Please read! I dont normally write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience. We were just looking around the dealership and met Jacob Stanley (Product Specialist). He was awesome! Super nice and personable. Within minutes, I knew if I was buying something I wanted to deal with him. He was helpful without being pushy, transparent and made me feel like finding what was best for my family was more important than making a sale.I feel confident in saying if youre looking to buy a car from Integrity Buick GMC or Mazda, and want to deal with an authentic sales person, ask for Jacob. You wont regret it.

My wife stopped by and test drove a 2018 Acadia and spoke with Jacob Stanley. From the get go he treated her with respect and genuinely wanted to help her. This dealership would not answer the phone for 3 days in a row. They replaced my battery in my Buick and told me to call them if I had any issues out of it. A week later it’s stalling to start and not one person answered the phone for 3 days, left a voicemail with my number and nothing. When I finally got ahold of someone, they tell me they pretty much have no idea when they’ll be able to do anything with my car bc they have “100” cars in the shop… even though they were the ones to replace the battery to begin with and told me to contact them if I needed anything… They don’t offer loaner vehicles… so my only choice was to travel an hour and a half away to the dealership I originally bought it from. So inconvenient and very unprofessional.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! My daughter bought a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu Labor Day weekend. One day later there is a popping noise when I turn my steeringwheel. Went back two days later and the Managers, Bailey and Steve, refused to even pay for a diagnostic. After arguing with them they agreed to do a diagnostic but informed me they WOULD NOT COVER REPAIRS. I am warning everyone who reads this that these crooks knew there was something wrong with the car before they sold it and cannot be trusted. Please do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that has real integrity and not just a decieving name!!!

I live in Birmingham, AL and found my new vehicle through the internet on your website. I never thought I would be able to make a trade-purchase through Gmail; but that is where Bridget Sanders came in...I reached out about possibly matching a great deal I was offered in Birmingham, but the dealership had NO cars for me to choose from. Not only did I find the exact vehicle I wanted, but I found a much better car than was previously offered and Integrity matched the same deal; the bank approved my loan and my insurance was changed over all within about 72 hours. I drove to Chattanooga 2 days ago, met Bridget and Justin (financing) in person, had a fantastic rapport with both of them, signed my papers, received my in-depth tutor session on all the new features, my front and back tags were changed for me while there, it was full of gas and ALL fuels, clean and ready to go. ALL of this took about 2 hours at most. Ive never had this type of buying experience, but I can tell you this is the way to go if you can do it. We didnt have an appointment, but the sales staff quickly assisted us and showed us the vehicles we were interested in. Jason Blevins, salesman, took us under his wing and answered any questions we had and when we drove a couple of vehicles, he answered all of our inquiries. It was a pleasant experience even through the finance representative and everyone was accommodating and pleasant. It was a good experience.

My very first “big girl” purchase was my new VW Passat. I had been shopping around, and I just was so nervous & felt doubtful with the other places I went to. When I got to integrity it was later in the day, I was stressed and now short on time because I had a test and work. Bridgette immediately took me in, found me two cars I loved!! & in my price range, took care of all the foot work while I was in class, while keeping my fiancé & me updated. I left with my amazing car the next morning. She made me feel comfortable and valued & even helped entertain my 4 year old daughter. By the end of it I felt like we were friends! She even transferred my car seat and other items from my old car to my new VW, in the rain, while I was finishing up the paperwork! I live just north of Atlanta, and reached out to 2 dealerships near me inquiring about buying the Yukon.  Both sales reps I spoke with didnt have the exact model and options I wanted, and couldnt get rid of me fast enough. So I called Integrity on my way home, this is a Thursdayafternoon, and Greg Pope answered.  I asked him if the vehicle was still available, and his response was I think so, let me check and call you back in 5 minutes...2 minutes later he got back to me.  We talked about the price, the options, and he got with Justin Varghese immediately to run the financing for me and my wife.  DONE DEAL!!!From the time I called to the time I was giving them my credit card to hold the car for me, to drive up that Saturday, it was less than 2 hours.Saturday morning at 10:15, my dad and I pulled in, and Greg was right there to greet us.  We took it for a test drive to make sure I loved it, and was sitting in Justins office 15 minutes later signing the papers.  After going through all the bells and whistles on the car I was off the lot at 11:30 heading back to Georgia!!In addition to the sale & financing, I had to reach out to Greg earlier this week because the tag office in Georgia had not received the title work.  He got with the tag dept. and had them FedEx it overnight, gave me the tracking number and I saw it was delivered there this morning.Guys like Greg and Justin who go above and beyond with their customer service that make the car buying process an enjoyable one.Anyone I know in the market for a new car, Ill be sure to send them your way, and make sure they know its worth the drive.

