If I could give this store ZERO stars I would.I was so disappointed with the way the female manager thought she could talk to my daughter and I. First of all searching for a dress for prom is just as magical as searching for a wedding dress and the manager had the audacity to say that my daughter was big because she has hips. She even went far enough to say that just because my daughter is a 6 in the dresses at the mall doesn’t mean that she is at their store, as if We haven’t shopped anywhere else. She was upset that I was in the dressing room with my daughter so I could zip up her dress and she opened the curtain and popped her head In to tell me that that is what they are there for and I needed to let them do it, but let me just say that my daughter had no clothes on when she peeked in the dressing room. And I will say thank you for making us fill unwelcome (Insignificant)and my making my daughter feel like she is overweight. This store will never receive my business and I will never refer anyone to them at all.
If I could give zero stars I would. RARELY do I leave negative reviews, I typically dont experience service this bad. I ordered a dress size 10. I told the ladies in the store, mind you this it is a big bridal party (12) so I understood for some confusion but not like this....So I picked up my dress on 8/9 and drove back home to Cleveland. I get the dress and it SWALLOWS me. They ordered me a size 12. I called on 8/12 to tell them they gave me the wrong size. He stated that they order off of measurements. I LITERALLY wore the stock size that day and told them what I needed. I called the man and he said that didnt happen so basically calling me a liar. I told him I live all the way in Cleveland and if he isnt going to do anything at all then I guess I am done and have to pay even more money for A LOT of resizing....he didnt care at all and just said okay and cancelled the phone conversation. DO NOT GO HERE. Oh not to mention I spent $160 on this dress......WOW....Im floored with how rude the are. Its sad people treat others this way.
There was a variety of different styles and colors of dresses. The customer service was really great, I had the chance to try on as many dresses as I liked without them slacking to help me one bit. When I finally found my beautiful dress, they were so nice to give us a discount and showed us to someone who could hem my dress in time for what I had planned. 10 out of 10 recommend going here.
I went to Prado and had an amazing experience. I dont remember the lady who helped me name but she was amazing, I told her the names of two dress that I wanted to try on and she found them in a few minutes. she also suggested other dresses I might like to try and she was very patient with us as we looked and judged the dresses. she actually picked out my wedding dress. I also spoke to Mr. Prado and he seemed very kind. They also have an amazing selection of dresses. the best Ive seen. I would definitely recommend this store.
First off I will say I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I called the day before my appointment asking if they had a specific dress in, which they said yes, they had it in stock. When I arrived there, there were 4 girls working and no one else at the store the entire time I was there. They asked who I was and how they could help me. I told them I was there too look at wedding dresses and the lady replied Oh yeah, youre the one that likes the satin gowns. My mom said yes, we called yesterday about the certain dress, to which the lady very quickly replied, Oh that one sold! There is no way that dress sold in less than 24 hours, in which they were only open for about 8 of. Also a bride orders her dress, not buys the dress off the rack, so they shouldve still had the sample to try on. When I was trying on the dresses only one of the ladies helped me while the others stood and watched their watches, to which my cousin who came with me informed me of. I could also hear them standing in the rack room beside me talking about the other dresses I was going to try on and how they didnt like them. These ladies were VERY unprofessional and rude. At one point I asked if a dress came in another color. One of the girls said she would check on to which she walked to the others girls and started talking. Needless to say I dont know if it comes in another color. At another point I tried on a dress that I loved and wanted a picture of, but of course you cant take pictures. Its your wedding dress! You need to take pictures, that is the most stupidest rule I have ever heard. Lastly since we couldnt take pictures we wanted the name of the dress so we could look it up online to at least show my family. The girl looked at us like we were stupid and said Its just an allure Well, all dresses have a number, and lucky for me, I got it off the tag while I was taking it off, because I was not about to give them my money, after being treated like trash. Prado, you made a HUGE mistake, in losing my business. Mr. Prado even came out at one point and said youve been here before and walked off. He never welcomed me back or said hello. VERY unprofessional. The next day I called a few dress shops to which all said they could no longer order the dress I had called Prado about. So yes, they did lie to me in order to try and get my business. And that is one of the most disgusting things that can happen to a bride. This is supposed to be a fun experience, and Prado did everything but that.
