Dr.McCallen is the best! Wouldn’t go to anyone else! Great staff also!

I’ve been coming to Dr Erin McCallen for many years. She’s always been great. Very personable and understanding & accommodating. She knows her stuff. Keeps me seeing clearly while I’m getting older. 😃 Wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend her to everyone!

I went in there today and a disabled man sat me down and said they will be with me in a minute and then asked me how my day was and iv been there 2 times and iv noticed that everytime i went, the team would act annoyed by him and he was a VERY SWEET guy and just apologized for litterly nothing but its mostly the big girl with brownish red hair and glasses.please do somthing about her attitude or i wont be returning and i will definitely tell people about the situation.

Nazumi and Jose with 2 bad reviews are not patients at this location. They are not from this area. Please disregard their insensitive and untruthful remarks regarding this location. Hurtful lying was flagged multiple times but not removed. I know google prides themselves with accurate reviews from actual customers. There are 9 walmart vision centers within a 10 mile radius in this city.

Dr McCallen is very thorough with her exams. She is always so kind and she really cares about her patients vision problems. I have been wearing glasses or contacts for over 50 years and she is my favorite Dr. that I have ever used. I highly recommend her.

The doctor is a quack. I walked in with bifocals and walked out with only my farsighted prescription. She tried diagnosing me with diabetes because I looked fat enough to her. Got tested and I dont have it (big surprise). She ignored my family history of retina dysplasia because thats not whats causing vision problems. I want to know how she managed to get certified for this position. Unless you want the wrong prescription I suggest going somewhere else.

Best experience ever!!! Dr McCallen was so nice and caring. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that Vision Center to everyone and the prices are great

Such a horrible place I will not return to there!!! The Walmart lady Julie was very unhelpful very short with she made me feel like I was asking for something free and I had eye insurance that she refused to check after I did her job her and Dr Erin McCallen acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about then they decided to do their job after I found another eye which I couldn’t see cause after I left they decided to call the insurance and find out what my benefits where. The other Walmart lady Rhonda was excellent to bad the rest of the staff couldn’t follow her footsteps

This is the biggest joke for a vision center.. For starters the first time my son was prescribed glasses this vision center was where we went. We thought everything was great, so it was time to get a new pair and I decided to try another place. Went there and they tell me Walmart had the prescription completely wrong.. So we bought more glasses.. Two years later we decided to try Walmart again this exact same location with the same Dr and staff.. Today we had my son there at 530pm, when I made the appt I asked if they took our new insurance. I was told yes, so my sons grandparents get there with him and they get told the acct is marked self pay that whoever called told them that. Im the one. Who made the appt so I know what i said.. Thats not the worst part.. Apparently after 5 they cant verify insurance. Not only did they want me to pay the full price of the exam, glasses .. They told me to reschedule if I wanted insurance to pay. At that point I was so mad I went to Walmart myself while my son was there.. I told them we would never be back again.. This is the biggest joke For a vision center I have ever been too, if I could give 0 stars I would!! They have lost my families business forever and we all wear co facts/ glasses..
