Window World just completed 13 windows for us. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the windows and the installation and price. Christian and his partner arrived on time, as promised and did a great job, above and beyond my expectations. We wanted a smaller window in a bedroom than was there and they managed to rebuild the wall perfectly! great skill levels shown throughout.

Very happy with the windows and with the installation. Martin did a great job and worked diligently to get the windows installed. He had an eye for detail and seemed to take pride in doing a good job. The results are great, improving the look of our house and will, no doubt, help reduce our heating bill. I would use Window World again. They were recommended to me by people I know and our results are above expectations.

We had windows installed about a month ago and we love them! Due to the pandemic, it look about 4 months to get them in but Window World was so easy to work with! As soon as the windows arrived, Window World was able to schedule installation right away! They made sure every thing was cleaned up and the old windows were hauled off once the job was finished! Eric Anderson, the owner of Window World went over and beyond to make sure the process of installing new windows in our home went smoothly. He also took the extra time to ensure replacing 9 feet exterior doors were done properly giving our house a more updated look. I am extremely happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend his company to anyone in the market for windows. This is the 5th time that I have used Window World and each and every time his sales people, installers, and office staff have all been very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

We had windows installed on July 5, 2021. We decided on Window World because we used them in the past and were happy with the outcome. This time however has left us disappointed. Although we do like the windows and the cost was reasonable, we gave 2 stars based on the installation. Although it was very speedy, I feel like the quality was lacking. We were left with quite a bit of damage to our window trim. I addressed concern to the installer and to the the person on the follow up call. The installer tried to caulk the windows the best that he could, but caulk can only go so far. Apparently it is in the fine print that damage can occur, so just be aware. We did not experience any damage in our previous experience, so it was unexpected. I also addressed the amount of debris and paint chips that were left on the ground outside. This was especially a concern since we were told by our salesman that precautions would be taken due to possibly having lead paint. I was told that a supervisor would contact us however two months later no one has addressed our concerns. I would suggest placing plastic on the ground to avoid this situation. We were planning on having WW replace the windows in our sunroom but we are now considering against it.

The young man who installed our windows was phenomenal!! He worked incredibly diligently and was very professional. The windows look awesome and the brake metal on the outside was top notch!

Placed our order in April this year and expected a long wait time due to covid.Finally got instant last week and the installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all trash and old windows.The windows are perfect! Could not be happier with the quality of the product and the installation! Very fair price and easy financing if you need it.Would definitely recommend!

So far, so good.Had a leak in a couple of windows after 8 years. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. I was notified a little later about the arrival date of the replacements. I plan to sell the house, so I asked for a copy of the transferable warranty, so they emailed it to me. I wish everything in life was this transparent and easy. Thanks!

Zero customer service and poor quality control. I had to reject my entire order after waiting five months. Sales person Steve sold me the windows then NEVER heard back from him. I always had to initiate the calls. Nobody did any follow up or follow through. Not one phone call, text or email. Placed order in early April, order came in two months late in late August. Out of the seven windows, five were damaged. I do not recommend this company to do business this. Very dissappointed.

We are very happy with our replacement windows. They really enhance the curb appeal of our house, and we could tell a difference in the sound and temperature insulating qualities right away. The crew that came for the installation was outstanding!

This is the second time I used Window World of Chattanooga. The first time several years ago, it was seamless. We bought a new house and the first thing we wanted was new windows. I had a great experience with Window World and I used them again to install 11 windows. The windows are great. There was some craftsmanship issues which were addressed during the install but to my satisfaction. Took a little while to replace shutters but they were replaced to my satisfaction

The initial installation was fast and professional. Although the Windows are very Green tinted and make the house dark. Now having issues having one window with an air leak repaired. I taped over visible cold air leak. Called and provided all info requested serial number of the specific window, location.(kitchen). Called in winter 6 months later installer brought new window but wasnt aware which window to replace. He left it uninstalled and instructed my husband how to install a heavy window that requires a ladder and he (my husband has use of one arm due to a stroke). I’ve called 2 times in past 3 weeks. No response from Service Dept.