My friend who was the bride was treated well, but I was a little put off at the no pictures policy. Like someone else reported on here, we were not greeted or helped at all upon coming in the door either. We had to go searching for someone to assist us. I did not come here even once to look for my dress when I got married and the two local boutiques I did go to both were more than happy to let me take pictures of the dresses I was thinking of choosing and the details on them that I liked. My understanding is some shops dont want to risk you taking the picture to a seamstress. Clearly, these shops have not heard of the internet. Other than that though, they were decent. Their selections and options were not that great though. Im happy my bride found her dress because that is what matters the most, but I would never suggest to anyone to go there. It just did not feel personal to me at Prado. Check Monicas on the north shore of downtown or Boutique Couture (they were the best!) on the south side of downtown. They are sweet, happy to help, and wont balk at a camera at either place.
I cannot believe all of these reviews! I spontaneously walked into Prado to look at wedding dresses for my wedding that is well over a year from now. Upon entering, two young ladies greeted me and asked if I need assistance. The lovely lady helped me zip up my dress and narrow down my selection. She also helped me match a veil to the dress I finally decided on. Need to mention, I had my cat with me in a carrier and I was expecting to be asked to leave. Instead, they were all very kind to both myself and my kitty. I was even given a discount! I was a little disappointed that the deposits are non-refundable, but I do not plan on NOT getting married so its fine. I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Prado Bridal. I am actually ordering my bridesmaids dresses from here as well. I hope that every other bride to be or prom goer has the same experience that I had.
My daughter & I had a wonderful experience at Prado. Everyone was so helpful & kind! I will continue to shop at Prado in the future & will refer others to as well. Great selection of dresses! Every prom dress experience should be this good, its an important decision for our young teens!!! Thank You Prado & staff!Ginger & Chandler Patterson
Every experience I have ever had with Prado has been a great one. From prom gowns, junior miss, & even my wedding they have gone above & beyond!I was noticing one of the reviews someone said they are arguing back with customers who leave reviews & that is ridiculous.I think they respond in a very professional way while explaining their side of the story which a lot of people forget about!Owning my own business I know that bad reviews are always over exaggerated from what actually happened. People just want to bash your business because they didnt agree with something you did or did not say or your policies. These are great people to work with & I would highly recommend them! Base your opinion off of an actual experience with these people before you just base it off of reviews! It seems like no one ever likes to put up positive experiences, only negative. All of mine over the years have been positive & they are always helpful & kind!
Under no Circumstances use Prado... Ever..My fiance went there to get her wedding dress, she found one she loved, although it needed to be altered so it would fit her correctly. she then purchased the dress for $1000. When she comes back to pick up her dress she finds that the majority of the designs that made the dress look good had been cut off the bottom, instead of taken up like they had said they would, to make matters worse the cuts were rough, uneven and jagged. it looked like a four year old had just taken scissors to the bottom of it. to their credit they did offer to try and fix it. to our folly we agreed to let them, we went back to get the dress and it literally looked like they had taken strips of fabric and just slapped them on there to reattach the embroidery at the bottom, and where they had taken the dress up at the waist like they said they would do initially they had just sewn a few stitches in and gave it this sort of hideous flap of fabric on the stomach. when my fiance decided to go somewhere else, they refused to refund us our money, and literally argued with us for 10 minutes. The quality of this place is below bottom, and the service is even worse. and so we are now stuck with this hideous dress, out $1000 and its 2 days till the wedding. thanks Prado for stealing our money.
Mr. Prado is a sweet man and took great care of me. I picked my wedding dress out in his shop. His staff are carrying and kind. His new shop is impeccably clean and very posh. I had a great experience!
As someone who wears a slightly bigger size in formal gowns(12 & up), I expected to find maybe a few dresses prom dresses in this boutique. As soon as I walked in, I told them my size, where I was then directed to a single rack out of hundreds for 14+ prom dresses. I felt absolutely ridiculous as I shuffled through the horrendous prom dress selection for sizes that are not even considered plus size. These dresses had to be purchased no later than 2013; I cannot imagine anyone who would want to wear such dated dresses. Somehow they made someone who is such an average size to feel as if theyre morbidly obese. Its a shame you cater to such unrealistic sizes.
We walked in and there were a handful of workers just standing around talking and not one person even greeted us... we walked around for a minute and then saw other people walk in who were greeted and asked if they needed assistance... it was like only 1/4 people were important enough to talk to. we left quickly and didnt bother looking because the service was so bad...
I do not recommend shopping here unless you are ok with having to go somewhere for alterations and pay for them. After measuring my daughter and then ordering the corresponding size, we pick up the dress and it is far too big in the hip area, when I questioned why we weren’t told a 0 was too big for her, the owners response was that the brand “we chose” did not make a 00. They are not willing to compensate for their error in anyway .
