Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond their job to help me out. My car had broken down and the safest place I could get it was advance autoparts. I came in distress not knowing what to do and the lady cashier tried to see if she could see the issue. She gave her advice even gave me a few ideas on where to take it. She called a friend to see if they could help see what the problem was. When I went in the store to buy some coolant and a soda I wasnt treated like some foolish female who had no idea about cars. They were all gracious and kind. I am incredibly thankful.

The lady that my husband worked with on our van was very nice. She was informative and caring. We will visit this place again if we are in town and need help. I highly recommend this place!

The employees here are extremely helpful. 4 people in particular David, Josh, Lori and edgard really know what they are doing. David is the advance man. Anything that is on there computer that man has in his head and more. He knows all. Josh did whatever he could to get me what I need and really made miracle happen. Seriously outstanding customer service. Lori and Edgar really know their stuff. Never been to a advance where they knew so much and were will to apply to what you need accomplish. Truly impressed

Ive been going to this advance auto for years. The service is spectacular, Lorie and Tom are my favorites, but the entire staff has been great. Advance honors their warranties better than any other auto parts store Ive been to, and I always check to see if they have what I need before going anywhere else

Came in for an exhaust manifold for a 2006 f250, that had it in stock, personable people, in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

They were open early, which I appreciated greatly. Their prices are about average. They didnt have a small container of anti-freeze, but their selection is otherwise varied.

I used to be a AutoZone person but after they ripped me off and going to back to advance I realized thats where I should have been going all alone all because your parts are cheaper does not mean that they are just as good as advance

Had problems with a fuse to my auxiliary n my break light was out ...I don’t know much about cars.....so I found everyone there to be very helpful but the manager Jeff went the extra mile in helping me find the right fuse while his coworker was very vague and insisted I would have to go to the dealership for my make n model🙄....I really appreciate him saving me the time n hassle... sometimes it’s the small things that makes a persons day... thanks Jeff
