I ordered a necklace from you guys online. It should have gotten here today, so I check my tracking details only to find out that my order was canceled because the necklace being advertised is out of stock. So now I have no gift and have to wait 5 extra days to receive my money back. It would have been nice if it said out of stock on the website!
Always great service. They had remade a ring guard I had that was yellow gold into white gold along with my engagement ring. I have them severiced regularly.

The fact we purchased a high end ring, was sized that same day & received the ring back just as it was before was amazing!!! Jareds has a life long customer from now on.
I’ve been a customer of yours since July 15, 2010. At that time, I open a credit account with you, and for special occasions over the years, I came in to purchase jewelry specifically for my wife. Today (February 9, 2021), I received an alert from Credit Karma that my CB/Jared account was closed. This happened without warning but was obviously due to lack of recent activity (last purchase was on December 14, 2017). Since that date, I had a change in career that cut my income in half and now the recent COVID pandemic. So, unfortunately, I haven’t made a purchase recently, but I definitely wanted to keep an account active that was opened on July 15, 2010 and had a credit limit of $8,200 (this account closure will affect my credit score due to both the age of the account and the fact that it had a zero balance with that $8,200 limit).So, I called the creditor today. Strangely, they could not locate my account. How is that possible? Even if it was closed, there should be some record of it. As I mentioned in this letter, I have had an account since July 15, 2010, and Comenity Bank took over sometime in 2017. This definitely makes me nervous in an environment full of identify theft and fraud.Needless to say, this has ended my relationship with you. I will not grace the doors of Jared ever again. This is how seriously I take this kind of mistake.You may want to find another creditor to handle your financing options at the store moving forward.
Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to work with me and get the repairs done that was needed quickly with a very outstanding job.
After having what our warranty covered drastically misrepresented at purchase, the manager insisted on talking over me repeatedly and would only direct statements to my husband. Was not pleased and will not shop there again.
I will NEVER EVER walk or even crawl, if I had to, in that store AGAIN!!! They were so VERY RUDE!!! It pained me to be there. The people I spoke to were SNOBS and did NOT seem to care about me or what I was looking for. The one woman I did speak to was SO INAPROBALY dressed, it looked like she should have been working in some dive bar. NOT professional at all at what should be an upscale jewelry store. She GREATLY downgraded their reputation. And the elderly gentleman did NOT know what he was talking about. They tried to sell me a bracelet that was of NO quality. I have in the past purchased jewelry at Jareds, but NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! There are other jewelry stores out there and I VERY STRONGLY recommend that you go to another jewelry store. They will NEVER EVER see me again. Go to someone else. Im sure you wont regret it. They dont even deserve a one star rating.
My fiancee got her ring cleaned and inspected today, I couldnt believe the difference it made compared to home cleaning. Honestly looks as good as it did the day I bought it, maybe better, it was very noticeable difference.
On my recent visit to Jareds the staff was very rude and extremely condescending. My son who was with me even commented on the rudeness and he is 10. I have shopped here before and this was not the case, so I am not sure if they were making assumptions based on my dress (work out clothes) or if they were generally in a bad mood based on 2020 and the holidays.

