Set up an appointment with Rachel and discussed drawings and pricing. Was able to make some changes while in their Showroom which also adjusted some pricing. Visit was pleasurable; I would recommend Rachel for an in-home consultation and for the follow-up visit in their Showroom.

We couldn’t be happier with our closet installation. Kim was so easy to work with. She came to my home and within a few days I went to the showroom and chose from three designs, made my selection and it was installed within a couple of weeks. The guys were extremely professional, wore face masks and booties and cleaned up after installation. We will definitely use them in the near future.

They were great with original design process and when they installed they basically built the bed onsite. They were perfectionists in building the crown molding and fitting it exactly In place. The bed is beautiful and is perfect in my husband’s home office!

Chattanooga Closets does a phenomenal job! The process was so smooth to design exactly what we wanted and got in our space. The install was the best experience we’ve ever had with work done in our home. They were face, neat, and made sure it was done properly. The even made sure everything was perfectly clean before leaving.

We contacted Chattanooga Closet to help us organize our master bedroom closet and kitchen pantry. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She came up with a design that provided more efficient storage capacity than we had, all in the same footprint.The installation team was very particular to give us a quality installation all while being very careful working in our house. The product is well made and professionally installed, therefor you may pay a little more than a do-it-yourself kit, but once installed, we are convinced we made a great decision. We truly love our new closet and pantry!

They were very experienced professionals from the beginning of the process which was a video call/walkthrough of my home through the installation. Heath came up with creative design solutions for my organization needs throughout my home. They always wore masks in my house and cleaned up everything immaculately. They installed 8 closets, cabinets in master bath and a large butler’s pantry. All the products are beautiful and expertly installed. I can’t recommend them enough.

We have used these guys twice now, custom closet with vanity and custom cabinets for the laundry room. Both results were better than expected. Clean efficient use of the space available. Professionally designed and installed. When completes they cleaned the work space and left. Highly recommend them to anyone needing custom cabinet work.

Heath did a great design job with the master walk-in closet and other closet locations and the installers were excellent. When a question came up, after the installers left, about adjusting bottom shelves up/down in the master walk-in closet, Heath came back the same day and showed us how to adjust the bottom shelves. We are very happy with the look and quality of the complete job.

When we called Chattanooga closet we had a good idea of what we wanted. Marleen Caldwell came out to Etowah (cant find many to come out here). We put together our ideas and hers, it is way better then we expected! The guys who installed them were very nice and professional. Everything was done and cleaned up before lunch. Yes they did vacuum. If you want more then you expect here they are.. one last thing, yes it is Real Wood... Are you kidding me? Nope..The best product the best installers. Thanks Marleen

This company delivered exactly as they quoted and were prompt and fast! The installer came out on the date agreed upon and he was polite and took care not to leave any mess around. The quality of work was excellent! When we first visited the showroom to look at the design, the quote for the whole room was more than we were prepared to pay so we asked if we could do half the room for now and they were very kind and agreed to the half room instead. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and ability to meet my individual needs for the room. I highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future.

Chattanooga Closet is no doubt one of the BEST contractors we have ever used. Sharon, the designer, worked with us for several hours giving invaluable information and ideas for creating our walk-in closet. The materials and installers arrived promptly when we were told they would and the installation was flawless. After two months the only flaw we discovered was that one of the drawer operators was not closing completely. We reported it to Sharon and it was repaired THAT SAME DAY. This closet has added a wonderful feature to our house and we are 100% happy with it. We would gladly recommend Chattanooga Closet to anyone.
