check online). I came at 8:45 and you were closed.
