The best experience I could have imagined! AATB was the first and only bridal store I went to for my dress. As soon as I walked in for my appointment and saw the personalized welcome sign, I knew it was going to be special. Jenifer was friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to help me. I was eloping in Hawaii and wanted a dress that would be beach friendly yet elegant… but admittedly, I didn’t have much of a vision beyond that :) Jenifer was up for the challenge and selected dozens of different dresses to try. I ended up falling in love with a Modeca gown that I never would have seen myself selecting! When I went to pick it up, Amy helped me find a beautiful veil that was practically made to go with my dress. I loved the communication throughout the whole process and was honestly sad when it was all over with because I enjoyed AATB so much! We had the best experience at All about the Bride for Wedding Dress shopping. Amy was our consultant and she did a phenomenal job. I did find the dress of my dreams here and they made me feel like a true bride. She did a great job on keeping it fun and easy.I had thought I had my heart set out on a different dress, so I went to that boutique right after All About the Bride. It turned out that dress was not the one and Amy gladly accept me for a later appointment that evening to get in to buy the Wedding Dress I had fallen in love with.This is the place to go when you decide to find the dress. They have the best experience in town. I was greeted at the door and followed Amy into my own personal suite where my party could wait. She helped out in the dressing room and made sure that the dresses were clipped to fit me perfectly! Amy also took photos for me the entire time and sent them to me after the appointment. She also sent recommendations for vendors which was very sweet Bc we are new to town and do not know a bunch of places here yet. I could not have asked for anything else. They know how to make you feel like a queen. Definitely give this place a shot to find your dress. I know you won’t regret it!

This was the first store that I went to to look for dresses and my experience with Jennifer (the owner) was a LITERAL DREAM. I could not have asked for a more positive, comfortable environment to try on wedding dresses. My party decided to check out All About the Bride last minute on a Sunday evening. Jennifer stayed open late for us to have a private appointment and we had the whole place to ourselves! When we arrived, she had drinks and snacks for us. She was so personable, taking the time to get to know me as she helped me into each dress. When I didn’t like a dress, she was so supportive and we “dumped it” for another dress. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and am SO thrilled with it. I felt like Jennifer was “one of the girls” after all was said and done, and I wish she could have spent the whole weekend with us! She went above and beyond to make me feel special and heard the whole time! When I chose my dress, we celebrated and she took pictures of our group throwing confetti and then flower petals. It was a blast! If you’re a bride to be, you HAVE to go dress shopping here. Can’t recommend it enough.

Jennifer is the BEST bridal specialist! I went to All About the Bride last November for my wedding this year on October, 31. We had the whole boutique to ourselves which was great since my family flew in from Chicago and Phoenix to help me pick my dress! The dress was everything I could have wanted. I described my dress to Jennifer and she picked the perfect one! It was the first dress I tried on and the dress I chose. Jennifer really has an eye for what brides want. My grandfather got sick in the spring leading up to the wedding and I reached out to Jennifer to see if I could get the dress in early to surprise my grandfather in Arizona. Jennifer took the initiative and got the dress in early for me to surprise my grandfather with my dress before he passed away. She truly cares about each bride and their bridal experience. Going above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect! I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me. The dress was beautiful on our wedding day! All About the Bride truly lives up to its name. I had the BEST experience here. They emailed and called me the day before to confirm my appointment time and even asked me what kind of music I wanted playing for my appointment. I worked with Amy during my appointment, and she was incredible. I was able to have the entire place to myself along with my family/friends that came along. I highly recommend making an appointment at All About the Bride to find your special dress!!