This was my first time going to Prado and I absolutely loved it!!! Everybody there was so helpful. The first dress I tried on there was the one I fell in love with, they just didnt have my size so they said we can order it for you in your size a couple days later they called me back and said that the prom dress I wanted was sold out of my size they said we are researching some more dresses that maybe you would like. Inisde, I was so heartbroken because I really wanted that one. Anyways I went back into Prado today tried on the original dress they had there we got it zipped it was just a little snug up top the owner said that no problem at all we can get it taken out about an inch! I was so relieved!!!! I love Prado and will definitely be going back there in the future!!!
Excellent service and selection. I wanted a one of a kind dress....and they only get one in of each dress...perfect! So great to have this store here in Chattanooga. No travel to Atlanta needed!!
This was the most terrible experience Ive ever had at a bridal salon. I went with a bride and what I witnessed was unacceptable. Even though the bride had an appointment, the consultant did ask her any questions, did not help her pick out any gowns, stuck her in a room and didnt help her get in and out of gowns unless she was summoned, offered no pinning or holding the dress in the back at all, told her she needed to look at plus size gowns (shes a very average size 12 btw), and didnt ask if there was anything she could do when the bride wanted to leave about 15 minutes in. We were treated better at Davids Bridal and Monicas FOR SURE.
Mr Prado has been outfitting my daughter for pageants and proms for 10 years. He always led us to the right gowns. We received personalized service and were always happy with our gowns. My daughter looked spectacular for her formal events!
Absolutely terrible management! I loved the dresses and the prices. However, upon purchasing the dress a man who I believe is the owner took the ticket off of the dress and claimed that the price was $300 when the price tag clearly said $100. Then I asked to have the dress put on hold and he said I would have to pick it up the next day when the rest of the staff said that it could be held for 48 hours. I have done several debutante balls and have never been treated so badly. Nope nope nope dont shop there
I have not yet been to your store, but I may since I am getting married in July and another of my friends is considering your store for her wedding dress as well. Another one of my friends told me she had an amazing experience with you when she got married years ago. I just want to comment and say, as a former retail associate in a clothing store, that I absolutely love how sassy you are in your replies to your reviews. I havent laughed so much in awhile. There are so many customers that exude negativity and who dont understand the concept of basic rules, and seem baffled when negative energy comes back to them, or when they have to face consequences of broken rules. It makes perfect sense that your store doesnt allow pictures, since it is not just a try on store full of grungy sample dresses that can be abused and stepped on with no consequence, only to be purchased online or at another store. You protect your assets; they are delicate, easily stained investments worth thousands of dollars. Kind, professional, and polite customer service should always be your top priority, and its apparent that it is. Sometimes you have to be assertive with clientele, or they will misconstrue your business and drag you through the dirt. I applaud you for that and I look forward to maybe seeing some of your beautiful dresses.
I love Prado so much!! I have bought all my special event dresses here (8 beautiful gowns). I have had excellent service every time! I get compliments on all my dresses that I have gotten here.
I have two daughters, and I would never go to another shop to purchase their formal dresses. Both of my girls have been members/queen of homecoming courts, and their dresses have come from Prados with the exception of two dresses, which came from Loyds in South Pittsburg (another wonderful boutique). They have the best selection, and the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Prado, are wonderful people - very friendly, always recognize you, and very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience there, and I will always purchase formals there.
The staff 100% EXCEEDS 5 stars. I came in to get a prom dress after stressfully looking at other stores that were not helpful. I came into prados and i was greeted as soon and I came in and the lady helped me the whole way to finding the dress for me! Mr. Prado was also very polite. He came up to my mother and I and told us about the deals going on in the store. With such great experience, I had my boyfriends tux ordered from there as well. Mr.Prado sized his tux perfect and helped match the dress! I will never go anywhere else to look for a prom dress. I love the staff and all the beautiful selections. My best experience ever in a store.
Mr.&Mrs.Prado are the kindest people I have ever met Mr.Prado greeted us as we walked in the door my daughter wasnt sure what kind of wedding gown she wanted and Mrs.Prado was very helpful such sweet sweet people I only have the one daughter but if I had more we would buy all their gowns there they made finding a wedding gown a pleasant experience I just cant sa enough good things about them I would recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful experience! Owners and staff have always been so kind and helpful from buying prom dresses to my wedding dress and even changing my mind twice on which dress I wanted they never pressured me into making a decision.
Amazing people there. I found my prom dress for this year there. They have a great selection and I recommend everyone to go there.
