My experience felt personable and special from start to finish. I was assisted the entire time and felt like everything I was looking for was completely heard and catered to including style and budget. Catilyn assisted me and she was absolutely AMAZING! Literally so sweet and genuine. She helped me so much. She was hyping me up and made me feel confident the whole time and made everyone with me feel so welcome. I was so excited going in to this day, but honestly nervous about feeling indecisive because this was my first time trying on wedding dresses. But it was like she read my mind after I tried on some dresses and picked the PERFECT one. I had a whole moment, cried, and found my dream dress. I didn’t want to take it off or even try on any more dresses. I have been to other bridal shops with my friends in the past and they don’t compare. Ever After seriously offers such amazing customer service and their selection is absolutely beautiful. Can’t recommend enough!

My dream style wouldn’t flatter me so we’ll just find something that will work.”Emmy pulled a couple form fitting ones that would be my dream silhouette and I never thought they would look good. My Best Friend and I booked an Appointment to look at Formal dresses for my elopement this year, like the ones posted on the boutiques social media but upon arrival there was nothing but Bridal dresses and two associates scrambling to put their masks on. We looked around anyway to see if I could find That One. Prior to your appointment they tell you only 3 extra people may attend your appointment with you due to COVID and you have you fill out a questionnaire online about what you’re looking for in a dress. However, it was clear no one reviewed the results because she asked me all the same questions over again which wasn’t really a big deal. She immediately pulled three dresses, no measurements, and told me she couldn’t go in the room to help me because of COVID but she could zip me up and clip me outside the room (my best friend was a big help so assistance wasn’t needed). The first two dresses didn’t go past my hips, way too small, but the third one was beautiful. Emmy, I believe was her name, continued her conversation with the other associate in store and every time I walked out in a dress she asked what I thought, then carried on her conversation. We got to a style of dress I was really liking and had a lot more appointment time left so she continued pulling dresses. At this point we realize the sales consultant is really not into the appointment and only looking for a sale because we had already established what size dress I was and she began pulling dress 4 sizes smaller again. Trying on one more dress in the fitting room the sales consultant takes a call giving someone the Boutiques address. A few minutes later another customer comes in and begins a bridal appointment beside me, I thought the whole point of booking online was to have a private consultation with less risk of COVID. In the end, I found a beautiful wedding gown but I tried any and everything to find that same dress in another store Just to not have order through them. Because of my experience, Would not recommend this boutique.

Did not see anywhere that said appointment only on Saturdays. I was very excited to come to this shop because so many people had said it was a great place. Drove almost 2 hours, then got told (condescendingly) it was appointment only and that I could look but not try anything on. I would have to make an appointment then come back. Thank goodness Chattanooga is a big place with many other options! Sad that this was the experience I had.

Let me start by saying that my daughter has purchased her Junior and Senior Prom dresses from Ever After (Sherry Hill) and now her wedding dress (Stella York). We have always had wonderful help and service. The ladies take their time and help answer question if you have any. My daughter was looking for enchanted and romantic in her wedding gown and that is exactly what she received.

They have a very nice selection of lovely dresses. In the time of COVID-19 they are open by appointment only, but NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE WEARING MASKS!!!! Not even if asked to do so. I will not be taking my daughter back here for that one reason. Half measures of protection are better than nothing, but the most important one, a mask is lacking. They say they are maintaining 6 feet of distance, but that clearly that is not possible while adjusting and clipping dresses all the while talking. It’s not worth the risk of shopping there unless they improve the safety aspects for their customers

I said yes to the dress today! I had an amazing experience! My consultant was Hannah and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and helped me to find my perfect dress! I was an amazing time! I highly suggest visiting them!

Dress assortment was great as well as the service! Was a bit disappointed that you have to pay extra if you want a cloth dress bag. They give you those at Dillard’s for much less expensive dresses.

Emmy and Kate were amazing! After being a few places and bringing friends with me it was such a refresher to go alone and not be overwhelmed with opinions. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and lead me to the most perfect dress! Although I didnt end up getting my dress here, I loved my experience and it was all because of Caitlyn! The dresses were beautiful and I loved every one of them. (I only ended up not purchasing from here because my wedding is small and I found something that fit the simple vibe a little better.) Caitlyn was such a help, understood my style, and was constantly pumping me up and making me feel good about myself throughout the process. And even though she had to wear a mask, I could still tell she looked just like Beyoncé! :) Definitely would recommend this bridal shop!

Ever After was my first stop- they were kind, attentive, patient, and informative. I had an appointment at Davids Bridal the same day, and went back to Ever After that evening to make my deposit. The dresses at Ever After are not only far better quality (at comparable prices), but they make you feel like royalty instead of part of an assembly line. It was awesome. Absolutely in awe over the Chattanooga location! As a mother of four Im used to things not going the way they are planned, an that was my little hiccup while at my appointment. I had to bring my 2 year old, an as you can imagine, that didnt end so well.Caitlyn, the manager at the downtown location as well as being my consultant that day, was nothing short of glorious. She was patient, attentive, compassionate, & most of all understanding. She picked out exactly the dresses I described to her, very helpful in the process of getting them on. (Lord knows Im clumsy.)
