I don’t ever write reviews but for this I will. I would like to begin by saying that I am a cancer patient. I came to this store to buy a wig and I walked out with 3 and a handful of products and goodies. The staff here are so kind and sweet, they made my experience so welcoming and sweet. The gentleman in the wig section took his time and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I had nice conversation while shopping and Ended up walking out crying but I good cry. The men here are compassionate and absolutely kind, courteous and helpful. When your dealt with a lot in life, a good experience like this helps a lot. It really does. Thank you so much for help today Hair Saga and i encourage anyone who’s looking for a new look to check them out. They will go beyond to meet your needs. First time in the store. Staff are welcoming, had no intention of purchasing anything.. but ended up spending more then I expected. So much inventory and fun to look at all the hair and wigs. They do carry a large variety of masks and at very good prices. They offer tape ins in the brand I use which is amazing so now I don’t have to order them.. price was amazing compared to what I’ve been paying. Cashier who cashed me out was phenomenal and had positive attitude and great personality. I am very appreciative that it’s also LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. My girlfriend and I have been to other hair shops in the city and they’ve been very rude and not so welcoming to us. I can see why this store is highly rated. I will definitely be back. Typical hair and beauty supply store for African Americans. The store has a large assortment of weaves and other hair extensions. Also if your looking for hair supplies for men, they have a nice section containing different types of brushes, durags, and clippers.

My wife shops here all the time. The men who work here are courteous, kind Professional and very respectful. The have a lot of things that other store don’t usually have. Largest mask selection I’ve ever seen and priced reasonably. Thank you guys for a exceptional experience.

Very clean, near and organized and competent workers. I can stay all day and never get tired. You don’t get that “hawk” feels when you shop. I love the guys who work here. They are always professional And kind even though they be some rude and very disrespectful customers. They always keep their posture and try to deescalate the Problem even though it was never ignited by them. I command them for their loyalty. I was shocked at how one customer earlier spoke to them...loud and very obnoxious and made very ignorant comments. Nevertheless, they handled it well and very professional even though ironically the lady claimed that they was not. Love you guys and will always support because they are good to me.

My girlfriend is always in there. She loves the store so much we are usually in there 2x/week. I’ve made couple purchases-although the men section is not as large as the females. I was able to find what I needed. The workers are however very nice and professional.

I’ve been shopping here since they first opened and they’ve always been great. They haven’t disappointed me so far. I think they have the best customer service in town; your never followed or made to feel like you’re watched which is respectful because not everyone is out here trying to steal. I think they have best prices in my opinion. Store is always clean and neat.. never messy and always well stock. If you need something that’s not on the shelf, they usually will go to the back and get it from the back. Crochet hair is always on sale and I’m not sure why but their hair is better quality then the competitor. They’ll always have my business..and they support local business which I think is amazing! ❤️❤️

Great store. Excellent customer service. Happen to walk in earlier during which one of the customer was complaining to the store guys..fussing and being loud about wanting to exchange a wig that was used. The clerk explained briefly why they don’t take used wigs back and made sure she understood. She didn’t care and kept cursing while at the same time, held up the line... eventually the employee ended up giving her a credit toward a new purchase. The situation was defused within minutes and I command them on such high professionalism.. they’ve always been good to me and I’ve never been disappointed. Always a comfortable shopping experience. Golden rule #1 if shop and they care for you, stick with them. Won’t shop anywhere else.

If you are looking for some good hair, this is your to go spot. The selection is massive and they are always-stocked. I don’t have to worry about items being sold out which is great. Service is excellent. I never had a problem with them. They always have deals on their hair and they have a pretty large selection so hair color.

Went through they drive-thru today and OMG they was so fast and friendly. I was in and out under 10 minutes. They definitely have a system that works plus as always friendly service and great prices. Thank you for opening up.. took a while but it’s was definitely worth it!

Referred by a close friend for hair extensions for my wife. Greeted by everyone the moment we walked in. Amazing customer service and very friendly. Staff were very knowledgeable about their products and were more happy to assist. Well stocked, clean and organized store. Mostly for females with some men products. Overall pleasant experience and will definitely be back.

Visited the store for the first time today. Employees were very nice and made sure I found what i was looking for. Customer service was great and they have a large selection of hair extensions. I used to go a hair shop on Bailey but this is much closer toWhere I live which is a plus. Prices are much lower then what I’ve paid hopefully the quality of hair is good too.. although my friend has tried their tape ins and she’s been happy with them. Well see how it goes, other then that great place to for hair. I will be back.

