The part I needed was only available at Napa or on Amazon. I didnt trust Amazon so I went with Napa.The part I got is messing up immediately.The cost difference was about $300. So I feel like I wasted $300 I could have saved money on the part buying from Amazon and had easier returns. I dont have the time to let my vehicle cool down in their parking lot enough to remove the old part and I dont have another vehicle to bring the part up to the store.So Im driving my vehicle with a messing up part hoping I dont blow my motor.

Expert help;. Our battery died in front of my doctors office. Young Man came to bring us a battery from 10-15 miles away. Very professional! Have dellt with NAPA closer home but this was more than an hour away. Recommend Highly.

Customer service is great. We always get helped in a quick and efficient manor. Ladies behind the counter know there stuff. Always seem to have what we bed for our F350 in stock at decent prices. AAA discount is a great advantage. Online and in store price may vary.

Excellent. I went here and had a nice experience with the staff.I was looking for a particular screw for my vehicle and we were able to find it; they didnt have any on-location but they ordered them and I came back later and picked them up (they arrived within about an hour or so, nice!). I was expecting it to be a few days so that was fantastic. They were friendly and went above and beyond to help.Im not in this area often but I would definitely recommend coming here.

Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Probably the best auto parts chain in Hampton Roads.Edit: Docked a star since they sold me the wrong oil filter for my car. If AutoZone wasnt open until 10:00 pm I wouldve had to pull the old nasty filter out of the dirty oil and put it back on the car until I could get the correct filter.
