They did an amazing job on my car and pushed to get it finished so I could take it on time on my vacation. They were so kind very professional and very sweet I had a very great experience the communication was wonderful and they worked very hard for me very grateful for them. I hope I dont ever need them again just because you dont want to wreck your car but if I do I wouldnt trust anybody else in Chattanooga but then they do amazing work

I had a minor accident in my 2012 Camry. The repair was excellent: high quality, reasonable turn around, very good value, and the staff was courteous. The car looked almost as good as the day I bought it. I recommend them very highly! As a new resident of Chattanooga, I will return for work as needed.

I have limited experience with this operation. My one encounter was fine. They were not very fast or inexpensive and their customer service was minimal. The work that they did seems o.k. Time will tell.

They keep texting me that it would be repaired within a certain time but it always changesIm still waiting on my car and Im going overseas soon...Not really satisfied with this service👎👎

It was not done as perfect as I thought it would be because they didnt repair the vandlism in the drivers side door.

They do not blend black paint on cars there dir insurance claims. While the quality of the parts they did paint is good, it is very noticeable. When I asked about it is was given and answer of they didnt pay us to blend.

This is the worst experience I had very unprofessional, first it delays for 10 days of their preliminary promise date. They keep promising different dates and when Finally when I received the Car the car repair was not completed. and upon asking they said it was not part of the claim. But it was on the same side of the other damages which I assume they might not have noticed during the estimation and now they dont want to do the job as they already had submitted the claim to insurance and they are not goanna get the money for work they forget to estimate so they did not do that and forces upon me....Worst......Worst......Worst

I went here after someone hit my Tacoma. They got it back to me in four days looking great and they even detailed the inside. I cant tell that its been in an accident and it looks better than it has in a while.

Capital Toyota Collision Center deserves 50X this many stars. From the word go, Charity, Dee, and Susan were professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the way they handled my vehicle. They wanted it to be fixed correctly and thoroughly and took the time and effort to see that through to the end. From dropping my car off to picking it up, I got superior customer service. From the Manager (Charity) to a gentleman from the shop coming to get his cup of coffee, I was greeted with a Hello and a smile. These people never quit. It was a distinct pleasure dealing with EVERYONE at this body shop. They got on the phone and dealt with my insurance claims adjuster even though they are super-busy. They call when they say they will and deliver on all their promises. I cant say that I am anticipating another occasion when my car will need body work but I can unequivocally say that I will be bringing it to Capital Toyota Collision. One more time everyone--THANKS :)))))

They did an awesome paint job on my truck.

We took our 2018 Dodge Ram here to be repaired and were blown away at the workmanship! A sofa flew off a trailer and smashed into the front and sides it was a disaster but picking it up today it looks like new ! The estimator Jackie was very knowledgeable and kept us informed. Our technicians name was jimmy very friendly staff and atmosphere overall. Highly recommend if you’re misfortunate enough to need a repair done !

I quickly called them and she was very nice and approachable!!! She said I could leave my car and go ahead and pick up my rental! She told me it may be a few days to work on it but maybe the first of next week they could get me in!!!! I will leave more info when I am done with capital ToyotaIt did take a little while to get my car back BUT it was worth the wait. I would rather they take their time and fix it right than rush!!!! I have nothing but great things to say about EVERYONE THERE!!!! It was a accident that I wasn’t happy about but there service was amazing to me!!! We evacuated from Home on Tampa Bay to get to safety from Hurricane Irma. On our way up to Tennessee our car hit a poor deer. It damaged the front left drivers side bumper and it was rubbing a tire when we turned. Even though the shop was closed Saturday, Susan took my car and had a tech tape it up so we could drive home safely. It only took a few minutes, but it was such a blessing for our family. They refused to take any money.Southern hospitality at its best!

Great place to fix your Toyota or Lexxus they are extremely fast and your car is usually done in a week. Mine took two and a half weeks but that isnt their fault the headlights were a different kind than ordered for my car. Great people great service. Dee and Charity are great.

