There needs to be more organization & more than one cash register. Masks should be mandatory but some people dont follow rules unfortunately. I love the employees. They should hire more people to help organize.

Great place hard to keep social distancing but other than that its great and great prices

This place has always been poorly ran as it pertains to store conditions and Covid took it over the edge.Still the same cluttered- death trap!! Go in at your own risk and expect nothing great except long lines, carts blocking aisles, out of stocks, and no standards.The cashiers that work here and that have checked me out have been some of the nicest folks ever but you know they are frustrated when folks be complaining but they do their jobs without complaints and that is the only saving grave.Clean this death trap up

The staff was helpful, however the store was a wreck. They were stocking shelves but it could have been less cluttered to ensure safety. Im sure they are understaffed. Every aisle had multiple freight carts. Luckily, I didnt need a shopping buggy for some well priced garbage bags and TP!

This Dollar General is a safety hazzard! When I went in, I nearly fell four times due to boxes and carts for stocking being strewn everywhere. I had trouble finding things because their stock carts were blocking it. The aisles are very narrow and adding the boxes and carts in the way makes it extremely hard for people with physical challenges to navigate the store. I will not be back here. I will go to Ooltewah or Lee Hwy instead.🤦 Dollar General you can do better than this.

This store is in need of a makeover from the inside out. I have frequented this Dollar General about 15 times in recent months. Many times I go there because Im curious to see if they ever get it organized but no doubt its always just as unorganized and messy as before. Aisles cluttered like going thru a maze... Cant walk thru without bumping into something or somebody. We trying to social distance doesnt work in this store. I always have to move carts to get items and feel like Ive had an arm workout after depending on how many carts I had to move at that particular visit...I see others do the same...plenty items misplaced and on the floor....floor mat at the door is dirty and shriveled up if any mat at alll... shoe prints and dirt at the door...just might slip at the door if raining try not to fall though...buggys outside are all over the place sometimes....the basket rack inside the store is far to the right not easily noticed. Needs better aroma. Employees on their phones taking personal calls talking loud enough for everyone to hear in the store and texting like they are on break.Im very practical and understanding and realize that sometimes places are understaffed and sometimes staff are overworked, but nah this store is a mess ALL the time and nothing seems be getting done about it. Very unpleasant experiences. I frequent other Dollar General stores in the city and they are all great in general then theres this one the worst by far. I nearly asked the cashier what is going on here but I always continue to be polite and keep my mouth shut about it. Management should make changes.

Always has what I need, even though it may not be in the correct spot lol. this store could use a major face lift though.

Too much product blocking the ailes

This is the worst DG. The isles are so small. There is never enough staff. The staff is kind of rude. There are always carts of stock on the floors blocking the already tiny isles. It is very difficult to shop here even if you are running in just for one item.

Purchased a beautiful light weight white comforter for $20. Love it

Store is very disorganized .The company shouldnt be so cheap need to hire more people and the people there needs a raise .Alot of work they have to do for the amount of workers .

Employees are great but they are always out of something usually. Sometimes the store is very bare and with it being in Flintstone is sad because then you have to go out of your way sometimes to get the items you need. The manager is hardly around and when he is doesnt say much. Tara is amazing and very helpful!

Although the customer service was good, the overall stores appearance was terrible. There were trash all on the sidewalk in front of the store. It was hard to maneuver through the aisles without knocking over things. Too cluttered with the freight on the sales floor.

Messy interior, so things are just laying around, and they prices arent accurate, example : items may be in a clearance bin and when Yu check out its full price, no mam!

Too crowded. Need a larger building to display properly. This location could command a higher level of business if building was larger & nicer.

Bought a item. One of those hand held vacs. Did not realize it was plug into car only until on my way out of store. Turned around immediately and got an attitude from the manager because they did not have one to plug into a regular outlet and so I said just refund my money then and she acted like I was crazy because now she had to push some buttons and she was clearly busy talking on the phone.....

Cashier could and would not get off blue tooth phone call long enough to greet me much less notice i was trying to get change out to give hime so i get a dollar in return not tons of change.he looked at me crazy when i handed him change and said oh i dont need that...i said yes i want you to have it so i get bills back not change he said i distracted him i said no talking on the pgine did that.he could not figure out what change to give me...ITS SIMPLE MATH! So i said i get a dollar and two pennies..he laughed it off i informed him most people loose jobs for being on the phone while at work esp with customers there but he was back to his phone conversation and didnt hear me....very rude unfriendly staff.

This store is always a mess with shelves half empty and stuff all over the floor. Dollar general is a huge company, youd think theyd at least have someone in charge who could keep it looking neat like every other store in the area.
