On the items passing inspection it stated that the windshield wiper operation was okay and actually this is my second time asking specifically for this to be checked due to it not working! Of course, I’m always made aware of “other” things needing attention. It makes me wonder if the other items were actually checked. My trust level has definitely been lowered with them.

Run flat tire had 1 pound when we got in the cat to drive home to Illinois. Got air in it and there was a bolt in one of the treads. Went to Chattanooga BMW at opening and met Nick and Wes in service. Nick assessed my situation and recommended tire replacement and they had one in stock. Got us back on the road in 45 minutes WITH a wash! Nick and Wes were professional, courteous and excellent hosts. Thanks so much!

I have been used this dealership since 2017 to buy cars or for my cars maintenance services and I never had any issues. They always worked hard to meet my needs and treated me fairly, what have been more and more difficult to find in dealerships today. Those are the reasons I surely recommend them.

I had a problem with sound system while traveling to visit my son in Chattanooga. Called at last minute as I arrived in Chat. and Nick said I should come by service. Today we had an issue with the battery in our 2012 BMW 640is battery, it barely started at a gas station. I was going for a medical procedure the next morning and my wife drives this car and was taking me in. I called Chattanooga BMW and they said to bring it in and they would check it and if needed put a battery in. We got there and they immediately took the car around, told us it did need a battery and within an hour had it swapped out and programmed. Excellent service.

Team was very professional. Kept me posted along the way as they were doing the repairs. Would definitely use again.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming on arrival. I was given alternatives to a couple of things on my car so I was able to make a decision on how to proceed. They provided me with options where I could continue working while I waiting for my service. The wait time provided was accurate and my car was clean when they delivered it back to me.

Nicholas is the best service representative I have ever encountered. He has the absolute best customer service I have ever received from anyone. He made sure I was happy and went the extra mile to have my satisfaction on the problem we were trying to fix. I walked out of the dealership happy as can be. I’m most excited about the fact I get to work with him in the future. I recommend this dealership and Nick to anyone who has a BMW, if you don’t own a BMW I suggest you get one.

My husband and I were visiting Chattanooga while waiting to close on a house out of state. My X1 with 11,000 miles on it, decided to go crazy and flash every possible warning sign the system had, and shut down in the middle of driving down a busy street.I called Chattanooga BMW and they told me to bring it in right away.Wes took my call and I am glad that he did, because he was amazing.Long story short, after testing everything, the car ended up needing an entirely new computer. Wes and Kevin were awesome, they made sure we had a rental car to go back home and Wes texted and called with regular updates on the car. It ended up taking almost a month to get all of e parts in and get it fixed, however we were well taken care of and I was very happy with the service.

The service department in general and Wes Miller in particular greet you quickly and move everything along quickly. The service department is a large part of why Im now driving my second BMW. Thank you for exceptional customer service and car maintenance.

Nick and Brooke were excellent. Very helpful and got me in and out quickly. Nick was super speedy and listened to all my concerns.

I took my BMW X5 for service. My car would intermittently have starting problems and I suspected that maybe it was a fuel pump problem. This suspition was indicated on the service request. NO check engine light came on. Upon diagnostic evaluation an error indicating a gas tank evacuation pump error was diagnosed and replaced at cost of ~ $1000.00. I was told the fuel pump was checked and was not the cause of my problem. Within 1 week the same starting problem occurred and eventually left me stranded. I had the car evaluated by another aftermarket BMW service department and within 10 minuted it was determined that the fuel pump was indeed the cause of my original problem. The fuel pump relay was burned indicating high current draw from the defective fuel pump. Very disappointed this was not discoved by the Chattanooga BMW service department.
