Gus is always nice and accommodating, but they need people on the phone. I had to drive there to make an appointment because nobody picks up the phone. I tried calling in the morning though the afternoon but no luck. I’d still go back there since they have the most competitive pricing in the area.
Although they were short staffed they set proper expectations, were friendly and accommodating. My car did not take long at all. I definitely will be back.
Stopped in to pick up oil change supplies. Way better prices than the auto supply store down the road.

Ive had my oil changed here out of habit and its always been fine. Today I went to see if I could get new tires. The employee I spoke with moved at a very leisurely pace (to put it nicely. Im a patient person.).The thing that really got me is that the employee checked the computer and talked with a co-worker and ANOTHER customer about MY car. I was standing off to the side because the other customer was at the counter when I came in. I couldnt hear everything they were saying and didnt want to interrupt if it was about his vehicle. I did hear the co-worker tell the employee there were just one or two people working today. The employee and I went back outside and I was told they cant replace it because They (the co-worker and CUSTOMER who were inside the whole time) said the rim is bent.. I asked where the rim was bent and was told Well, I cant see what they were talking about but we dont have the right tires anyway..I took my business to a nearby tire place. They also didnt have the tires in stock but ordered them in and set up an appointment with me tomorrow so I dont have to wait any longer than necessary. The customer service there was a complete 180 from what I got at Walmart.
What an awesome experience . John and Griff were very nice and truthful about the wait time. They had me back on the road in no time. Oh did I mention they were also short handed. Thanks again!
Great service from the clerks when coming in and then through the checkout process. I get my oil changes done here. The technician James was super nice and professional.
I came here May, 31 2019 after having a rude experience at the Walmart Autocare Center on first Colonial. All the staff were VERY nice and kindly replaced my tire while explaining to me why it couldnt be patched since there was wall damage after I ran over a nail. Ms. Melissa in particular was friendly and extremely hard working! Even though it was a good wait, she helped make it enjoyable! I watched her run out, car after car, in summer heat helping everyone to the best of her abilities and was impressed with her work ethic.
Showed up like normal to have oil changes. Guess they changed how it works and require an appointment to have an oil change now. So I call for the appointment set up thinking since they have no cars in line or the bay that they would say we can do it now. NOPE. Next available is in a week. Guess they don’t want service.
Went in this morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel injection service. Received a call back about 90 minutes later and was told that the tech, Eric, couldn’t get the oil filter off so therefore couldn’t change my oil. Was provided with a list of other businesses that would do the oil change. However, when I asked if they couldn’t do it at Walmart, why would the other companies be able to do it, was told, ”I don’t know Mam”. I was informed that my oil level was low and told I would have to put in more oil myself as they would not do that either but they would call me when the remainder of the work was done. Very shortly thereafter, I received a call from technician Eric who stated he didn’t realize I had already been called about the issue. I called back 5 hours later to inquire when my car would be done and was told that Eric reported that I had declined the other services. I explained that was not true whatsoever. My whole day was wasted and I will be contacting the manager and corporate. I can’t get my day back and I still have to take my car elsewhere. But now I know I will never use them again for anything which is very disappointing as I have always received professional and courteous service from other Walmarts in the past.
Completely incompetent. Says opens at 7. 6 people waiting there at 735 and no one around. Employee even looks over at us and proceeds to continue whatever she was doing without asking if we needed any help. Cars lined up outside needing work done and no one around. Complete and utter waste of time. One employee said they open at 7, another said 8. Either way, should have had an employee there checking people in. I wouldnt trust these people to even install a wiper blade, much less the 4 brand new tires I was going to purchase today.
Will definitely call corporate for such unprofessionalism!Stay away!Worst customer service!Had a flat tire and was not even given the chance to talk.The store close at 7 pm, we get there at 4:30 pm and we were told they don t take any more customer and we were ask to leave by one of the lady working there.We went around the corner made a call and were told they stop taking costumer at 5:00 pm and it s was 4 :43pm.Ive had some bad customer service experiences before but this one is the worst!
Sat in the car waiting for over 15 minutes to get an oil change, only 1 car in front of me. No greetings from any of their employees they even made eye contact and when addressed they walked away like they didnt want to be bother.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited for about 20 minutes for the manager to walk by and say nothing to the line of customers waiting at the counter. Eventually a lady came back and was just down right nasty to all of the customers in line. Will never go here for help again.
Wont even answer the phone. Must not need my business.
I went to this store on Sunday to get license plates put on. Shout out to MELISSA & the Auto Center for kind, fast service.
Took my car in for an oil change here, as it was conveniently on my way home. Turns out I had no oil in my car that was showing on my dipstick, and because of that the refused to change the oil. Told me I needed to go to the dealership and have the engine checked. So I drove across town to do so, only to be told that was stupid, and if there were anything wrong it would be obvious. Bonus for me, the dealership charged twice as walmart, so I got to pay more to.
Went in to purchase car battery, they tell me i need 3 new tires when i had bought 2 new ones and passed my vehicle inspection recently. These people are crooks and pry on women. One of the workers tried to get me to sign a paper stating what they claim they found wrong with my tires. I refused to sign. Stay away from this place.

Customer service was appalling. The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude towards us. Will be calling corporate to inform them on this disgusting behavior.
A bunch of flunkies working here who shouldnt be allowed to touch your vehicle. Rude employees including the manager. I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know of my experience there. Avoid this place at all costs.
They refused to change my oil because the guy was too short to reach the dipstick. My truck isnt that tall.
