Terrible sevice never have anything ready and it been a whole week for my daughter meds And still nothing it could be life threatening And they’ll let you die please switch your pharmacy cause this place is horrible nothing good to say about this location oh then u call and complain nobody ever answer the phone

The managers here are rude and think they are above the people who come into the store. Rude and Arrogant!

Matt and other Pharmacist always goes above and beyond. The Pharmacists AND Pharmacy Technicians are always very professional, polite, friendly, treat us like family. I absolutely appreciate all the staff and commend them for all their hard work and with a smile during this Covid 19 crisis. Thank you to all of them from the bottom of my heart!

Ive been having my prescriptions filled here for 16 months. 20-25% of my generic Flonase bottles have been defective, delivering spray without the telltale floral scent or actual medicinal effects of the drug. When asked if a different generic could be provided at the next refill 30 days out, pharmacist was rude, unhelpful, and argumentative - suggesting alternatively that I should bring defective bottles in (which he then said he would NOT replace with functional nasal spray bottles) or contact the manufacturer of the PRESCRIPTION medicine which I need to control my allergies. When called out on his unhelpful behavior (12/1/2020, ~3:45-4:00pm), he claimed he was being very helpful and it shouldnt be too much to expect me to bring a defective bottle in, bearing in mind that hed already stated outright he wouldnt replace defective bottles.The techs are very lacking in knowledge, and turnover is extremely high. I dont think Ive ever seen the same tech twice. No automatic refill prescription has ever been ready by the time I go to pick it up on the day before the new prescription starts (the day of the last dose of the previous bottle). Every time Ive submitted a refill online, Ive specified my phone number and to receive a text when the rX is ready. To date, Ive received ZERO texts from Rite Aid letting me know my order is ready.Ill be changing to a different pharmacy, and Id strongly advise anyone considering this location or Rite Aid in general to select a different provider. The pharmacist and techs are not interested in helping customers get the medicine they need, and it shows very much.Edit: as can be seen below, Rite Aid has provided the usual canned response, indicating that I should waste more time trying to be helped by employees with zero interest in helping me. No, Rite Aid, I wont be doing that. Provide evidence of what youve done to both correct the process and discipline your employees, the pharmacist especially, and if your response is appropriate Ill be willing to listen.

I came in to the store and I had a cashier named Leah and she was so courteous and kind and helpful. I havent met a cashier like her in years she was so nice made my day!

The pharmacy they didn’t receive call

I normally come to this location maybe a handful of times for prescriptions. The wait times is normally a full day, so I suggest calling them with your prescription as early as possible. you can also do some light grocery shopping. My main reasons for coming to this store, is for the ATM (All point) as well as the candy section. Rite aide has alot of sales and discounts if you have the wellness card (free of charge). Employees, no matter what time of day it is, are always friendly and helpful.

If I could have given them NO stars, I would have!!! They suck!!! Their time management skills are horrible. Not to mention, whats the point of having a drive thru if u still have to sit for 30 mins...WITH NO CUSTOMERS IN OR OUT OF THE PHARMACY!!!!

The pharmacist Matt goes above and beyond for his patients. I can personally testify to this.

This rite aid is the worst rite Ive ever had to use they slow as hell, between the 3 of them in there they have an IQ of a blade of grass, I team of hamster could do a far better job

I only go there for discounts that I read in the paper I would not use them as a drug