Just recently bought a new Yukon from Jason Blevins. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. This dealership is a locally owned family dealership and I liked that they are part of our community as well.

I live just south of Nashville. As I was on my way to Atlanta with 2 children this past Friday, my Buick Enclave had severe issues. I was near Chattanooga, so I called your dealership. Service was closed, but Greg was willing to help me. I ultimately left my car outside the service door, ubered to the airport, and got a rental car. Saturday both Josh and Greg reached out multiple times. Your security guard, Chuck, was also extremely helpful as he was on site when I left the car after hours. My car unfortunately needs a new engine, and it is currently being towed back to Franklin. As you can imagine, this ordeal was quite stressful. Greg, Josh, and Chuck extended compassion and grace, and they went above and beyond to make this situation as positive as they could. The “Integrity” in your business name shines through your team.

Fulton Lewis was wonderful! This was my first time buying a car so I was naturally nervous. He was super nice, informative, and helped me through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles on the lot. The vehicle I wanted had just sold the night before and there weren’t any others available in the color, etc. He showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle that was on the lot and then proceeded to find the exact color and features, I was looking for, in a near by lot and have them bring that one to me so I could get exactly what I wanted. Would definitely buy Another vehicle from him in the future!!

We were impressed by the treatment and service of the staff at Integrity Buick GMC. Matthew was awesome and great to work with! Although the sale didnt work out for us, they did work with us and they offered some great advice for the future. We pulled up to the dealership, started looking at a Encore. While looking there was a gentleman walking by with keys in hand, we assumed he was headed to his car to go home. He looked over at us and seen then we were showing interest, Jacon Stanley (instesd of going home like he could have asked if we needed help). Would you really like to know?Never been so utterly disgusted with the treatment at this dealership.Not enough space to put everything that has happened to our 2021 Acadia.Sunroof jumping track,recall on radio,had to have a new transmission and they damaged our car while they were repairing it!!Let me say again this is a brand new car!!!@

Inventory can be pretty light these days so it may be difficult to find what you are looking for on the lot. They will work with you to attempt to locate the vehicle I another dealerships inventory and trade if they can. Their service department is easy to schedule an appointment with online and were very helpful and responsive

My experience at Integrity was stellar. The salesman, Jeremy, was very accomodating and friendly. Justin, in finance was equally as competent, however the dealership needs more staff in this area as my wait was too long. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this business without reservations.

Let me first off say, I have been in the car business for 14 years. Typically I am not very impressed with dealerships unless it was one I worked for. With that being said, we purchased a Denali from Bridget last night the amount of respect, time and hospitality that this dealership showed us is unmatched. The GM and staff are so friendly, and kind and all around good people. We left this dealership last night and knew that we would be long term customers. Even with the 1+ hour drive. If you are in the market- you wont find a better place to make a deal.

After purchasing my ATS from an out of town dealer I didnt know what to expect at my first service appointment. Matt was respectful of my time and ensured that my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. He even called to obtain approval to replace the battery in my key fob. Its not the people Im upset with. Its the small dents that were made on my car. My car had no dents. I washed it on Saturday. Noticed next to the emblem. There are dents!!!

This company advertises one price on their website to bait customers in, and then they raise the price only because they THINK they can. They raise their price several thousand dollars above what they say something costs on their internet price, on the same vehicle. I would never run my business like this. And to have the name INTERGRITY is hypocritical beyond measure.

