The base coat never dryer i have no clue what I’m doing wrong but I’ve tried doing a thin and a thick layer and I will but it under the light like every other nail polish but you can easily touch after you’ve done all the coats and it will just smear but if I don’t use the base coat that does not happen but also their nail brushes clumped up with the bonding powder

Seriously walmart has a better selection of gloves *definetly essential for beauty professionals* Yall can do better cosmoprof.

Every time I come In This store it’s something different!! Customer service is horrible minus a few here and there and that’s typically the new employees that don’t last long!! From saying if I don’t have my card they want sale to me, telling me my card is expired on several occasions and it wasn’t, to I’m sorry you have to spend the amount in returns without a receipt because they have no way of looking at your transactions!! They are not updated and I believe they hire the rudest people they can to work here!! One day you can use a card the next day it’s expired and without your physical license you can not renew but yet wait till shift change and your card isn’t expired anymore!! Get it together cosmoprof it’s not like you sale gold here!! I will not be back are business officially is elsewhere after 3 years of shopping here I’m over it!!

My wife and I left Golds Gym next door and proceeded past this place. My wife told me about the store which was for licensed professionals only, which I have been since 2009. We were dressed in clean, dry gym attire that was on par with 5 of 6 other customers inside. A well dressed woman had a car parked in the fire lane outside. We were moving towards the door and she pushed past us and went inside. She thundered around the store finally loudly asking, Is there anyone here that works here?! I was just browsing around with my wife checking out product and pricing. The other customers there were an older woman, younger mom, and a few teen kids. While at the front desk with Miss Fire lane- service me NOW! whispers to the clerk, who loudly asks, Can I help you find anything? I replied, No thank you Im just looking around. That clearly was not acceptable to her. She then asked if I knew how the store works. I said yes its for licensed professionals only. She asked me if I was one and I said yes. Well then may I see your license? I I told her that my wife and I have been to the gym next door and had just gotten something to eat next door and I was just checking the place out and no I dont have it on me right now. She proceeded to tell me in front of everyone that I would then have to leave and I said dont bother I wont be back and walked out.-------------------------Standard canned reply from corporate, nothing from store. More expensive than other professional retailers.

I was rudely told that my Cosmoprof card had exp and that only licensed professionals could shop there. I responded that I am not only a salon owner but I am also a licensed Cosmetologist. She responded Unless you have your license I cant help you. Even though I had just renewed my license and had access to it on my phone, I said thanks but no thanks. Oh and let me just mention I had shopped there 2 days prior with that same exp card.
