Nice friendly staff with some good sales
Purchased a ring two weeks ago (today is July 3) had to have it sized, staff said it would be ready today made two trips out to the store. Ring came back too small checked paperwork and it had correct size listed on request. Had to send back out to get proper size.
My experience was excellent! My sales associate was Patti and she was wonderful! She was very patient with me and help me choose out a ring for my wife to be! She was very caring about the budget I had set for myself. If you are looking for a ring for your loved one I highly recommend go see Patti. My husband attempted to make a purchase and the cashier said her system went down and he needed to side his debit card again. This resulted in 2 transactions being placed. He was told by an associate he would be called by a manager to resolve and never was, he was then told he had to come back and bring his bank statement. All this and they told him in yhe beginning it would be resolved in 3 days
Me and my husband experience is always good when we go there and Mrs pattie is there helping us always make sure were took care of and always welcome thanks.

My fiancé and I went here to find my new engagement ring and we had the best experience with brad! We talked for a bit first and it really felt like he got to know us and our interests and he was asking about our wedding as well and any specific styles we may be looking for. He made it so simple by the time he went to show us the ring because he had found the PERFECT one already. The first ring he ever showed me really clicked with me immediately and I knew it was the one. He worked with us to try and find us a great discount as well seeing as the ring was just out of our price range and he knew how important it was so me already. He did such an amazing job to find my ring within the first try especially because I’d already been to two other stores and tried on countless rings beforehand. He really just made the whole experience so pleasing and easy and I’m a hard one to please when it comes to rings. He went above and beyond for us and we even still stop by and see him after the purchase and he’s so sweet and asks us about our lives and catches up. I’m just so happy to have had the luck of meeting him and finding my forever ring. Big big thank you to brad!!
Terrible experience at this location. Horrible customer service. I was helped by an associate named Amber who was very rude and openly judgemental. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Horrible customer service. We were in the store for over 20 minutes before we were helped. The employees kept randomly stopping helping us and going off with other customers. We were originally told one price on a ring then I rang up $100 more. They told us it was the higher price take it or leave it. They blamed it on it being the employees second day. NEVER going there again and I do NOT reccomend them to anyone.
My husband and I went to Zales at Hamilton place last night. We walked in and was greeted by one of the Employees and was immediately helped. Few mins later She went on break and another girl helped us but she wasn’t really nice. She treated me like I wasn’t good enough to be there. When she asked how I was paying I told her the Zales credit card and my credit and she looked and said “really?” With this crazy look on her face. She then says you care if I check Your balance and so I said okay. She then checks the balance and says well I’ve never seen someone with such a low credit limit after that she started trying to rush us out of the store. I’ll never shop there again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I came in today the 9th of February and was not greeted when I walked in I was pretty much ignored knowing what I had in mind to purchase I walked over there and started looking at the watches. Then I women came up to me and said oh hey we have these for 25% off sale right now so if you want to see anything just let me know I sat there for a few minutes mulling over my options and then asked if I could see something the two women huffed and one stopped what she was doing and very rudely asked what I wanted to look at. After deciding she very half heartedly rung me up. I feel as if they didnt take me seriously as I am younger but I work in a commission based sales team who is taught to never discriminate upon appearance of a person and to not only help them and give them suggestions for what they are looking for but to also try to up sell them. (Which I was anticipating on spending more than $400 so she could have done that.) This staff could use some training on professionalism and selling techniques because they were rather lacking.

Less than helpful and unwilling to price match. Their price was $70 higher for the exact same ring not to mention I had to wait 20 mins for assistance.
