Terrible place to go to!!!!! I went to so many different fantastic sams locations and always get the same haircut. And I decided to stop at this one on my way home..... Waited about 30 mins, then when she looked at my hair I told her the style I wanted and she refused to cut my hair because she claims my heads flat and the style wouldnt match my head shape. Fantastic sams on french here I come!!! Ever go to the one on french ask for Sarah!!

Little Asian lady was great but overwhelmed as she was the only person working she had only been there for 1 month. Poor thing had endless people and no breaks. Shame on the owner.

I have been there alot ! Pretty good hair stylists there on ressler & clinton street in cheektowaga New York ! Even though I get #1brushcuts all the time ! The only bad thing is they are closed alot ! Going today for a brushcut I need it !hair is out of whack!!! Hopefully they are open !

Friendly staff. Excellent cuts they take their time. They are usually open when I decide to go. I dont like to schedule appointments for hair. And when I go I am fussy. In the sense. I am looking for something different than most. They are patient and do a fabulous job.

Lynn took great care of me and my hair turned out fabulous!! If you are looking for a spiral perm go see Lynn; shes a speed roller too. My hair is long & thick, I was in & out within 3 & a half hours!! You will not be disappointed!

Went to get a cut and color...loved the color but the hair cut was terrible nothing I asked for and it looked choppy and uneven. Ive gone there many times with no problems but the last few times was terrible with the cut and it was the same person. I even had a picture of what I wanted and well lets just say I wont go back again.

Like a previous reviewer said, do not let the manager do your hair. Wait for Paige. Get an appointment with Paige. With anyone but the manager. She botched my hair badly. Even now, nearly a month after the fact, it still has yet to grow back to a comfortable length. Not only doe she not pay attention to what the customer wants, she had the audacity to charge more due to getting it wrong.I will never return. Not even for Paige. The manager is a hopeless wreck who cant even get a clients name right, let alone the hairstyle thats wanted. Stay away from her.

Decent haircut

My girlfriend got her hair cut here and completely messed it up. She is so upset about her hair. It’s not even and it looks absolutely horrible. Do not go here. We will never return back.

If ever you come, to this branch, do not, I repeat Do not have your hair done by the (so called) Manager, she will wreck your hair like she did mine. The first time, I went there, I was not at all satisfied so I went back 30 minutes after doing my hair, they were already closed even though it says on their written schedule on the door that they would be open. I went back Monday, but the woman who met me said she cant do it and if I can wait for the Manager who did my hair. So, out she comes and I do not know why she does not know inverted bob, Maybe she did not go to school for this. So I sat there and when she finished I went home to check my hair because here, they dont have enough lighting too. She totally wrecked my hair, so please dont go there or if you go there, do not let the Manager do it, because she is dumb as brick. Maybe she needs the money that is why she volunteers to cut hair even if the real pro is there. To the owner of this place, please change the manager for your own good. Your store has poor performance because of this idiot.

At some times, people dont recommend others getting haircuts here, but the one located in the Value Plaza, I recommend checking out.
