Great products but shipping issues/follow-up could be better. I placed an order 3+ wks go by and never heard anything, nothing was mentioned on the website for the items I purchased about shipping constraints. Called and they said yeah, we have those, we should get those shipped out to you. You think? Received them a week and a half later. Id expect better communication.If there are shipping constraints/issues they need to be honest with the consumer. I ordered glass on 2 Feb and waited almost 5 months to get but per the website, it was 4-6 wk less backlog. They did offer to refund my money though.