We just had Window World Chattanooga come replace all our windows and put in a big picture window. Jonathan and Andy were great to work with - incredibly personable and friendly. In the process of a deck rebuild, one of my large window frames was damaged and needed replacing. All the windows in my 1969 home had been replaced by Window World several years ago. Since they did the original install, I called them for the repair. Not only did the owner, Eric, himself show up but he insisted that he would repair at N/C since I originally purchased the windows from Window World! He even had to purchase the materials to make this fix! Hes my Hero! Thank you Eric for such great service! Thanks to George too who originally sold me on this company!

From the sales representative, Steve, office lady, Misty and the installation was fantastic. It all was good. I had more face to face with the installation crew, George and the men that participated in the installation. The crew that put the windows in were really good people. They did an awesome job. The installers called to say they could be early if it was okay with me. So yes, timely, respectful, efficient and professional! It was a very hit day in the mid-90’s, and the window was in the sun. They worked quickly and steadily without lessening quality. They addressed my questions courteously. Very pleased customer here! And office followed up as well a few days later.

They replaced 15 windows in under 6 hours - thats moving!The 4000 series windows exceeded my expectations and have already noticed the heat/air runs less. No collateral damage from the installation process and cleanup was performed as it was being done. This was a very easy process from start to finish.Keep in mind that due to the covid pandemic wait time for your windows could be extended. It was worth the wait.

Other than the fact that they are very backed up and you have to wait a long time for the installation (which is obviously because they do a great job) - I am extremely happy with the work. It was an old house from the 40s with the original windows that were rottening upstairs. It was unbearably hot up there. I had insulation and HVAC experts come and quote me for new/expanded AC unit and more insulation to fix the problem. Thank God I held off - the windows ALONE have made the upstairs cool and comfortable and I spent less money. Very impressed and happy!

Great experience! George was our initial salesman and was very personable and friendly. We did have some confusion during our sales process, but to George’s credit he did come out a second time to make sure everyone was on the same page.Our window installation ended up being on the weekend as rain was expected all the following week. Imagine our surprise when we woke up on Saturday to snow. We assumed we would be rescheduled, but Andrew and his other installer were ready to go.Both gentleman were professional, friendly and made an absolute effort to be respectful of our home.I also have the absolute most annoyingly detailed oriented husband, and he is completely satisfied with the job done. It took two days to replace 17 windows, but the windows are perfect. We had a loose brick fall out during installation, and Andrew even restored it properly. At one point we even noticed him hammering some loose nails on our deck in to ensure our children didn’t step on them this summer.Our windows look awesome and I would highly recommend Andrew and team to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Window World was great! Their salesman, Steve, was great and worked with us on the timeline and what we wanted the windows to look like. The main benefit for me was that they were organized and their contractors who installed the windows were quality workers. Im a realtor so I have see a lot of windows installed in homes by different companies. One thing Ive learned is that it doesnt matter what window you have if its installed wrong. The contractors arrived on time, everything was level, properly sealed, none of the siding was damaged and the mess outside was cleaned up. Time will tell but I love that WW has a lifetime warranty! Happy customer.

Window world has installed several windows in our home over the last few years, the most recent was three picture windows in our living room. They are over the top excellent. They did what they said they would in the time frame requested and for less than expected. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

This was a great experience. We had new windows and vinyl siding both installed over that last few months. They gave us the best quote and the installation was excellent. Dealing with Jonathan and the office was amazing. The installers made a bit of a mess and didn’t clean up all of it afterwards. The windows are great and when one of them didn’t close back properly they sent someone out to fix it right away!

George Conway and the Installer Team (Andy) were professional, and did quality work when replacing our old 1960s aluminum/steel frames windows. George made the purchasing process easy and answered every question I had, as well as offered helpful feedback and options that worked for what we wanted. When installation day finally arrived, Andy and his crew took their time and care to disturb as little as possible which is hard to do when you are taking out old windows and putting in new ones working inside and outside. I would highly recommend to anyone toying with the idea of replacing their windows to specifically request George Conway.

