Chris and Nichelle were so helpful in helping me choose my glasses. This was my second time shopping with them and am so glad they were there. They were so patient and helped me pick two pairs, clear and sunglasses. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was incredibly prompt and helpful. The ladies up front directed me to my eye exam and helped me with some opinions on glasses afterwards. Everyone was kind and human from start to finish which was incredibly comforting. I picked out some glasses I really loved and had a great time at my appointment. I will definitely be going here from now on.
Very friendly and great service. I have always preferred LensCrafters select of frames over the competitors. I previously looked at a smaller store and the cost was higher. LensCrafter had a much larger and better selection. I was very pleased with the helpful staff. Rachael was very friendly and attentive she made sure the frame I selected looked good on. Christopher was also very helpful. I felt like the staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be returning in the future.

In my 40+ years of buying, wearing and shopping for eyeglasses, Ive never found a more friendly and more knowledgeable group of people as I have at Lenscrafters in Hamiliton Place Mall.My wife and I have purchase no less than 8 pairs of glasses over the years from this location and we have been very pleased with every purchase.I would also like to recognize one particular individual, his name is Christopher. I myself, am pretty rough on my glasses, so I took in a pair, which I thought could never be saved. But Christopher, spent way more time and effort than I could ever have expected to save this pair for me. They were a pair of Ray-Bans, whose model is no longer made.So, even though, I purchased them there years ago, he took on the challenge and I want to give him and the staff there, my biggest thanks.

My husband and I both got glasses a couple of weeks ago from Lenscrafters in Woodstock GA. The service was poor and all of the glasses we ordered had issues. We decided to go to Lenscrafters in Chattanooga TN to see if we could get better help. Best idea ever! Michelle Trotter, the store manager, was friendly and directed us to Christopher Lee, who assisted us with our problems. Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable. He discovered the incorrect bifocal alignment with all three of the glasses we had received, and helped us to re-order new ones. He told us of several deals and options we were unaware of that enabled me to get the sunglasses I had originally wanted but was told I could not get. We bought an additional pair of glasses and made arrangements to come back and buy two more pair in the near future.
I showed up as soon as the store opened. The specialist that helped me was great. She knew exactly how to provide the help and information needed. I know that I can be difficult at times, Nichelle was extremely professional and showed patience with me for quite a while. She sold me two pair of glasses and provided (what I feel like was) honest feedback on how some of the frames did or didnt match my face. Overall experience was amazing and I will definitely be back to support this team. Thanks Nichelle Nolls!

I went in just for an adjustment on my ear pice. I’ve worn glasses for 35 years, and I new I just wanted my ear pieces bent, as I’m not new to wearing glasses. The man didn’t even listen to what I requested, immediately popped my lenses out and twisted the center of my frames around as he asked if I even bought them from there. I said No, but this pair, but I have spent thousands with LensCrafters, but from a different location. Which he said was even worse, as he’s still bending my glasses in all kinds of ways I didn’t want. I never asked him to do it for free anyway, but I know the other locations will do it free and be nice while doing it) I even expressed concern and reminded him that I just wanted my ears pieces turned in. He first cleaned them with a disposable wipe, then cleaned them with a NON disposable cloth - yes it’s still COVID time. Now my glasses are crooked, and squeezing in on my face . I really wanted a simple ears piece adjustment as I requested. I knew they didn’t feel right when I left, but I didn’t want him to bend them more. I felt this was the most rude experience in all my 35 years of glasses, and probably the first time I’ve ever written anything negative publicly, but it’s still bothering me that this happened.
Incredibly inefficient. Count on a wait time of 45 mins plus regardless of what you need. Lens Crafters should look into how to queue multiple lines and speed up the process. Workers seemed frustrated by the wait as much as we were! Lens crafters, please help individual sites speed up the process so they aren’t slammed when staff is low over the weekend.