I understand that with COVID there has been delays. However, the lack of communication is their biggest issue. No call on estimated time for repair. I call 3 months of them having my ring and was informed ring completion date was moved up to the November 20, even though I had never been notified of a completion date. I call back on the 30th and ring should be there in2-3 days. Week later I call and told they will look into it and call me back. No call back, so I call again to be informed that my ring will not be completed till December 20th. I will never use this company again. This is unacceptable.
I’ve been there twice actually so I’m hoping this is about Ana (Anna). She was very knowledgeable and was able to match my fiancé with a perfect wrap for her ring. Even though I could not be there she was able to facilitate the purchase through FaceTime with me which was an exceptional experience and if I could give her 1 million stars I definitely would!
My girlfriend and I first visited Jared a couple of weeks ago to browse their collection of engagement rings. After not seeing any pre-set rings that met our needs in terms of price, quality, and aesthetics, we were able to find a few loose diamonds and bands that (together) worked well. We wanted to conduct a bit of comparison shopping and thus didn’t make a purchase that day.We returned this past Saturday to browse once more after visiting some independently-owned jewelry stores in the area that... despite their own levels of stellar service and product quality... couldn’t match the selections available to us at Jared.Once again, we worked with Anna...and this time, also Levi... to look through and narrow down all of the available options until we found something that was -just- right for us. Anna and Levi patiently answered every question, showed us previews of what the finished ring would look like (based on different band + stone combinations), and never tried to steer us towards more expensive options in an effort to boost their sale.In fact, we were even able to find a ring guard / wedding band that will serve as a perfect complement to the engagement ring. Our only regret is not waiting til Black Friday for a potential sale. However, we couldn’t take a chance on those pieces not being available then... and thus know we made the right choice.Rest assured, I’ll be returning to Jared early next year to pick-out my own wedding band... and will be asking for Anna and Levi by name.
I want to SHOUT OUT a HUGE THANK YOU to Bobby, the store manager, and his team of jewelers who repaired and customized my wedding band that we bought at Kays! They were so helpful and went the extra mile for a customer who wasnt theirs, originally, but I definitely will be doing my shopping there from now on! Literally the WORST customer experience ever!!!!! I wish I knew this before my fiancé got my engagement ring from them. Anytime you go in they act as if you are bothering them. Every single person is rude and not helpful. During “Covid” they decided to stop cleaning rings for who knows what reason (I’m a dental hygienist, you can clean my ring if I can clean peoples teeth). Not to mention other jewelry stores still offered the service. They finally started cleaning them again and we are a WEEK away from the wedding so I needed a good cleaning. Called to see if the ring was ready 1 hour before it should have been since I was out that direction and the lady wouldn’t even go check to see, she said “they are behind, just come in at the time they told you”. If you are buying a wedding ring you have to deal with these people the rest of the marriage so I HIGHLY recommend a private owned store that actually cares about their customers!!
Anna is great!! My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Zales in the mall and after the horrible experience there I didn’t want to buy his ring there. I saw Jared’s and when we walked in Anna welcomed us and was so helpful! I ended up buying his ring, myself a ring and my mom and sister bought a ring has well!! Great place very helpful staff! Loved Anna will definitely be back!

I purchased a ring from their vault store at a discount. When I noticed an inclusion in the main diamond, I took it to the Galleria. They provided me with options to come to a satisfactory resolution, while keeping me as close to the original price I purchased the ring for. Very helpful team of people.
My wedding is tomorrow. My fiancé and I bought an engagement and wedding band from this place. They assured me that I would be able to get the band re sized before my wedding. I have been calling them every week For the past 3 months and they keep telling me they don’t know when they can. My engagement ring desperately needs to be cleaned and is missing a diamond. We have the lifetime warranty. Finally one guy told me he would give me a cleaning solution to use on my engagement ring so it could at least be clean before my wedding. When I picked up the solution, the lady acted like she was going to charge me for it until I explained the previous phone call. She finally gave me what she thought the man meant, which turned out to be some kind of solution that is suppoSed to be put into a machine. Obviously we do not have that machine. Neither one of my bands are terribly expensive, and they have treated my fiancé and I with an attitude each time we have went in. I am not sure if they are paid commission or not, but that could be why. My friend finally told me about markmans jewelry and when I went they re sized it for me in only a couple of days. They were so nice And wanted to make sure my band fit before my wedding, I could tell it was a priority. My engagement ring may still be a mess but at least my wedding band will fit. If your looking for rings, I would definitely recommend Markmans because of their Efficiency and excellent customer service.
I should not have to wait 20 minutes to just walk in, hand my rings over, and tell them I need to have my rings serviced/cleaned. You would think a person that has been coming to the same establishment for 4-5 years with the same product and same services would be able to walk in and within 5 minutes have a ticket in their hand. Not to mention every time I come in they have to dig to find the registration on one of my rings (under the same name, bought at a different time period- 4 years ago). Every single time. Its honestly disappointing.

Rude staff, went to get an appraisal for a ring purchased from there and get some jewelry cleaned, came back dirty (ordered my own ultrasonic while sitting there it was that bad) Wanted to look at wedding bands but no one offered help or assistance. 2 stars instead of one cause I do love my engagement ring, but I don’t particularly want to work with that staff again.