This was my 3rd shop and I finally found my everything dress! I had two girls helping me and Mr Prado let me try on my dress for the third time and he discussed alteration possibilities and pricing. Great selection of dresses too
While looking on the internet for bridal gowns in Chattanooga I came across Prado. Seemed like a nice place. I am big on reviews and read them to determine whether I will visit or not. I chose not to visit because the store manager should NEVER argue with a customer (Mrs. Hawkins), especially in a review. I thought he was being sarcastic and I dont have time for all of that mess.
Terrible experience. I am a bridesmaid, went in with one other bridesmaid who is a friend, and my best friend who is the bride. When I first walked in (I came after my friends), the lady at the desk was kind and smiled, but no real greeting. The owner didnt say a word. My friends then told me that the owner and other lady on staff said that they were asked to be quiet as they shopped because we didnt have an appointment set up (we just walked in), and someone else with an appointment was due in. That person never showed the entire time we were in the store...So not sure what appointment they were talking about. Our friend had plenty to spend on a nice dress, so money was no object, but these people acted as if they were trying to repel business, not gain it. Once we finally were done looking around, we spoke with the owner and about setting up an appointment. My friends mother wanted to put something towards the dress, and so she obviously needed to be there to see it in person, but her schedule is a little hectic. As my friend tried to explain this, she was rudely interrupted by the owner who said, So do you want the appointment or not? She seemed put off, and so did my other friend, and after politely agreeing to a time, I spoke up and said, She was just trying to make sure you knew what she had going on so we could pick the best time. to which he promptly ignored me, and continued treating the bride like a moron. She finally said, Im sorry if it seems like were bothering you. and he replied with a smile, Oh, youre not bothering me! with the fakest smile Ive ever seen, the smile saying, I dont want to lose your business now that I realize Im being a jerk. I couldnt help but laugh at that, and myself and the other bridesmaid waited by the door until the appointment was made. I urged my friend to try Davids Bridal after that, and she found the dress of her dreams and had a much more pleasant experience, PLUS their dresses? Most were ugly. Terrible selection anyway. I would never EVER recommend this store. A bride should not be treated this way when the occasion is supposed to be a happy one. Spare yourself the extra stress and find other bridal stores to shop with, or go online.
I will never ever go here ever again. My senior prom I decided to buy my dress from here. A $500 ball gown. They sized me for alterations. Two months later my dress comes in and its TO SMALL. My mom sized me and saw he wrote my size down wrong. I was three inches bigger than what he put. We went in to talk with them and him and his second in command told me and my mother I gained weight. Ive been super thin my entire life. Its insanely hard to gain weight. I left in tears and with a dress that didnt fit. They basically said it was my fault. Theyre never in wrong. If I could give them zero stars I would.
In the search for my wedding dress, after a horrible experience at Davids Bridal, I found this shop much more professional and friendly. I was not greeted but once I picked out a few dresses I actually got an assistant to help put on the dresses and made my decision making joyful; which is quite challenging for a stressed bride. Their selection isnt huge but have a variety of new styles. Its charming and pleasant. Ps Ask for Olivia shes a doll.
Thank you so much Prado for giving us so much business to our shop, Fit For A Queen boutique. A lot of customers came to us after their experience at your store. Remember the rules of fair business practice, #1-the customer is always right and #2-refer again to rule #1. A shame that other reviewers had nothing positive to say!
EXCELLENCE!!!! BRITTANY (sp?) AND TEAM ROCKED!!! My daughter had it in her mind what she wanted.....once we arrived and we saw the ladies were literally our personal shoppers it changed her mind about a dress she thought she wanted. Brittany showed much patience (I would have told my daughter to take a hike --j/k). As a person always in a customer service role, these ladies and Mr. Prado are at the top of their game. EVERYONE said hello can I help? ...... a buyer never tires of this. Thanks, Brittany.
Absolutely awesome experience! I went there after being treated badly at Davids Bridal and the girls working there were wonderful and so helpful and sweet! Highly recommend them!