I have taken my Yukon to be serviced at integrity since I bought it almost 3 years ago. Service is always slow but we wanted all service done at a certified dealer in case there was a problem and we would have no issues with the warranty. Never again will we waste money with this place. We have been charged for a tire rotation only to realize after examining the tread that they haven’t rotated my tires for at least the last 2 service appointments and most likely longer. This was caught bc my tire pressure was slightly low in one tire when we brought it in for servicing and after the appointment the tire pressure still had the same pressure as before it went in. So they didn’t even check that during their “inspection”. So here we are over $600 later for 2 new tires after another dealer diagnosed a separated belt in one bc they hadn’t been rotated. I’m not sure why the service takes so long if they aren’t even doing the work!

They don’t even deserve one star! If you want “quality” service on your vehicle, do NOT go to Integrity GMC off of International Dr. Went to the dealership in to have a bolt replaced behind a tire and their solution was a ZIP TIE that only led to errors being sent to the dashboard.

Ran my credit 4 times when I specifically askedTo only run once, to one bank when trying to buy a car. The price they told me at the beginning never ended up being the price at the end of the deal. I have called asking to speak to a manger and I never got a return phone call. They don’t live up to their name!

During this pandemic, its hard to get out,and the overall experience was easy and most of the communication was done through text messages or email. Me and my wife recently worked with Kenny Louis. Before coming to integrity we spent about a week going to different dealerships, online, and calling a few private owners. Kenny didn’t pressure us into anything, simply asked us how can he help us and what was it that we were looking for and if we needed any assistance he was there to answer any questions. I loved his approach. Usually when I go to dealerships I don’t like the salesperson that approaches and is simply just looking for the sale. I looked around a bit spoke with the wife and we decided to give Kenny a shot. He spoke with us about a few different options and we went on a test drive. Hands down not only is Kenny one of the best salesmen we have ever worked with but Integrity was phenomenal. They have the lowest prices so it makes it easy! No negotiation was needed on our end! We simply chose the vehicle we wanted after looking at a few, took the test drive and Kenny handled the rest! Wonderful customer service. During this COVID pandemic, my service rep made sure to give me options to limit how often I was inside the building. While wearing a mask (thank you!), he even came out and greeted me, took all the info, and took my car in without me even having to go inside the building. We purchased two vehicles from Integrity Chevrolet in 2016.We were looking to up grade and was interested in a GMC. When we arrived we started walking around of course looking at the vehicles and were approached by a salesmen that made us feel like we didnt belong at there dealership. We were in work clothes of course and work in the construction industry. We felt we had been judged based on our appearance that we didnt have money to be looking for a GMC. We took our business to Darrell Waltrip GMC in Franklin Tennessee. Its a two hour drive from Chattanooga but the service is well worth it.

Service was good. To a little long for an oil change but was not a big deal.

Quick oil change while I waited. I had them check a tire with a slow leak. The tire had a nail in the sidewall, and they replaced it in about an hour at a reasonable price.

Says they are open until 7:00, but they will never answer their phones no matter what time of the day you call.

This the worst place to get your car fixed

Justin is a good salesman worked with us to get the payment we wanted.But right at 30 days in the vehicle goes in to limp mode call and talk with the sales manager he ask if we bought a waranty I told him one was not offered so he told me the bank would not let them offer one sounds a little shady to me. Then he told me that he lost money on the sale that he did not have room to do any repairs. We have not received our paper work from the bank yet so have not made the first payment.Good experience with the salesman but a bad over all with customer service. Now have a vehicle that we can not drive.

I had a wonderful experience this past weekend at Integrity Buick GMC. I own a 2012 Buick Enclave and was traveling to Chattanooga for a softball tournament. Half way up on our drive my air conditioning stopped working. We called this dealership and Kyle Montgomery told us to bring the car right to him. We were met with a smile. He took my car and got us into a loaner car to get us around for all of our games. He reassured us he could get out car fixed and he did just that. He arranged my extended warranty to cover the work and got it all done in less than a day.Thank you so much. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
