Went to Edd Kirbys Adventure Mitsubishi on a Friday looking for a used car worked with John to get a good used car but some how John and the team at Edd Kirbys Adventure Mitsubishi offered to get me a new 2021 Mirage. They gave me time to think about getting a new car and showed me the benefits. I really cant say how they where able get me approved for a new car but they did I called them today and pick up my car. John and team at Edd Kirbys Adventure Mitsubishi is awesome. Its great to find a dealership that has a great team of people. John is great he was laid back and easy to talk too. Went on Saturday to see what my options were on a trade in and right away I was greeted by Luis. Luis explained all the futures on the car along with providing the car history. Right away we went on a test drive. Luis was nothing, but kind and courteous. As a first time buyer I had so many questions and luckily Luis took the time to explain everything to me. Get $3000 over KBB for your trade in. Sounds too good to be true. What they dont tell you is that they add a $2200 addendum fee (service fee and dealer extras as well as a 25% mark up to the MSRP. So they want to sell you a $17000 dollar car for $5000 over sticker. There goes the $3000 over blue book plus another 2 grand. I felt like they thought I fell off of the turnip truck.

She came all the way to my house that was 25 minutes away and picked me up to take me back to the dealership. She then drove all the way to Rome, GA, 2 hours away, so my cosigner could sign his paperwork. All of the staff was very professional and polite. The process was quick and easy. I now have an amazing, dependable car for me and my daughter. They also worked hard to get my payments where I needed them. I hate car shopping but they made it much more enjoyable!

This is a response for the dealership that replied to me. There are just multiple things that are completely wrong including that it is very unprofessional to put personal information on a public platform. I see youve done it before and you did it to my husband and I too. I told the lady, who was very nice and professional at the time, that my husband was to be the cosigner, not me. You said you got us an approval with a low down payment on this response however, that is not what was told to us at the time we were in the store. She told us she could not get us approved, she told us if we came back with a cosigner we might be good to go. We informed her we didnt have one and we left. We were disappointed but we were not rude. We had proof of employment, so Im not sure what you are looking at. When all is said and done, this is my opinion and what I have rated your dealership. The saleswoman was very nice and professional but the dealership itself doesnt deserve more than one star and after this unprofessional response I would give it less if I could.

Broken windshield on 2022 model they wont replace . No paperwork at all on brand new vehicle . They will follow you to your home your bank for additional down-payment. Hopefully Dalton office can help . Sales girl made sales of month . One car she sold for 55000 is auction material now the brand new car needs windshield and paperwork . Again what is the intersection rate.

We was sold the wrong VIN the first time, the second time they sold us a car that needed over $2500 worth of work that needed to be done. Then we got a Equinox and it needed work. They said one thing is wrong then next day that was not what was wrong something else was wrong. So we came to the Chattanooga location, and the ladys are amazing they helped us get into a brand new car. I would not recommend going to the Dalton, GA location. I would recommend the Chattanooga office and make sure you ask for one the ladies. (Leigann, Gina, Merideth). THEY ARE AMAZING!
