The lot is very tight. Really have to work to maneuvers your semi into the dock. Other than that, freindly staff and pretty quick

They are not honest to do business with, at least the service department. The guy Randy gave me the quote at $250 after I asked the total, but he very rudely denied at the moment of picking up. He said the $250 he promised was on top of the $100 fundamental service, even though I clearly asked what was the total. So I ended up paying $350. I am gonna stay far far away from this place, and I wish you guys do the same. There shouldnt be a place for the dishonest business to survive.

A month to be able to look at a skid steer thats under warranty. A MONTH! Buy elsewhere unless you can afford to be down for months when your warrantied equipment breaks.

They will sell what you cannot use to make a sale. A wasted $14,000 downtime drain. The manager does not stand behind misinformation. Would NEVER go to Heavy Duty!!!!!!

Bad, slow, rude and expensive customer service. Cost me almost six hundred dollars to fix a carburetor on my lawn mower. it took more than 5 weeks! the service department is not very nice! They rarely call back like they promised.I complained to the manager in writing with no response. I highly discorage anyone from doing business with this company.

Great place to buy mowers and trailers. Joe, Gregg, Dan and the parts guys are great. I have purchased 2 trailers, exmark mower and some trimmers and blowers from these guys and have been extremely happy. Great prices and excellent customer service.

Terrible experience. Having talked in length to a Kabota Sales person about my yard, I called Heavy Duty Equipment (HDE) to tell them I wanted them to look at my yard and I wanted to buy a Kabota GR series mower. The sales guy told me they were on order and would arrive in a couple days. He took down my name and # and said he would call me in minutes to tell me what date they would be in. He never called back. 2 messages for 2 different sales people and a week later, still no returned calls. I decided to visit to get help since they werent calling me back.I went in and talked to the first guy who told me they were talking about me this morning and that nothing was on order; making me wonder why they could talk about me but not give me a call back. I was also told the product was not on order. The first sales guy was incredibly condescending and actually didnt know his product. He implies I am an idiot, scolded me, and kept telling me my wants in a mower were wrong (I could have a mower and attachments) and that I should check out this less expensive mower over there. If this person had listened to a word I said or had any knowledge of the products he was selling, he would have realized that the cub cadet is speced for an angle no greater than 15º and my lawn was 22º (he was trying to sell me a product the manufacturer doesnt recommend on my lawn due to a safety hazard).While in the middle of talking with me, he meets with another customer and pawns me off on someone else. This person provides pricing and arranges to meet me at my house the next morning and confirms with their manager it is ok.The next morning comes and he doesnt show up. I call after he is 30 minutes late and am told he is on the way to my house and they would have him call me. 1 hour later (1.5 hours after the appointment) he calls to tell me his manager called him last night to tell him he couldnt come to my house due to a meeting with Kabota from Japan that morning he had to attend.I talk to him that morning and he tells me he can come out tomorrow and he would talk to his boss later who is meeting with Kabota right now (a meeting he told me earlier he had to be in but was not???). Of course, he never called me back.I ended up calling Schweissguth Brothers Inc who supported me same day of my call. I come to find out that the options and pricing HDE gave me were false. Options I was told I could have dont come with the model in question and their pricing was too good to be true.In summary, terrible customer service, canceled appointments without calling, false information conveyed to customer, no knowledge of Kabota or cub cadet products, no desire to help a customer out, etc. I would avoid like the plague. Seriously, this was an easy sale and they did everything they could to screw it up. I have no plans to ever visit them again and would strongly encourage anyone reading this review to find another Kabota or mower dealer as this one isnt worth your time, energy or money.
