Al Rudd has a great selection of european parts. A little slow and a little unorganized, but the customer service is great and makes up for it. I had to write this after dealing with the terrible customer service from the Bryant junkyard down the road.

Always, awesome customer service experience. Very patient and understanding with my automotive concerns and questions. I love that they double check to make sure Im purchasing the correct parts. They are only used automotive part store that sells zero calorie Monsters(which Im addicted too). Great with returns as well!

Worst people to do business with in the 757. They are liars and thieves. Do not trust them with your foreigner vehicle. Run.

Good pricing generally on BMW parts (used and some new). Getting them on the phone is challenging - one man show for the most part.

Great customer service, the people are very friendly and respectful over the phone in person, and their prices are definitely affordable, especially compared to other junkyards and used auto parts stores Ive interacted with. Will definitely be my first call next time I need a part!

Called Al rudd looking for a fender for a vehicle, they did not indeed have what i was looking for but the representative on the phone was helpful enough to drop a line on a fender locally at another auto parts facility. he was very helpful. will deff make my first call to al rudd from here on out when in search of any auto parts.

They had a party I needed that no one else in the area had. Was cheap too.