I went into Prado looking for a dress for my wedding. (I found the prom dresses to be a more relaxed feel since it will be a beach wedding). I found a few options online that I really loved, but they didnt have them in store. I found a few similar options that I wanted to try on, but then the owner said that if I didnt have an appointment I couldnt try them on. No where on the website did I see you needed an appointment to try on dresses.. Much less prom dresses! Mind you, we were the only people in the store.... So it wasnt like they were busy helping any other customers! I then asked the owner about ordering a few dresses to possibly try on from online. His response was that he doesnt carry every single dress in every single size, otherwise hed be on a beach somewhere. (Not entirely sure what that meant or why it was relevant to my question). He was extremely rude and refused to help me without an appointment. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to that store! I will never recommend that store to anyone! And if the store happens to be brought up by anyone, I will tell of the horrible owner and the worst experience looking for a dress for my wedding! This is supposed to be one of those moments that are special and he completely ruined my whole day by his remark and attitude!
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot take pictures. My daughter tried on 5 prom dresses and I cannot remember how one looked on her versus the other. I could not help her zip or put on the dresses. The young woman that helped her/us yesterday was nice, polite and helpful. The whole picture taking issue though, was ridiculous.
This place has horrible customer service. They owners are completely unethical in their business practices. I ordered a dress for my sister as my bridesmaid for my wedding & they completely messed up her measurements. I picked up/paid for the dress for her. After I called to say I would need another dress, I was told it was my fault & there was nothing they could do. I was so emotional of course it was my wedding, so I did what I could do & gave them a poor review online & decided to let it go after that. I am an American citizen & can review who I want. I did nothing wrong by telling my story. I also purchased my wedding dress there, so I called to see if my dress was available for pick up not going to address the rude, unethical practices mentioned before, but she had seen the review & was so rude on the phone to me. I let her know I was unhappy with her service & could review who I wanted. She then hung up on me. My grandmother who was paying for the dress as a wedding gift then picked up the dress because I could not take anymore of their rude, unprofessional actions. I wanted to move on & have positive vibes moving towards my big day. They were then awful to my grandmother & the attachment/alteration that holds your train up I paid $100 for broke less than an hour into my reception. So annoying. In short, I am reviewing them/updating my story. If you want to be treated with disrespect, go here. But please dont. They should be out of business in my opinion. Completely unethical.
I normally never leave reviews, but this one will hopefully save a bride some time. The customer service in this store was non existent. I was put in a room with some LARGE ballgowns and had to try and help myself into them. The consultant only helped when I asked and would not let me have my sister help me with the dresses. There was no pinning, no trying to get the fit right. A LOT of the sampleDresses are very small and there is no way to even tell what the dresses look like. I was shown the “plus size” racks. I normally wear a size 12 and these dresses were lacking. It just wasnt the bridal experience I had just had at another bridal store that morning.
NEVER EVER BUY YOUR DRESS FROM PRADO!!! The owner is extremely RUDE. Prado was the only store in Chattanooga that I thought I could order my bridesmaids dresses from. All my girls came in and ordered them - I had no problems with the girls that worked at the store-very sweet and helpful. However, a lot of my girls said that the owner helped them when picking out the right size and mentioned that he was unfriendly and rude. When the dresses came in, I went with one of the girls to pick them up. Long story short, she tried the dress on and the zipper had gotten caught and wouldnt zip up (mind you, there was plenty of space for the zipper to zip properly) Two of the girls that worked there both stated that there was room for the zipper to zip but it was caught. One of the girls ended up breaking it and simply said that she would show the owner and get it replaced. The owner walks over and says that he wanted to measure my friend again, which he preceded to do. Then he rudely stated, Well, you have gained and 1 1/2 inches. Its not are fault you gained weight and dont fit into the dress. You will have to pay to get this fixed. I looked at the owner and said nicely, she didnt gain weight (she ordered the dress a month ago, AND the measurements were taken at the rib cage - unless you are really fat you dont gain a lot of weight there) and that there was plenty of room for the dress to be zipped. He looked at me and said, Well, young lady, I have been doing this for 38 years, but clearly you must know more than me. I was disgusted. WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT?!?! Please save yourself, and go somewhere else!!!!!!
Had a great experience. Consultant was very helpful, but ultimately bought a dress somewhere else.
The ladies were very helpful! We got there 30 minutes before closing and they were still patient and very helpful. I was shopping for an evening formal gown. The selection was fantastic!!
Never received any assistance from the two employees working even after asking. Could understand if they were busy but I was the only customer in the store. Left very agitated! Went to Davids Bridal and was treated like royalty. Needless to say I will NEVER step a foot in prado again.
I bought my wedding dress here and it is so unique looking and was within my budget. The service was great and they really focused on me.