Wonderful work and extremely friendly people from the sweet little receptionist Lacie to all the super nice mechanics and other co-workers. My car was scheduled for a 14 business day repair and was available by 7 business days. The car looks like new. I would highly recommend this business for any type of repair work. Mine was body repair from a mom who finds those yellow poles at gas stations. Nothing like the whole side crushed and yelliw. Lol

I’m insured with progressive who attempted to have me go a couple different places but have heard such great things about capital collision that I decided to go there… I’m very pleased I made the decision as they not only did a perfect job with the repair but kept me informed every step of the way… Couple minor things backed it up 2 days from the 9 day completion but everything came out perfect… Couldn’t be happier!

Brought car in to have rear window replaced and scratches in the door fixed/ repainted. When I dropped off the car I wasnt notified that they were overbooked. Although there is a sign on the desk saying to not drop off your car if you have a vacation planned etc (covering their ass), I didnt see the sign and I wasnt notified about this policy. It turns out I did have a vacation planned, and the only way I was able to have my vehicle by then is because I told them I was picking up the car no matter what, whether or not it was complete. This was all after several broken promises on the timing of the repair. I was told it would be done Friday, I was never notified that it wasnt going to be done by that time, I had to call them and find out what was going on. When I called on Friday to verify it was finished, they said it wasnt done and would be complete Wednesday by the latest. When I called Monday to check on the progress they said it wont be done until Thursday or maybe Friday. When I called Thursday night they werent sure it would be done on Friday. I spoke with the manager and explained all of this, and she was very argumentative. She said I dont understand how car repair works (I do, I have a lot of experience in car repair). She said I was being unreasonable (I wasnt, I was promised the vehicle would be complete by a certain time and I expect people to fulfill their promises, or at the very least give me a heads up and apologize, dont make me have to make several calls to check on the status of my car). I was completely blown away by the lack of professionalism on the part of the manager. Im sure this inability to deal with customers has a trickle down effect on the rest of the employees. Terrible experience, I will never take a vehicle here again, and Ill steer all my friends away. I was lied to several times, and I was treated like garbage by the manager. Thank goodness I contacted my insurance adjuster, and he called and lit a fire, enabling me to get my vehicle out of there.

Our Lexus GX470 was severely side swiped at Chatt. State Community College. It was damaged starting from the front tires all the way to the back end. Jackie, Susan and Lacie were great in taking care of us. Jackie worked with our insurance company to get the additional parts and time approved. The technician, Stretch, did a fantastic job in the repairs. His attention to detail is very much appreciated. It looks brand new!! We are extremely pleased with the results. Thank you to Jackie, Susan, Lacie and especially to Stretch for ALL of their help in fixing our GX back to excellent condition!!

The worst job done ever. Don’t take your car here if you want it done right. Period!!!They done a bad job on my car like it was the work of a kindergarten.The car was badly treat. Dirty my interior and won’t clean even after I tell them about it.They give me attitude when I told them what them done wrong. They didn’t fix it right after the 3rd times I put my car there with them.When I pick it up I told them that the car bumper isn’t put on right or they didn’t get the body work done right and leave big gap. So they press the bumper in really hard to show me that they done right and can’t close the gap like it used to be.On the 3rd time I pick it up after I complain to them about their work. They actually make the gap more bigger than it was. And now I can see down to the ground.Don’t bring your precious car there. They don’t do it right and they treat your car like nothing

Went by to have my 2000 camry solara looked at drivers door would not open. Jackie took it back and was able to have it fixed for me in 20 minutes and saved me a fortune. They are fair and quickgreat job!

I had some body repair work done on my car by Capital Collision a few years ago. First and most importantly: the work they did was solid. I was t-boned and had about $10,000 worth of damage to the car. Once they were all done fixing it, the car was as good as new, and I havent had a single related problem since then.The one big problem with this place: their communication is poor. Calls rarely get returned when they say theyre going to call back, and the length of time needed to repair my car was initially estimated at 2-3 weeks, but the work didnt get done for 6 weeks.Heres a free piece of advice: if you think a job is going to take 2 weeks to finish, dont tell the customer itll be done in a week. Tell them itll take 3 weeks, and when youre finished in 2, youll look like a savior. I personally would rather have a job done correctly than done fast, but would like an accurate, overly conservative time estimate so I can make appropriate rental car plans.

I took my tacoma to the collision center for repairs, the repairs were good but my led lights were not working. Rick and the staff took the time to make sure everything was addressed to my satisfaction.
