This is a great place for collision repair. The office staff is very helpful. Everything was explained up front about charges, insurance responsibilities, along with my part. The repairs on my car were great. Great group of people!

I came to this shop after being rear ended. I came to ensure there wasn’t significant damage to my vehicle and have repairs done through insurance. It took way longer than expected (which happens) but communication regarding delays was poor. I was also informed by the insurance company (not the auto shop) that my vehicle had an exhaust leak. My vehicle had been running way louder since after the accident and I communicated that. This auto shop told insurance it wasn’t related to being rear ended. So just a very oddly timed coincidence... I am now having to pay out of pocket for a repair that another auto shop feels confident was a result of the initial accident. Would not recommend, very disappointed.

The best experience Ive had from a repair shop. Customer service was exceptional. They handled all of my insurance paperwork for me. It took less than a week to get my vehicle back. And they cleaned my vehicle better than most car wash places would. Highly reccomend this place if you need repairs done to your vehicle.

I took my truck in for damage to front and rear damage to side body damage. Work was performed in a timely manor and returned to me like it came off the showroom floor. I was impressed with their ability to match the original paint exactly.Payment was out of pocket and seemed a little pricy, but I don’t think it was out of line with what any quality body shop would have charged. They ended up charging me a couple hundred less than the original estimate.Very satisfied with Northshore.Steve

To be fair they did do a decent job, but communication is not thier strong suit and if your going to charge someone $6 for washer fluid...... At least put it in....? Bone dry. 😂

The employees are friendly, but there was a lot of passing the buck as to why they kept pushing the completion date of my car repair back. The reason I needed this auto repair service was after my car got stolen, and the theif damaged by car during his joyride. This auto collision place made an already stressful situation worse...The guy at Northshore that I spoke with on the phone was completely unsympathetic to the fact that their delay (which they should have professionally just taken ownership for) is costing me $25 out of pocket per day over a week after Northshore told me my car would be ready. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I couldnt have asked or expected better service.....this place is extraordinary so polite and making sure you are updated on the work being done....my car looks new again ......they went above and beyond what I expected and GUESS WHAT they made me feel like they wanted me to be satisfied with their work and showed me they respect their customers I just cant say enough good about them. They did an excellent job getting our truck repaired. The work was done in a timely manner and when asked got complete updates. Paul was great to work with, they also cleaned the truck inside and out. I highly recommend this shop.

We had the best experience using North Shore Auto Collision. They went above and beyond on our car, down to cleaning the dashboard before I got it back. It was great work for a fair price and the turnaround time was half of what they originally estimated. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this place. They had a quick turnaround and communicated well the entire time. They even cleaned and vacuumed my entire vehicle inside and out as well which was a great touch. Definitely everything you’d want at a body repair shop.

This is the best place to go. David really knows how to stay in touch. In on Monday, done by Thursday. Gave us updates everyday with progress reports, and or questions. A beautiful job with nothing having to be done over. Unlike Maaco where they had two weeks and did not do the job right and when we returned my truck...kept me from working 28 days, and still didnt get it right. Has to go back in for pealing paint and to finish job. again!! We will use North Shore Collision from now forward. They are awesome. It is a clean shop, all employees are courteous, and efficient. Best in Chattanooga.

Trunk of BMW left with noticeable gaps on the exterior, wires falling out inside trunk, trunk light doesn’t work, trunk latch doesn’t open easily. They originally tried to give it back and the top would not go down and windows didn’t work. I contacted to give them an opportunity to fix the trunk issues...no response.

Just got my estimate to have a bumper repaired. Staff were super quick and they didnt try to oversell me and have me get a whole replacement when all I wanted was to have mine fixed. Will definitely recommend these guys!

We brought our car in on Monday this week because our brake light was on. They called us on Tuesday and told us to come pick up the car because the brake light had turned off, the mechanic had driven the car around, and they couldnt find any issues. Today, Friday, we are on an 8-hour drive and the breaks start scraping 3 hours in. We stopped at a juffy lube and they showed us the break pads which were non-existent at this point. What kind of auto shop doesnt check the brake pads when someone brings their car in with a brake light on?Ive never seen such incompetence. Not sure why the reviews on this place are so good.