Love their hair selection. They carry almost everything! They are also very good with Covid-19 compliance. Provides free masks to customers if they need it for free.I forgot mine in my car once, they quickly advised me to have one on. Hand sanitizer are also provided to customers at the door and when you check out. Also very considerate. The store also enforces Covid-19 regulations to customers pertaining to mask wear and social distancing which I found to be reassuring considering their is a pandemic going on, I’ve been to other beauty supply stores in the area and they do not.. which is in my opinion very alarming and unsafe. What’s more alarming is that store owners don’t enforce the rules... but this store does and I greatly appreciate that they are aware of the safety of their customer and employee. Other then that, great place to shop at and reasonably priced items. Will definitely be back and will recommend to my family and friend,

I visited the store for the first time on 6/18. This was my first time coming and happened to drive by. So I decided to go in. I am so glade I did. I walked in and first thing I noticed is that the greeted me with a smile and “hello”, “how are you” which I thought was very nice and courteous.They had free masks and hand sanitizer for use; again very thoughtful! Nevertheless, I walked through the store and again another young gentlemen greeted me and asked if I need help. I replied with a “no” and assured me if I did, he was there. So far so good. I then grabbed a pair of lashes and some hair products and made my way to cash out. Over the counter l stood a very kind gentlemen, He began cashing me out and once more asked me how I was doing and if I was having a good day. I told them that I wasn’t and he begin to listen and try to comfort me.. this was beyond what I expected.. he empathized even though we’ve never met and made feel better. I walked out of that store in tears because on that day I really wasn’t myself and needed that push. He did just that. I don’t ever write reviews and quit frankly i only support black owned business- but this store is beautiful- because of its staff members. I’ wish I had taken that gentlemen’s name because he did make an impact on me. Thank You Hair Saga and staff. I love the fact that you are automatically greeted with “hello” when you walk through the door. The workers really care about their customers and make it extreme efforts to assist in any way or form. This is the only hair store I’ve known so far that opens exactly 8 am daily and on time. I’ve been to other hair store in the area which say they open at the time and really don’t. Being someone who is always busy, this time is perfect for me because I can never get to the store in the evening. So I give them 5 star for that. But overall the excellent service is what really draw me to this location. And they have better deals.

I can only say great things about this store. Let me tell you, I went in yesterday looking for some bundles. The staff were so helpful and very knowledgeable about their hair and hair care products. Price was really good and they have so many choices... I was able to stay under budget and they felt good. Clean, organized and very well stocked store. Was in the other day. I had just finished picking up my stuff and got to the line to cash out. Standing patiently, i noticed one of the customer in front of me just being so rude and nasty. She didn’t like the fact that the prices did not run to her standard and what she wanted to pay. So instead of going to a different store, she instead complained and made a huge ruckus. Nevertheless, I just wanna commend the guy behind the counter for his patience with her. He handled the situation very professionally and kept his posture. I don’t know if I could’ve handled it like he did. Other then then that... service is always great and prices in my opinion are by far the lowest in town.

My go to store and they guys are the best!

Only one of the associates was friendly today. The other times I’ve been there, the people are usually quite nice and welcoming, but the 2 guys at the counter did not even pay attention or greet us when we got to the counter and kept on chewing their tobacco leaves. Even while the guy was cashing us out, not a word, not a smile. Kept conversing with the other guy behind the counter. I gave 3 stars because my other visits have all been satisfactory. Just not this one.

Great hair selection here! It took me forever to find silver crochet hair in town and to be honest they didnt have it the first time I came here. I am SO happy to say that theyve had it sick every visit since then. Lots of crochet options, wigs, braiding hair, weave and everything else. Just a great stock of product. I havent looked for Shea Moisture products yet since I stocked up so majorly last time I went to sallys but Id be surprised if they didnt carry an equally great stock of hair care products in addition to hair.

Went on 1/14, great selection to choose from for many things, friendly staff, clean store, great deals and prices. Better than their competitor Hair World aka Skys the limit.

I used to love coming here. But the last few times I visited, they didn’t have the things I was looking for. You wait forever for them to come out the back just for them to tell you they don’t have it. It’s hit or miss here. Hopefully they tighten up soon because they’re becoming a disappointment lately.

Once again, I dont shop at hair stores...I do my own hair and usually use most natural products. They did have a very wide variety of hair care products and different types of hair(bundles and wigs)...including human hair. They also sell scrubs and they hold up well. Great price.

I went there to look for wigs because my hair is thinning. I was absolutely clueless about what to do or what to buy. I wish I remembered the girls name who helped me. She was such a sweetheart. She helped me get all the right stuff to properly wear a wig and explained to me how to do it and what youtube videos to watch for tutorials. It was a way less embarrassing experience because of her.

I am kind of leery to shop at these clothing stores or hair places. I was about to go to the West Side to get hair color and my girl that lives on the West Side told me that she comes to the airport plaza to go to the hair Saga. I trust her. So I went to hair Saga store. And was amazed that everything was under a dollar as far as jewelry and necklaces. I continue further away I found all my hair color at a discount price. If you still in the store make sure you dont steal at all in this store they have guys on ladders watching your every move reminds me of living in New York City and I love it. Go get your mothers day presents at the store and that the manager whoever checks on you Lydia Cruz sent you have a blessed day

Prices are good, but you get no help from the store clerks, me being someone who dont put weave or extensions in my hair. Had no clue where I was going or what I was looking for. So I choose something hoping I bought the right thing.
