Love love their service. These people are awesome! Doug Yates of Yates Towing actually gave me a mini tour while we were on our way to discount tire. Hes an awesome guy and so is discount tire personnel. What was wrong with my tire wasnt worth a payment and the guy told me that I was all set and I didnt pay one dime! I was shocked and elated! Thank you discount tire for your fast service and awesome personality. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. I will never forget you guys!

The only thing I did not like is how I cannot give them more than 5 stars. This is the second location I have been to and their businesses are just amazing. The way they treat their customers is exceptional. Most likely the best customer service I ha e ever seen in my life. If you go anywhere else, you will never get this good of service.

My wife knew discount tire from texas. They are the nicest shop ever. Very clean shop, they even have window and seat to see the work down on the car. We got help from Michael and that was a hell of a service. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Four tires change was done by the time we finished lunch next door. 80$ a tire and for a bill of 500$ with taxes, installation and warranty certificate. The cheapest around and the widest selection available in the shop. Also last detail, we just walked in, no appointment.

A big shout out to Steven (or Stephen), we came in from out of State and had some serious issues with the tire we bought from another Discount tire store. Steven was super nice and helpful and managed to get us a new set of tires within a couple hours with no notice.

Cleanest shop I’ve ever been to. They had the nicest guys and without a doubt the BEST PRICES!!! My wife said she stopped by for an air check and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff as they even shined her tires too!! I will not go anywhere else for my tires. The Discount Tire on Gunbarrel road was the best customer service experience I’ve had in years!! Josh that helped me find tires was very knowledgeable and answered every question I could think of for my Dodge Durango R/T, while still getting me a great deal on the tires I wanted!

Out shopping for a new set of tires and decided to stop at this easy to find location. Looks like a brand-new building service was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The tire prices were very good. Im going to shop around but I have a suspicion I will end up going back to this particular location. Maybe a little premature to say, but I would definitely recommend this place.

Not sure Im happy with the certificate program. You might as well be buying a new tire from scratch. Also, after buying high performance tires I wind up with a nail in my tire and I am told its not safely repairable. These are expensive tires by Michelin that are virtually new and youre giving me the its in the shoulder nonsense. That rubber is way too hard to just explode on the road. Went somewhere else and had tire repaired. Been driving ever sense. Something doesnt set right with me with the interaction with these guys.

My company car right rear tire hit a nail. Unfortunately, the location of the nail(at the edge between sidewall and tread) which make it not repairable.Good/great:1. The customer service. Just about every members of the discount tire team were super friendly.2. Price match. They will match anyones price.3. Thoughtfulness. The accident happened on 2 days before labor day, and I had to drive 10+ hours on labor day. Discount tire did not have the specific brand & model in stock. They install a loaner tire on my car (FREE) so that I can complete my trip. I came back 2 days after the labor day and they installed the tire I ordered.4. Facility is clean. Waiting area has water bottles for customers.5. Wait time is minimum as all discount tire team members are efficient. (Sorry, @ Walmart, you need to improve).Opportunities for improvement:Perhaps you can install a TV with some basic channels for customers while they wait.

I pulled up this man came to my car, got the tire out of my truck(the tire was for my princess), provided awesome customer service, and got me the best deal on a new tire. I had purchased two tires from Discount Tire Chattanooga several months ago and the price was fair and the service was wonderful. Today I had to go in after work with a large screw stuck in one of the tires. I had the tires insured and so there was no cost for a new tire other that 12 dollars and change to insure the new tire. The service was once again so great and very fast. I highly recommend Discount Tire Chattanooga.

The staff at this place are beyond exemplary! They helped me even though I just had 200 bucks and could only afford one rim and one tire. One of the associates, Ethan, even went as far as buying me an extra tire and surprised me while they were installing it. They didnt have to do that for me but they did. In times like these its been real hard for everyone but their kindness shined like a beacon of hope for humanity. This was the store on gunbarrel in Chattanooga if anyone wants to go support a company that helped a stranger. I will be back to this place and I will pay it forward. Ive been going to discount for 30+ years. Usually its a good experience. Now they have too much business and you need an appointment to get anything done.

Went this morning to get tire rotation. They were so friendly and helpful. There was no charge for this even though I didn’t get tires from them. They even replaced a bad lug nut at no charge. When I need tires I will be back to gunbarrell rd Tire Discounters. 6 stars

Our experience here was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and thorough. They gave us options and answered all of our questions. Since the tires were in stock, they got them put on and us out of there is less then 30 minutes.

Had to make an emergency stop to fix a low pressure tire only to find out there was a screw in it. They was able to patch it up and I was on my way.

After taking it to another location 3 times to get them balanced I took it to this location and Michael immediately ordered me a new tire and personally balanced my tires to make sure I was satisfied. They immediately got me in and were curtious. They gave me a good deal on the tires I was trying to trade in and got me out the door in less than an hour.

Most places listed the tires I needed as something you could order, they actually had what I needed on site. Went ahead and replaced all my tires, pretty good set up with replacement coverage. The fee for actually putting the tire on is also pretty good.

We had a wonderful customer service experience at this store! We were traveling from Indiana to Florida and realized that we had misplaced the lug nut key for our rims. We wanted to have one in case of any emergency on the road. I called my son who is a manager at a Discount Tire in Indiana and he told me the only place to find one was at a Discount Tire. So we stopped a this location and Joshua helped us out immediately and found us exactly what we needed. He was very friendly and got us on our way in no time!

Tire was leaking air- they said it was chrome peel.. I insisted it was something else.. they checked the tire and claimed to found nothing.. it was leaking fast and quickly.. I made it to atlanta almost.. and stoped at another discount tire and they told me they found a problem with the stem and associated parts and replaced it and leak stopped.. so this location highly not recommended cause they didnt want to do a simple check .. ended up costing me hours for nothing and this location where the other location actually found the problem and had it resolved and me back on the road in an hour!

The process from start to finish was east and quick! They acted like a pit crew to get my new tire on my car! Michael was super nice and it was a great team effort to get me out in 15 mins. Quick and fair service overall.

Friendly, helpful folks at this location. Joshua met every question with detailed information and kindness. The bonus services offered by Discount Tire are only surpassed by the attitude of their employees. Getting tires rotated is not an ideal way to spend 40 minutes, but these guys make it painless. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and water, and again, some of the nicest service pros Ive ever encountered. Highly recommend.

My husband took my car in because one of the tires was consistently losing air pressure. As soon as he pulled in Josh came out to greet him and take his information. In 15 minutes the tire was fixed (had a screw in it) and as a regular part of their service they also replaced the valve stem - all for free. I wish I could remember the name of the two gentleman working the front of the store today, they were both fantastic! Very quick service and the cheapest tires I could find by a wide margin. Great customer service. They helped me on my travels from Atlanta to Nashville when my tire went bad and my car was shaking before my tire had a blow out. They were attentive, pointed out the issue and helped change my tire quickly before heading on my way.

Michael and his team were amazing! I was moving and making a 10 hour drive. 1.5 hours into it I got a flat tire which happened to be two minutes before Discount Tire closed. Came in to fix a blowout on a tire. Upon their tire inspection they let me know how bald my tires were. Ended up just replacing all the tires. Had that done in about 35 minutes. Then my car battery was dead. One of the employees went and got their car with jumper cables and jump started my car. Really great staff. Professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing some tire service.

Arrived @ 813am on a Saturday morning, Michael met me at my truck, he and his staff jumped right on it. At 826am I left with nail removed and a tire rotation. First class all the way.
