I was so excited to start wedding dress shopping after I got engaged and decided to go to OZ first. Not a good idea for the girls who want to try so many dresses at so many places because you will find THE dress here. The first dress I tried on I fell in love with! We made a few changes and Olia customized it to meet my high expectations and my dress was absolutely PERFECT! It was customized to me and is one of a kind! I felt like a princess on my special day and the whole process of getting my dress was so special! I have been recommending Oz to everyone I talk to!

Stop looking anywhere else for your dress and come straight to Olia’s!!! I had the best experience picking out a custom made dress for my vision! I just picked up my wedding dress today and it fits so perfect. Every experience with OZ has been exceptional, down to communication and making me feel so welcomed and comfortable in their store. Carolynn in particular helped me so much picking out my dress and helping me at my fittings- thank you Carolynn for all of your help and for dealing with me being indecisive and being so kind hearted- she always gave me her professional advice and helped me make hard decisions, and made me feel so at home at OZ! Our daughter knew she had a look that she was going for, but didnt know how to exactly explain it fully. We walked into our appointment at OZ Bridal today and everything changed! It just so happened that Olia was in the store today and not only did we have the most amazing dress shopping experience, our daughter Jaci left with an Olia Zavozina custom made dress to come. Olia and her team jumped in and figured out what she wanted and our daughter, beaming, said yes, this is it! We are honored that our daughter will be an OZ bride. Olia, Carolyn and (Casandra maybe-so sorry if thats wrong) gave us a phenomenal appointment that exceeded our hopes! I recommend that every bride get an appointment with OZ Bridal! 10 star rating! We know we were working with a short schedule but the owner said that she could get her skirt done and told us that we would be able to pick it up the Sunday before her wedding. we asked and made sure that they understood she was getting married in 4 weeks when we were there to try on dresses...the owner guaranteed us that it would be ready .... To top it all off no call, nothing on the day we were supposed to pick up the shirt. now it is 5 days before the wedding and they are saying they thought her wedding was in November and the dres is not done. totally disappointed.

Im head over heels for the gowns at OZ Bridal. Ive photographed four of their gowns. Each was was so unique and made my job behind the camera effortless! I also worked with Carolynn, an employee of OZ Bridal, as a model. Carolynn had the sweetest demeanor and would be very easy to work with during a day of dress shopping!

David and team really listened to what I was looking for (and my budget) and pulled a great set of dresses for me to try on.The variety of styles they have in store gave me a wide range of options to explore and find something that really worked for me. I ended up falling in love with two different styles and they worked with me to create a unique design to blend them together and perfectly fit my vision.From beginning to end, the experience was great. For what can often be a stressful day, the OZ staffs attentiveness and attitude made it a breeze. My experience with OZ Bridal was nothing short of fantastic. I ended up going with a dress I found in another store, but would have worked with OZ if I had not found exactly what I was looking for. I had a 2 hour in-person consult with Kaitlyn in the Chattanooga store and she was so helpful! After having a wedding gown that i settled for, not loving it nor ever seeing myself as a Bride. I could not get married to the man of my dreams in it. Thankfully I contacted my friend that works at OZ Bridal Boutique in Chattanooga. Elizabeth was determined to put me in the gown of my dreams. The quality, look, feel, style and personal touch of Olia’s gowns are a matchless class of perfection in the bridal world. Everyone I have meet associated with OZ has gone above and beyond the call of duty to full fill my vision of being a beautiful bride on my wedding day.

OZ Bridal is hands down the best in all of the south. I went looking all over the place for my dress in Nashville, Atlanta, Memphis, and Arkansas and every time was so so let down. Countless shops would tell me my dress didn’t exist, or try and talk me into compromising to just get something on the books since my engagement is on the shorter side. I walked into OZ just to see if they even had a single thing that was remotely close, and was welcomed so so sweetly by Elizabeth and Kaitlynn. They were so happy to have me and allowed me to describe to them exactly what I was looking for with such patience and kindness. They pulled a simple dress and had me try it on, and then took notes and wrote down EVERY SINGLE THING that I said. All the while answering me with a “yeah we can totally do that!” Any time I asked a question. I walked out feeling so confident and happy with the choice I made, and i’ve had a say in every bit of the process. They made my friends and family feel so welcomed and i’m so so happy I walked in just to see! I’m just a few weeks out from my wedding now I’m so so excited about every bit of my dress because of how wonderful they’ve been! RUN to go see these ladies, they are absolutely fabulous, and you’ll leave with your dream coming to reality!

Where to begin!!! I came in for an appointment in February and my consultant was amazing. I tried on numerous dresses and they even made a sketch for me of what was in my head. I didnt find my dress at that appointment because I had an appointment at another store that was holding me up from making a commitment. I ended up purchasing a beautiful dress at the other store, but started to have buyers remorse the day after purchasing because I was afraid it wasnt grand enough. I decided to use it for my reception, and came back to OZ Bridal a few weeks ago to find my ceremony dress. By far the best appointment Ive been to. Olias husband was there dropping off gowns and spent quite a bit of time chatting about what I was looking for and the additions/alterations I could make to a custom gown. I am officially a OZ bride and I couldnt be more excited!!! Dress shopping was such a struggle for me because I was looking for something totally different than most of todays brides. I wanted my dress to be a modern take on an 18th century gown, and she is delivering! I cant wait to see it at my first fitting. If you are a unique bride that has a hard time liking dresses because you like one part from this dress, but another part of a different dress definitely make an appointment! You will not be sorry.

Olia personally helped me decide between two of the finest bridal gowns I have ever seen. She honored my budget and gave me a deal unimaginable. Everything is customizable and can be altered to fit your exact body size and curves (or lack of curves). All of my needs were met no matter how many times I changed my mind or how specific i got.
