Allison and Kristen are both rocks stars 🤩 They and the staff are amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vision care and they are extremely knowledgeable and prepare your glasses 👓 with excellent service! I cannot say enough about how amazing this eye 👁 clinic is! Thank you 🙏🏻

The whole staff was kind, i had a great experience being there and felt very taken care of and informed. Allison is amazing, she was a great help deciding on the frame right for me and made sure i understood all the options. Will definitely be coming back!

LOVE MyEyeDr! I never plan on going anywhere else. The selection is amazing and affordable. I do not understand all of the negative reviews on here. I have been going here for years and I have never had any problems. I would especially like to praise Alison for all of her help at my last appointment. I am picky and have a lot of questions, and she was amazingly helpful.

I didn’t know it was possible to have such a wonderful experience at the eye doctor! Dr. Volberg is fantastic and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wants to help (especially Alison, she’s the bomb)

I would like to thank Mary for such a beaming smile & greeting, Dr. Vollburg for an outstanding eye examination & conversation, and Jillian for making my frame selection absolutely effortless. I feel like Im forgetting somebody in this sequence. If so, its my legitimate A.D.D.Having been an OTR trucker the past decade, I was stuck having to use places like Walmart, Sams, or Target to be able to have nationwide access with available 18-wheeler parking.But boy lemme tell ya what....If I had have known how nice & posh these MyEyeDr places were, I wouldve parked at a truckstop & paid for the Uber to get to yall. Between the decade of places listed above combined with a really horrible Americas Best (worst) experience, yall are a godsend.Everything was fluid. It was the perfect balance of never having to wait on the next step, yet also not feeling like I was being prodded like cattle through the troughs.I have now found my forever eyecare home.Sparkles

Worst prescription glasses I’ve ever paid for - to the point everything is a foot and a half closer than it should be and im looking through a fish bowl.They have no weekend hours and if you need to get in touch you will be placed on a continuous loop of old jazz tracks instead of being forwarded to the voicemail as the automated message asks and tells you to do.I’m assuming this is because they don’t want any messages. After my glasses are replaced I will not help this business in any way.

Dr. Daniels is really great! I’ve been seeing her for multiple years and she has always listened to any concerns I’ve had and made sure my eyes are still looking good! I also love the ladies that help out with picking out glasses! If you ask for their opinion, they will give it and help you narrow it down to the perfect pair :) thank you guys!

I had been going to the then Uptown Vision for a while, mostly because of Dr. Pfifer who later left. I decided to give them a shot since the name changed. Not sure what happened but my last visit was a little chaotic, which is why I cancelled my appointment for this years visit and found a new provider. It was almost as if no one knew what was going on, people were waiting to be seen, to have glasses picked up, to be checked out, to be examined all in the same small lobby area.Unfortunately after confirming my cancelation via text/automated service prior to my appointment day and time, I received a phone call from the office reminding me of my appointment. Needless to say I had to cancel again because they never received my first cancellation. However, I found another provider and made an appointment with them instead. Unfortunately, when I went for my appointment I was unable to be seen because My Eye Dr still had my insurance information on hold with them, which looked as if I already had my annual eye exam. I ended up having to contact my insurance the next day in order to have the authorization released from My Eye Dr and to my new provider.

The staff are always professional and very sweet.

Made appointment a couple of weeks in advance online since I could not reach anyone on the phone. Received confirmation texts the weekend before. The day before my appointment got a call saying they don’t even have appointment times during my appointment time- the online scheduling portal does not correct information. Informed that I will have to reschedule two to three weeks from now. Patient care is essentially nonexistent.

Over priced even if you do have insurance and what your insurance pays you still have to come out of pocket more that your insurance pays also your eye prescription your measurement sphere etc.. they dont even give you a copy of it when you pick up your glasses to be fitted dont know why . Hello

My wife and I both had appointments. Mine was for 10min before hers but she is done and I have not seen anyone yet 1 hour after my appointment time!

Have been going here with excellent service until last visit on September 17, 2019. Saw Dr.Daniels what a piece of work she is. She walks around like she is God deciding who can get service and who cant. Then after doing nothing for me they tried to charge me for NOTHING! Needless to say like the last review the guy said, Dont go there!

I went here for years receiving excellent service. Since it was sold to MyEyeDr, it has really gone down hill. I waited 35 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. Staff was unable to explain the delay or determine when I would be seen, so I left without receiving service.

Too expensive and I was hoping they would at least try and help me with my broken glasses since I have to drive and my husband doesnt have a license but they refused to touch my glasses. We got ripped off big-time.

Friendly staff, they’re great at explaining things and are very patient.

Do not go to this eye doctors. They over charge for the exams to get you to buy glasses. They told me after the exam I did not have money for glasses. When I told them before the exam I just wanted the exam and my glasses my insurance covered,my insurance when called after I left said they were going to check this out.That they had several complaints they had.

Went here for years, then they got bought out by MyEyeDr and tripled the contact fitting fee from $40 to $150. I wont be going back.

They lost my appointment and didnt seem to care. It was obvious this was not the first time an issue like this had happened by the way they talked to each other. Instead of apologizing and fitting me in they tried to setup another appointment at a later time or date. Needless to say I will go elsewhere.