What an incredible experience. Amy made myself and my guests feel welcomed and at home and she carefully listened to my concerns and requests when it comes to different dress styles. She always warned me if a dress was above my budget. The bridal salon is beautiful and the snacks and beverages are a nice touch along with the music. I wish I could do it all over again. I wasn’t the bride, but I’m a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding. We went to their brand new location and let me tell you, it’s beautiful! So much hard work put in from the owner. The bridal consultant was AMAZING. Seriously, the girl has a six sense for all things bridal. She made my bestie feel comfortable, hyped her out, and helped make a difficult decision an easy one. This is the wife of this account posting here, FYI. So I went here with my friend yesterday to help her find her dream dress for her big day. We had called around to different bridal places in the area, and most were closed due to the pandemic, and the ones that did answer were not friendly, and a little snobby, to be frank. It was so refreshing to hear a friendly voice on the other line when the owner of All About the Bride answered the phone. She radiated positivity, and knew exactly what to ask my friend to help narrow down what she was looking for. Neither myself nor my friend are experts in bridal gowns, so it was nice that she took the time to go over questions that neither one of us would have thought to ask or consider (like that you can add sleeves to a gown if you want!). She was able to fit my friend in between appointments the same day, because she just so happened to have a gap in appointments at that particular moment. We were literally able to walk in less than an hour after calling. I know that probably doesn’t happen too often, but it was just amazing that she was willing to do that. She even had a personalized sign hanging from her door, welcoming my friend in for her appointment. It was so sweet and such a thoughtful touch. This lady knows how to run a business and knows how to treat her customers. It’s hard to find such a personalized level of customer service, attentiveness, and friendliness in a business these days, it seems, and All About Bride lacks none of that. The owner is kind, hard-working, and super knowledgeable about all things bridal. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any and everyone. The pricing of the dresses works for different budgets too, which is great. I will also add that she had a little confetti photo shoot for the finale of the day, when my sweet friend said “yes to the dress.” What an amazing place!

Jennifer is a DREAM dress consultant - she put on our favorite music, had snacks and drinks ready for us (which was much appreciated after a full day of going to 3 other stores) and she was not pushy at all - something that I noticed with a couple other places. This place truly makes the bride feel how she should feel while looking for a wedding dress. She is on team bride, listens to what you’re looking for, throws a PARTY when you’ve found the one, walks through the process of alterations with you, and makes you feel totally comfortable during the process (because buying your wedding dress when you’ve never gone through something like that and never will again is daunting!). As I was trying on the gowns at All About The Bride yesterday, I was completely blown away by their beauty and quality. The details on the dresses set them apart from anything I have ever worn. I felt absolutely stunning wearing the dresses. I also loved the selection of veils and even a cape with perfect detail that trails around you. The dress was perfect and the team of women at AATB are so great to work with. 5/5 stars, 100% recommend!All About The Bride really is exactly that! They make it a point to make you feel so special. You get the whole place to yourself during your appointment so you and whoever you bring with you are their whole focus. Your name is on a cute welcome sign to let you know they are ready for your appointment. There are refreshments and they even ask what music you’d like them to have playing. The store is very clean and bright and Jennifer and her team are very attentive and genuinely excited for you! They pay attention to the details and the information you give to tailor your experience to fit you. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection! I came here to look for my wedding dress and I’m so glad that I did!!!! The style of dresses offered were very classy and elegant with lots of beautiful details. They offer one on one appointments which is so nice because they focus all of their attention on you to help you find your dream dress with only one client in the store at a time. My mom and sister had a great time as well relaxing while I tried on several dresses. I also found a gorgeous veil here to go with my dress!!! I just came to pick my dress up today (which was delivered from Europe within a month and a half) and it fit perfectly!!!! The lady I spoke with was wonderful and extremely helpful! I called to discuss wedding dress alteration. She let me know they do not do that but then went on and gave me some great places in town to call and check with! She also emailed me some tips and advice as far as dress alterations. I would definitely recommend All About the Bride. There customer service was phenomenal!

I couldnt say enough wonderful things about this bridal shop. While I didnt end up finding my dream dress there, I had the best experiencing shopping there. I went to 4 different shops in Chattanooga, and All About the Bride was my first one. From the snacks, personalized music, and totally private reservations -- everything is top notch. Jen had a welcome sign with my name on it on the door when I arrived. The dressing room is spacious and has a full length mirror (none of the other shops I went to had one) and Jen assisted me into each gown and made sure it was pinned up and added to in order to complete the full vision. I was really, really impressed. It set the bar high for the other shops, and the others all fell short.

