I came in shortly before closing and was helped by Mario. I needed a bulb for a brake light and new windshield wipers but didnt know where to look or what would fit my car. Mario not only found the parts that would fit my car, he also replaced my brake light and wipers for me!! He was so friendly and helpful, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back the next time I need car parts.

Mario is the nicest man! He didnt hesitate to take my old brakes, calipers, etc. and oil when I needed somewhere to dispose of them. He went as far as to come my truck and put it all on a cart so I didnt even lift a finger. Its refreshing to encounter a happy man who genuinely wants to help.

I normally go to autozone in O’Fallon, simply because I live closer to it. I decided to go here because of how the day was planned. I sat in the car for a moment while my boyfriend went to ask for a battery test. Almost immediately a man came out and helped check the battery, show us the results (some won’t), show me all the options and pricing and the customer service manager also helped through this process. “Little Sean” or Sean Jones, and Mario went above and beyond to help out my friends and I. The two of them stayed with us in the cold for over an hour and helped us problem solve to figure out exactly where the radiator leak was, and didn’t rest till they get safe with us leaving. Sean led the charge and helped us the entire time. The team is incredibly valuable and deserves the utmost praise.

TLDR version. Best customer service and interaction I think I have ever received anywhere, not just Autozone.I don’t leave reviews but what these guys at Autozone did for me I have to share.I was about a mile away from the Autozone store, at the Vet down the road getting medicine for my dog. I leave the vet, get in my car, and my car would not start. Tried jumping it multiple times and the battery was just absolutely fried.I have absolutely no tools to remove the battery with me and everything I own is, obviously, at my home 45 minutes away. I call autozone and speak with someone and ask if there’s any possible way that If I bought a battery if they could accompany me back to my car to help me change it since I had no tools with me and would have cost me $200 to tow my car half a mile to their store. The person told me that they really wished they could, but their corporate would fire them for leaving the store. I wasn’t mad I completely understood.So back to trying to jump my battery.After another hour of attempts, My wife and I arrive at the Chesterfield autozone About 45 minutes from closing time my wife and I talk to Anjum. We purchase the battery and i explain again my situation and ask if there was any way we could borrow a wrench or a socket, anything so I could replace my battery. I was trying to not have to drive home, get tools, come back and replace the battery, as it was already almost 9.Anjum asked his supervisor Mario, if I could borrow a wrench to change my battery and explained my situation. Mario sat for a second and looked up and clarified that we were less than a mile away and told Anjum to come with us replace my battery, basically breaking corporates rules to help me.This truly was the best I have ever been treated. These guys basically risked getting not only chewed out but possibly let go, to go above and beyond to help me. I could not be more grateful.Anjum and Mario, seriously thank you. I’d probably still be stuck there at that vet if it wasn’t for y’all.

The store was easy to find. There were plenty of parking space. The store was well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to find my parts when they inputted my car model and year. I wasnt sure how to install my cabin filter and one of staff came out to my car to help me. I always have good experience with autozone.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about cars and car parts. They have an extreme amount of patience with people who have no knowledge about automobiles. The staff is extremely friendly and the establishment was very clean inside and outside.

I love coming to this AutoZone in Chesterfield Valley. Most of the employees are exceptionally informative on the needs of your vehicle and what it is that you are looking for. I enjoyed the fact that they come out and look at the check engine lights and help you resolve problems. If it is a quick easy fix they are more than happy to take care of the issue for you.

The people here are so helpful and so quick to get your parts! And of course theyll help you do basic mechanic work (like changing lights, blinkers, windshield wipers, and filling fluids) if you ask nicely. The building isnt even a year old yet so its nice and clean inside and everything is nicely organized. Its the nicest AutoZone Ive been in before.

Just opened June 2017. The place still smells new. Very clean place and very friendly staff. The managers are extremely knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction for the issue our car was having. Highly recommended!!!

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. I came to this location to purchase a magnetic spark plug socket after spending hours at Lowe’s. This location has all the tools I needed for my DIY job. Don’t waste your time going to any general store.

Been here several times. They are located conveniently in the valley right around the corner from where i work. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Other than that though the sales tax in Chesterfield is over 9% so i paid almost $20 in taxes on a $160 battery. If you can go to an Autozone in a municipality with a lower tax rate. Just sayin.