Awww Thank you for the sweet thoughts ive always followed you guys had very pleasant experience everyone was so kind caring and was very helpful. And god bless you guys for the Prom dress benefit that was so precious. 😇 Just wanted to say i have to disagree with the reviews no one there was rude although you dont mi have large numbers of dresses you still have access to many others thru catalog. Guess i was blessed cause I have nothing negative to say 👸
I ordered my suits for my wedding. He claimed I told him a wedding date a week after my wedding date. Then when I picked the suits up, he had the nerve to argue with me and my dad and threatened to not let me have the suits. Do not give this jerk your business.
Ghetto building and parking lot and inside they seem to think there poo dont stink. Need to calm down the attitude.
Wanted to get an idea about the dresses I like because I recently got engaged and they treated us awful. Terribly rude people. Left without even trying any on. Got mad because I didn’t know exact date of wedding yet and followed us around store mad until we left.
Not a great experience. I went with my friend (the bride) to try on bridesmaid dresses wed looked at online. The store owners made me feel like because Im a larger woman (they ordered me a size 16 dress - Im usually a 12 or 14) they didnt have the time to help me and told me that they wont waste their time if I plan to order online anyways. Thankfully a store clerk took the time to assist me once Id found some dresses to try on. I did end up purchasing a dress from the store (cost about the same as it would have online after shipping and took at least as long to arrive at the store) but when I got it in they had restrictions on when I could pick it up because it was in the warehouse. Additionally, the dress that had been delivered was in severe need of alterations but I dont know whether to blame that on Prado or the dress distributor. I did not call the store back about this, but with my prior experience didnt want to waste my time. Ultimately, I prefer stores that dont care if Im a bigger girl (Im a size 12) and provide customer service that makes me want to part with my money. I wont return here.
By far the worst experience I have ever had trying on wedding dresses. The owner was very rude and not accommodating at all. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
My initial visit to Prados was great. They carry Maggie Sottero dresses (which I love) and allow customers to do a layaway which is nice when you are on a budget. I told the lady helping me the types of dresses I was interested in and after trying on a few I found my dress, a sash, and a veil. Once again the lady was extremely nice and patient. We went to the register and my mom made the down payment and paid for the extra cleaning/preservation package. The issues I have with Prado occurred after they had already secured my business. My dress was slightly too big/long and needed a bustle added so I could dance around in my dress without worrying about the train. I asked Prado for a quote to do these things and it was an outrageous amount so I decided to have my aunt add a bustle and sew my sash onto the dress. She actually made my moms wedding gown over 30 years ago and she knows how to sew. Since my mom paid for steaming/cleaning we took the dress to get cleaned a couple days before my wedding day and my mom picked it up from them the day before. When I went to hang my dress up in the bridal area, the gems in the sash were completely falling apart (it was perfect when we dropped it off at Prados days prior). So my mom had to scramble to try to make it look decent in time. Not only that, but after the ceremony, my mom went to bustle my dress and the buttons and loops for the bustle had magically disappeared off of my dress leaving me no way to get my train off the ground. I was absolutely FURIOUS because the train was in the way the rest of the night and even got messed up. Evidently Prados was so bothered that I did not use them to make the alterations to my dress that they undid the alterations my aunt made and ruined my dress. My mom called them the next day and they denied it but then offered to preserve my dress at a discount. Prados will not touch my dress again and I suggest you dont let them handle yours. There are several other quality bridal stores in the Chattanooga are that would provide you with better customer service and not ruin your wonderful day!
Awful. Just awful. Decent selection of dresses but rude staff. I was trying on wedding dresses with large trains. No help from the staff and they didnt allow my maid of honor to help me either. So Im stuck trying to get into those dresses alone....seriously? I walked out.
I just love the Prado Collection. I am an out of town bride and purchased my dress in April of 2013. The whole staff was incredibly accomodating. Josh was amazing at helping me select a dress, veil and accesories. I couldnt be more pleased... with the treatment I recieved. Prado knows their stuff, I definatley had the whole experience. I thought I wanted a ballgown and left with a beautiful mermaid gown with Joshs help. He suggested a different sillohette and he was right! I went back for my fitting this November and was even more pampered. They even put my shoes on for me! My veil I previously chose was discontinued and they helped me choose one that was even more beautiful. Mr. Prado himself helped with my appointment and made everything incredibly easy. Especially with questions regarding my dress getting to Michigan for my wedding. Thank you so much everyone. You are the best.
0/10Rude and not helpful in the least.Older man seemed frustrated I came in and wouldn’t help me find anything. Never coming back for any formal event needs.
This is the most horrible experience. Wasted so much time.
Heck, just seeing how rude the owner is to the bad responses he is getting tells you that he does not do business well!