The doctors and staff at the Bordash Eye Clinic are skilled, professional, and courteous. The staff at LensCrafters are equally helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection of frames is very good. The prices are reasonable.
I made an appointment over a month ago, they just called to inform me that the person I was scheduled to see is transferring to the Cleveland store 4 days before my appointment, so they just cancelled my appointment. Told me to call the northgate store, Northgate says they are just over 2 weeks out. No help or anything just a sorry. Yes they are (a sorry excuse for a business). I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

The staff have always been kind to me at both the office and the store. The clinical staff are knowledgeable enough that they are able to answer just about any question I have. The doctors are honest and well aware of the current trends in technology as well as the products available. He even talked with me at length about what glasses he would recommend for my new job which involves sitting at a computer most of the day. The staff in the store are awesome. One of the clerks even helped me go through multiple frame variations until we found the one that looked the best on me and fit perfectly when according to what style I wanted to wear. When I accidentally damaged those same glasses while traveling through Asia I took them there as soon as I got back and they were able to fix them so well it almost felt like I had just bought them. I highly recommend this place.

This is my second time using this location. Chris took care of me in 2018 as well as today. The ladies in the store were also helpful when I had trouble making my selection.
I was there a year ago and it is not as personable as it was then. I got my notification to pick up my glasses and I went in and the young lady seemed tired. (She was the same person that took care of me the evening before which was not a spectacular experience either. She said here are the glasses to choose from and she went back to stocking.) She went to adjust my new frames today and blistered the lens causing them to have to be redone. OK, stuff happens. So great customer service would look/sound like I am so sorry this happened. Let me get with the manager and see if we can get this corrected quickly for you. How it actually went, I messed the glasses up, sorry. She went to the door of the work area and I assume, the manager doing the duty of tech reprimands her where I can hear it for messing the lens up and tells her that it will be tomorrow because the machine is not working properly and they are behind (which was the same issue as to why I could not get the night before). So now I made a trip for nothing to the mall and have to wait yet another day with no real apology or sense of urgency shared on behalf of the customer. I realize I wont get a discount or anything extra because my insurance covered the cost a 100%, but then is the real value of the apology even more so to salvage a customer. Its a shame as the doctors office next door - Bordash Family Eye Center has maintained their same level of great service.
Eye exam went well. I picked out my frames and placed my order.A week later my glasses arrived I went to the store only to find out they ordered the wrong ones. So the store associate supposedly placed an order for the correct ones.I say supposedly because its been two since and I still havent received them. They called a few days ago to inform me that my glasses were sent to a store in Arizona, 3000 miles away.I will not do business with Lenscrafters again.
Dr. Montgomery is VERY nice. She did a WONDERFUL job with my eye exam and I was able to get some beautiful glasses in the glasses store on-site. The best part is that the eye exam office is open on weekends which is more convenient for me so I dont have to miss school.
Bad service evidently the place in Florida messed my glasses up and had to supposedly fix them again tomorrow will be 14 days I’ve heard nothing this is Hamilton place mall store in Chattanooga Tennessee eye ear optical is the way to go

Salesman sold me on anti-glare lenses without warning that these lenses COMMONLY streak/peel because of the anti-glare coating (this is according to the store clerk whom I called after the malfunction was apparent). After only a year and a half of wear (at night, I wear contacts during the day) my $400.00 glasses are ruined. Lenscrafters corporate will not respond to my complaints, this is most likely one of the reasons they are not accredited by the BBB. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your glasses, or at the very least knowing what you want when you arrive and ignoring the salespeople.

Got a pair of glasses last summer and sunglasses this summer, both times had great customer service and have really enjoyed the frames and lenses.
I just stopped by today to have my lenses replaced, as I dropped my glasses and scratched them. I walked into the store. No one acknowledged my existence. The lady at the counter ignored me, until I walked up to the counter. When I got there, she was terribly rude, and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. I dont live near the mall, and my prescription on file had expired. I have an active prescription with my doctor whose office is only five blocks from the mall. I asked if she could keep my glasses, so I didnt have to come back over to the mall. I could have the prescription sent tomorrow. She was very rude about keeping my glasses. I will never go back to this store. They have terrible customer service, and I dont believe they desire to help people.
