Sick as a dog, I crawled in for a covid test. Luckily it was not. But the staff made the whole experience pleasant and easy. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and referred me to a website, explained how everything worked, and how the rest goes. Upon arrival they have you call and check in, then a nurse comes out to your car and does the test. I was stressed about it seeing pictures of giant swabs that go down into your throat but this test barely went down the nostril at all. The nurse was calm and didnt mind explaining things as she went along. Overall a great experience. I pass them all the time and I will make a habit to visit when Im better.

I am disabled. I have a 24 hour window to pick up some medications. Tile pharmacy is only open 4 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday. These hours dont work for me. Instead of changing pharmacys they agreed to have them ready for me on fridays. After about a month they refused to help, going back on their word or flat out lying. I must maintain a strict schedule being disabled and will now take me about a week to get back on track due to Tile pharmacy being unable to stand by their word. I switched to Walgreens and i couldnt be happier.

Fantastic unique gift shop and the staff is incredible!

After reading reviews I spoke to staff by phone and then went in and was greeted wonderfully and have decided to move all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. They get to you quickly. Answer any questions and additionally have a great selection of gift items and basic supplies. Really a gem in Cheektowaga/WNY!

A pleasure to deal with this pharmacy. You can usually find all prescriptions here even ones that are out of the ordinary. It is a nice neighborhood business. I have been going here for 15 years and it is wonderful to walk in and everyone knows who you are. They are very helpful with questions and explaining new medications to you.If you choose to wait to get a prescription filled there is [plenty] of great gifts to browse at.I recommend this local business and encourage you to give them a chance!

The whole store stinks like old lady and potpourri. I stopped in for Mucinex for my son but for $17 (lol) you can keep it until you go out of business which is hopefully isnt long.
