This Sephora was fairly easy to get to. It’s on the second floor at the Hamilton Place mall. Would recommend it!

Extremely rude staff. I was asked to leave for my mask being below my nose. The worker stood very close to me harassing me about my mask, talking down to me, and being plain rude. She did not leave my side until I left! The local mandate is over. No need to be rude.

Great products just one problem... I tripped

I had a lot of products I wanted to buy. They had only one of them in store. Very rude staff. Will only try to push the most expensive items on you. I ended up getting everything I was looking for in different brands because the lady there was filling my basket up trying to push sales. Ended up spending a lot of money there but thats only because my boyfriend came in the store after waiting on me wanted me to get makeup and was waiting for me so he gets kinda pushy and rushed so I couldnt think straight when he gets like that. But they didnt deserve his business because he spent over a few hundred dollars there. I will never go back even though my boyfriend doesnt care to spend all that money. It was the principal of the matter that made me feel aweful. If I feel like staff try to push a product on me I dont go back. Good bye sephora because I will take all my business elsewhere. I honestly dont care to spend a lot of money on a product that I know is good. But I left feeling under pressure buying items I wasnt sure about.never again sephora. I will spend all my bf money 🤑 somewhere else 😂 he loves spending money on me so Ill just go somewhere where the staff is more professional and not so pushy. Bye Sephora 😊

Worst sephora experience ever. The staff was very rude . I Spend alot of money at sephora will not be going back to this particular store. The lady that was suppose to help us with cologne and perfume which we intended to buy was very rude about having to help us. We left without buying anything because of it!!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I was uncertain of what foundation I needed for my skin and she was up and ready to hunt a foundation for my pale complexion. She then proceeded to make conversation which made me feel very welcome, I told her about my rosacea and she showed me a product and completely applied it to my face. I was so happy leaving the store, I forgot to ask for her name. I completely recommend this store to anyone, no matter your experience level.

I loved my experience at this Sephora! I needed to get my pictures done and needed to buy some make up. Melissa quickly offered to help me with my eyes and floored me with the amazing look she came up with! She was patient and explained the products and technique. Both young ladies that were working there were friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t go to another Sephora!

Sephoras makeup is high-quality. Their employees are also kind and helpful. They helped me find a black lipstick that I was looking for. They give people advice about what products would be good for the face and which items are currently trending. Also, their points for people with a Sephora account never expire as long you go there at least once every 18 months.

Always a huge selection of everything. Their perfume selection is great and I love the small bottles to carry in my purse. Employees are helpful but dont overwhelm you.

Very nice customer service, I am sure the commission based salary was the reason for that. I was in to buy a mens cologne. The sales rep. In that section was very knowledgeable.

All the employees here are really nice and helpful! Russell has helped me try on several makeup products and taught me how to contour, and each time helps me find what I need while spending less than I had planned. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who spent a long time helping me find the perfect perfume! Always very happy with the service and my purchases here.

I normally buy online because I get so many free samples. I needed a color match so I had to go in the store. Kierra (Sp?) was very patient (I had a wild 1 yr old) and extremely friendly. She was honest and very helpful with my product selection. She made my shopping experience wonderful and I was happy I went in the store. Theyll definitely get my return in-store business and Ill be asking for Kierra to help me!

Great place to shop. Sometimes the testers arent stocked but thats a small thing to complain about. There is nothing extra fabulous about this store in comparison to any other store so that is why they get 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Staff has always been helpful and polite while shopping.

My grandmother and I came in yesterday because she wanted to look at eyebrow pencils and wanted to get matched with the right color. We stayed in there for at least 30 minutes and not one employee came over to help and they just stared at us. So we took our business elsewhere. No they were also not busy.

OMG best experience. I received a complete makeover from Ricardo (Rickey). He was so polite, professional, and respectful. We had some laughs and great conversation. He is such a sweetheart and gave me great results.

The employees used to be so rude but this Sephora have the greatest. They are always so helpful and chatty. The one inside JCPenneys I avoid at all costs because how rude they are.

I went to this Sephora for several things. This sephora is one of the best ones I have ever went too! Every employee was so kind and helpful but also very knowledgeable!! You could just tell they were passionate about what they do and about your needs!! I will definitely be back!P.s. Dont be afraid to ask questions the women I talked to were so willing to help in any way possible! Also they dont mind looking in the drawers for you if theyre are out of a product! Seriously one of the nicest retail stores I have been to in a while!