I am extremely happy with my new windows. George was my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and broke down all the pricing for me. Window World installed 8 windows for me in Dalton did a very good job last year. A year later got them to also do another house in Dalton 8 more windows. Insulation was very bad. windows scratch up outside the painted trip around every window scratch up even the walls beat up. The was a of mess left form the windows inside the house. Sheet rock mud and trim for the remodel i was doing was used by them without permission. So make sure if your not there have every thing locked up.. they came out and looked said you just need to repaint and do all the cleaning. That i signed on the back paged that all this could happen well it did. Check around before you pick this company.

For a long while I thought about doing the windows myself to save some money. I’m so glad I DIDN’T. It was too important a job and better left to professionals. And they were just that from start to finish. Window World handled everything from sale to installation to the finishing work. Had I done it myself I know it would have been a long drawn out headache. In the end I’m VERY happy with my decision. No big hassle. Very nice windows. It was well worth it.

Great job of installing windows

This is our second home where we used Window World to replace our windows. Our first time was 6 years ago in Central Florida. WW products were great from both locations but customer service and follow up from the Chattanooga branch was not as good as the Orlando location. Very pleased with the product but customer service could have been a bit better.

Their product and sales team are fantastic. Great windows at a great price. Their installers are courteous and clean as well as quick. Be prepared to wait a while to get your new windows though and to struggle with communication between the folks who measure, who order, and who install. The process between sales and installation is pretty clunky and can be frustrating. Overall though, still a good company to do business with and we’d hire them again.

Window world salesperson George came to our home for a appointment. He was professional and courteous. After going through our home he made suggestions on the type of windows and cost. We bought 22 windows.. When the crew arrived on 12-11-2018. Lead man Matt along with Chuck and Trevor were very proficient with their time and not only completed the job in one day as opposed to two days which was the original plan. At completion they cleaned the job site and left it as they found it. We are very pleased with the salesman and installers and have recommended this company to friends.

We ordered 4 windows to replace in our kitchen, with the possibility of us doing the rest of the house (over 30 windows) if we were happy with the results. I stayed home from work today for the installation, and was disappointed when the truck showed up with windows that did not match what we ordered (solid beige vs white with beige outside). Thankfully I checked prior to the old windows being removed. Now we have to wait 3-4 weeks for new windows to be made and cross our fingers it is right next time. The Window World staff has been friendly through the process and competitive with pricing but I am starting to lose confidence. I will revise this review depending on the final outcome.Update: The windows eventually arrived and were installed, and look very nice. After installation when trying to clean the windows it was noticed that two of the sashes were scratched and the screens did not fit properly. Over a month later the replacements came in, and while the glass is now clear, they brought out beige screens instead of white. So now we have to wait another month or two to get correctly measured screens in the correct color. This is getting frustrating.Update: The new screens came. Correct color but now they are way too small. WTF?Update: Today the original salesperson came back out with the manufacturer rep with the latest batch of screens. They fit, and were the correct color! I do appreciate the continued follow up and willingness to work with me through the issues, and I am bumping the rating up to 4 stars now that there is resolution. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I just got off the phone with a member of your team. I called to find out when the siding would be installed on our home. The gentleman was busy and he called me back very promptly. Unfortunately that was when the pleasant phone call ended.He started out by telling me that he is not the person that came out to my house that he is the scheduler of the siding and wanted to get that straight. Seriously? I gave your company 10 grand and your business guy is going to jump on me for asking a question that I should have been kept informed of to begin with?I was taken aback and explained that I only wanted to know when our house would be started.His apology was I am just really busy and my adrenaline is like 100 right now. He did let me know that we are third on the list and the phone call wrapped up.Five minutes later I received a phone call from another associate to apologize for how the first one acted. I would have appreciated the attempt if he wasnt trying to laugh off the actions of the other gentleman.Seriously, I was almost in tears because of how rude your person was in the office. Now, dont get me wrong I am not a nit picky jerk of a customer, I like to have just as much fun as the next guy. But this is customer service!