Anna at Jareds made the experience great, personable and enjoyable. She made me feel comfortable as I was making an expensive purchase and made the process as smooth as possible while figuring the best way to get the lowest price with the highest quality possible.
When we first walked in the lady did not want to help us. When she finally wondered over to us she told us they only had two of the bracelets that we wanted but not in the size we needed. I asked her about a charm and she pointed me in the direction it was in and then left to help someone else that came in AFTER us. She then stayed with them the entire time. We were fixing to leave when an older lady came to help us. Dont worry, she was just as snooty. She was more interested in the younger man that came in after us THAT ALREADY HAD SOMEONE HELPING HIM! She then asked if I was paying with cash or card? I told her cash. She expressed that it would easier for her if I used my card. So, after I put my card in she said well I guess I could do cash I was over her and her co-workers by then and was just ready to leave! Terrible experience! They treated us like we were beneath them! Never going back!
At the location in Hamilton county Tennessee, Levi was a sure pleasure. He worked so well with us and helped my husband and I find the perfect Christmas presents for our moms. He did great with everything, for sure deserves recognition.
The staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped around for months for an engagement ring that I truly loved. I couldnt find one anywhere for the price that I wanted so I went to Jared as a last resort. I thought that it would be extremely expensive and that I would eventually just end up settling for something I didnt want in the long run.I was wrong! Not only was it a wonderful selection to choose from but it was also extremely unique and exactly what I wanted! I love my engagement ring and I am going back to Jared soon to get our bands for the wedding!
Went in looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé, honestly not expecting us to find one. Anna was super helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We told her our price range and never once did she try to “push” us to go over. She was very patient with any questions we had and didn’t bat an eye that we are a same sex couple. We picked out a loose setting and diamond we liked but told her we were going to run around a little more to browse our options. When we returned to Jared’s a little while later she’d found an even more perfect diamond for us and even tried to have it ready for us that night. I ended up picking it up the next day and Anna greeted me by name. Wonderful experience, and my fiancé loves her ring. Thanks!
The salesmen went above and beyond to take care of my fiancé’s needs as he shopped for my engagement ring. I had given him a list of things that I liked in a ring and of course he could not seem to find one that even closely resembled what I had in mind. When he let them know what I wanted they allowed him to design a ring in store and pick every detail so that my ring was absolutely perfect and had everything on my list of ideas! It’s remarkable. The staff was far more helpful to him than some of the other stores. They also went out of their way to save him money on the ring and helped him in every way that they could. I am definitely happy and will be thanking them when I go in to get my ring cleaned.
Disappointed. I went in with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings for the first time expecting it to be fun and exciting. Instead it was awkward and a bit insulting. The sales woman was much more eager to get to price point questions and offer financing than showing us the rings we were interested in. When another customer came in she said she would do a bit of multitasking though she actually just decided to ignore us for the next ten minutes until we decided to leave.
The staff are very friendly and amazingly patient. With so many beautiful selections from which to choose, it was hard for me to decide exactly which necklace I wanted. But neither of the two ladies ever tired of asking me if I was ok. And they were kind enough to leave me to browse on my own as well. Jareds is the first place we go for fine jewelry.
I dropped off a watch here a few days ago and came back the next day to pick it up. Upon arrival, they let me try it but had not taken any links out of it. Due to the issue, they took the links out right then and did not charge me for the inconvience. Very pleased with the service from the two girls I dealt with and will go back for any other Watch or jewelry needs.
Great service. Came in with a small diamond missing from my setting. No questions asked they fixed the crooked setting and popped an new rock in there on the spot. John Lewis was great, asking for him by name next time.
Jenna is amazing! If you go (and you should!) ask for her. My boyfriend and I are were in a bit of a crunch to find an engagement ring before our move, and she was extremely helpful and sweet with everything! She sat us down and really listened to what we wanted, which is more than I can say for the other 4 jewelry stores we visited that day. She never pushed higher priced rings and really helped us stay within our budget. Go to Jared, then shop around at other places, and I swear youll be running back to Jared by the end of the day!
I went in to try to find something for my fiance as a wedding present. All other jewelry stores I had checked didnt have anything even close to what I was looking for. Within a minute, Cathy help me find the perfect gift. She was fantastic! Jared has been wonderful from the get-go. This location and a location in Houston, TX, where we purchased our wedding rings, have been beyond professional and courteous. There has not been any judgement toward our same-sex marriage, infact both stores have congratulated us enthusiastically. I recommend Jareds for all your jewelry needs.

I had a good experience when I bought the ring; wonderful help and very enthusiastic. I should’ve paid the total up front but decided to finance with no interest. Payment have been a total nightmare. I downloaded the Jared app and it didn’t take my account. Calling is ridiculous; so this last time I had to drive 20 miles to Pay in store because they don’t take payment over the phone. Do not finance!
First person we talked to spoke with us promptly. However, as soon as she discovered she wasnt going to make money off of our visit to get our ring cleaned, she ignored us and then went on break. The woman who cleaned our ring for us was friendly.

Every time I have been in this store I have had a horrible experience. The staff is extremely rude, condescendin, and unhelpful. I have had my rings held hostage over a question about an upgrade. One time we sat in the store for an hour before someone acknowledged us and when she went to get a key she started helping someone else. We were going to make a purchase but that didnt matter to the associates. We just ended up giving up and leaving. I will never set foot in this store again. I would rather drive hours where I know the staff is much friendlier and not condescending.