Could not get anyone to help me. When someone did, they were rude. So, I walked directly across the mall and went into the MAC store and was treated like a person should be.

Hands down the best Sephora employees Ive experienced so far. I definitely recommend coming to this Sephora if youre in the neighborhood. Ive only been there once and they greeted me, asked if I needed help, and thanked me for my purchase unlike the other Sephoras Ive been to.

I go to this Sephora any time I have a bit of money to spend. I love makeup and have found that up until today, your employees were always very accommodating and sweet ladies. Until today not one employee had a problem giving me free samples. Today, I was browsing and found a product that my friend and I wanted to test out and asked for two samples (and it was clear that I was asking for two people). About five of your employees were huddled in a circle in the middle of an isle talking about god-knows-what. I approached the ladies and stood while they continued their conversation until I interrupted and said “Excuse me.” They didn’t look very happy at all that I had apparently interrupted their trivial conversation while on the job. I requested two samples while pointing to my friend and I and the lady told me I couldn’t get two samples because it’s only one per person. Well, that rule hasn’t been found on your website and every other time I’ve been to sephora, they gave me countless samples so I could really test out the product before I spent a good amount of money on it. As much as I go to Sephora, this was really disappointing and I’m kind of scared to go back and be treated so rudely by your staff members. I work in retail as well, and never in my life would I have been huddled around with my coworkers with that many customers in the store. Really disappointing.

Employees are just rude, snubby, and attitude queens. Specially at the check out counter the ladies thinks they are all that. They never greet with smile, always attitude on their nose. I am VIB Rouge and been to plenty of sephora, I know my make up but sometimes when you have quick question, good luck finding someone. I have seen employees just standing in corner and talking, they know you are looking around to get some help but they will not bother to come and ask. I received the perfume as gift and I didnt like it so I went to sephora to get it exchange, the lady at the counter said they cant do it even though I know sephora does exchange on the product you are not happy with. I asked her what are my options, she rolls her eyes and say I dont know. Like what? I moved from the big city where sephora employees are so welcoming and helpful. I took that perfume to jcpenny sephora and the employees there were happy to help me with exchange. I think I will take my business to either jcpenny sephora or ulta. I dont need to give the business to attitude snobby lazy employees. Hope management looks in it.

This place is horrible. I brought my friend here for a makeover since I got her a $50 gift card for her birthday. The staff all demonstrated their incompetence with makeup through their own makeup applications with huge unblended blocks of blush and unmatched foundations. The woman who did my friends makeup didnt know what she was doing. She couldnt even do a wing on my friend. She had the end of it stop abruptly and bluntly at half of her eye and it just didnt work at all. We had to ask her to take it off. Overall just bad and stressful time all around.

I split my Sephora shopping between Hamilton Place mall in Chattanooga and Perimeter mall in Atlanta. I have only used Sephora for about 6 weeks now and am already at VIB level. Perimeter staff was amazing. They were all sweet and helpful. Ive been to Hamilton Placemall in Chattanooga about 4 times and the employees ignore me. Maybe I dont look like someone about to drop serious cash and thats the issue. I try to come in with minimal makeup so that I am able to color match myself without having to have that dreaded patchy spot with no foundation when I leave. I have literally asked for help and the employee stated she would be there in a few minutes. She stayed swatching new products for herself while I waited. How insane is that? At a different shopping trip I asked for help with under eye concealing. I have dark circles that are genetic. The employee attempted what turned into a hot mess, so instead of being rude and telling her she was way off of the mark I said I just have bad genetics. Her reply? Yep! And walked away. Id recommend nearly any other Sephora than Chattanooga, unless you know exactly what you want and need no assistance. Or maybe not look like me? Not sure.By the way to any Sephora employee reading this, everyone has bad days. This has been consistent. I have a very good paying job in a corporate setting, which has encouraged me to begin to wear makeup. Also the fact that I just turned 30 and well, my skin isnt what it used to be so Im learning how to use makeup and need your assistance. I have no kids and would like to spend my money in your store, for which I hope you get commission. So please, be mindful that your attitude has an effect on my decision to spend money there.