I absolutely loved my appointment here at All About the Bride. Jen was so friendly and went above and beyond right from the phone call, to the personalized sign when I walked in. Not to mention the shop and all the small details were so cute. I highly recommend coming here to find your dress, it was a great range of different styles that were still around my budget. Love this sweet boutique near downtown Chattanooga in Red Bank! The owner has put her heart and soul into this store and you can see/feel it! I went to another shop downtown and felt the service was less than subpar and the dresses were just okay. Thats when I made an appointment at All About The Bride... The owner, Jen, shuts the entire store down for her bridal appointments and provides snacks, drinks and champagne!!! She even has a personalized welcome sign for the bride and parking spot! She listens to what your dream dress description is and then picks options she thinks you will love. I seriously found so many dresses that I loved. My crew and I had the hardest time just picking one. Her store is super clean and sweet and her dresses and service are seriously the best in town. I would recommend her store to all brides!

Two of my friends have said yes to dress at All About the Bride and it’s so easy to why! I loved how the owner provides a unique one on one shopping experience that is completely focused on the bride. This gives the bride the attention that she needs and deserves to be able to make the big and exciting decision on which beautiful dress to walk down the isle with. The cookies and champaign are a lovely unexpected surprise! I absolutely loved it.

My best friend found her dream dress here! Jen was so welcoming and professional, she made sure my friends experience was one to remember and we loved the snacks too! Her attention to the smallest details for the desires of my daughter’s big day was so impressive. Jen made everyone there at our appointment feel special and was very knowledgeable. As the mom, of the bride, I am so pleased that the dress was purchased at this shop!

We visited All About the Bride today to search for my sisters wedding gown. Jennifer was so sweet and made her feel so special and catered to. This was the first boutique we stopped at starting our journey on trying on wedding dresses, little did we know that NO ONE would top this place! The owner really does make you feel like it’s your day! Champagne, cookies, and your name on the door when you show up! Prices are the same as other boutiques in the area, so it’s a win win! :)

So let me start by saying, I knew the owner Jenifer before being a customer in her boutique. That being said, I can still be objective because I know for a fact she treated us the same as any other customer that walks through her doors.I was lucky enough to schedule an appointment for my close friend Sara, now living in Chicago, while she was in town for a long weekend. There hadnt been a plan for appointments that day (it was a holiday) but Jen scheduled anyway. I am my friends Maid of Honor so I was lucky enough to sit back and enjoy watching my friend, who has overall been iffy about the in store shopping experience, let down her guard and really enjoy herself. She had been to many shops, including BHLDN, in Chicago, and had been left feeling put off by the whole experience of shopping for her dress.After listening intently to what Sara (the bride) was looking for, not looking for, her concerns about what her family would perceive as too much or not modest enough, etc, Jen chose 3-4 dresses and totally nailed it. Her background in fashion and design really shows. But more importantly, she listens! The first dress was a winner. We looked at all of the others too, but Jen recommended putting the first one on again and it was still the one. She offered a vail and asked Sara to close her eyes. Put a bouquet in her hands and asked her to envision herself on her day. What did SHE want to feel like? What was HER vision? She then told Sara to open her eyes and if what she saw matched her vision then we were in the right place. This will make him cry. and This is something I could see handing down to my future daughter (something I would have never expected to hear from my friend!) were the brides replies.Though Sara did not purchase a gown that day, I would say our experience was above and beyond. And the fact that she wasnt ready to make a purchase that day, was in no way an issue for Jen the owner. She offered every resource she could in case Sara had any questions regarding the gown.The way the boutique is designed and the way the appointment is structured, lends to an overall laid back and enjoyable time not only for the bride herself, but any guests she may have. Jen truly cares about what gown will not only fit the vision of her client, but also what she will feel comfortable in. Never once did she push a sale. It is evident in watching her with her client that she deeply cares about the over all feeling the bride wants and needs. She genuinely cares and this is something I cannot stress enough. Jen clearly takes pride in what she is doing and masterfully curates an experience that truly is all about the bride.I highly recommend visiting this shop. I can guarantee you will be met with the most genuine host and the best bridal gown shopping experience in Chattanooga.
