Lied to insurance about auto repairs; left car open and out in the rain; had to request an estimate 3 times. Also had to pump 15.3 gallons of water out of my car after finally getting through with them.

I had a minor fender bender a few weeks ago that took out my driver’s side fender and Rivermont did an excellent job at repairing the damage. The estimate was fair and was explained to me before any work was done and the turnaround time was relatively short. I had my car back in less than a week.5/5 stars for good, fast service and for a fair price. Should I need future repair work on a car, I would use them again.

I took my vehicle to Rivermont Paint and Body for front end damage repair. The vehicle drivable when I took it in. It took approximately 2 months to get it repaired. It was very difficult reach the shop by phone, as my call would go to voicemail nearly every time I called. My messages were not returned, and I would have to drive the shop to check on progress. Once I got my vehicle back, the body work was disgraceful. The hood lines did not line up, the skid plates and splash guards under the vehicle were not tightened in place and hanging down, and the headlights were not aligned after installation. I will not give Rivermont Paint and Body my business again, nor will I recommend their work.

I recently got some work done by these guys. Had a hit and run and had to pay out of pocket. They really worked with me to make it affordable. The estimate was more than half of what big shops where estimating. I ended up supplying parts, so the price I paid ended up being cheaper than there estimate.Time estimated was 1 week, ended up being closer to 3 weeks. Looking back no big deal, but at the time I was really exited to get it back.I am very picky about my car and I have to say the body work and paint was fantastic, could ask for better work. I had someone back into me at a local drive thru rolling in the corner of my hood,busting my grill and pushing my radiator support back! I took it to rivermont and they worked with me seeing as the guilty party never filled the accident and I had to go through my insurance. I would recommend this shop, they are kind and go out of there way to help the customer! Thank you to Jim and the whole crew at rivermont paint and body!

This place is wonderful to work with. I had $3000 worth of damage after driving over a large tire tread in the middle of the fast lane. They gave me a great repair that appears like new and even worked with me on price because my insurance deductible was so high. Its so rare to find trustworthy people in this particular business, but they were fair, quick, and professional. I 100% recommend them if you need work done on your car.

Absolutely amazing work! I parked under a tree that dropped some berries with acidic juice on my truck, and the juice ate through both the clear and color coats of my paint. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the repainting of my hood and roof, and the work is flawless. Its like it never happened at all. I did find one spot where the paint was eaten through on my fender, which in all fairness I did not tell them to paint. However, when I told them about that spot, they said that they do free touch ups, and Ill simply need to bring it by once it stops raining. This place will give you a low estimate. Once they fix your vehicle they charge you a lot more than the estimate.Edit:It was actually $1,710.51 more. Any money the insurance company sent them that they didnt use would have come back to me. They made sure that didnt happen.

I highly recommend this place! I had to get some body work done due to a collision and the guys here were great to work with. I could not be happier and my car looks perfect! They are fair, honest, and the quality of work is excellent.

I have worked with Jim 3 times the past 3 years thanks to various hit and runs on my car. Jim has ALWAYS been dead on with his estimates and in 2 cases when I went to pick up my car he presented me with bills LESS than what he quoted. Talk about honesty and character! The work he and his team do is always very well done and in one instance where something was overlooked, he was quick to make it right without any argument at all. They even helped me out with a ride to my house when I dropped my car off but couldnt arrange a ride home. I will continue to recommend Jim and his team to people as they are the best shop in town when it comes to a fair price and top quality work.

I was in a hit and run and took my car here for a new bumper and tail light. Quick estimate, super friendly and helpful staff, fair pricing, and my repairs were done well and way quicker than I was originally told. As a comment on the staff, I even witnessed Jim help an elderly gentleman search for his lost phone somewhere in his car after he had dropped it off. Hopefully Ill never have to come here again (because car accidents are no fun) but if I do need future repairs I will definitely be taking it here!

During our recent great flood, my window was stuck down, my car was a mess. I brought it into them, and they looked it over for no charge, even helped put a board inside my door to prop the window up! Then they found me a new window motor and had it installed within 24 hours. Awesome people, fair prices.

I went through Rivermont for an insurance job and it hasnt been the best experience Ive ever had. They knew it was going through the insurance company but didnt take pictures or send the insurance company any estimates until after the work was done...they claimed to not know it was going through insurance but continually asked me for the insurance check so...? In addition, they were just fixing a small dent on the passenger door (which, to their credit, was fixed) but ever since I got my car back the window in that door sounds like its going to fall out! Theres an awful rattling sound every time the door shuts or I hit a bump in the road. Im just waiting for the window to fall into the door at this point. Cant get them to answer the phone or return my calls. I cant say that I would recommend them to anyone.

They quoted me 250 for work on the front end of my vehicle.Since it didnt take as long as they initially expected, I was only charged 170. They did exactly as I asked repair wise, and overall were very easy to work with. A true gem in the auto repair biz!

The quote they gave me easily beat the handful of others I got. It took them exactly as long as they said it would. The paint matches the rest of my car, looks even, and there isnt any overspray. I had one large dent and several other spots of damage on my bumpers, and you cant even tell they were there. Final price matched my quote.Highly recommended!
