Kathy was amazing and Christian was very easy to work with. I’m thankful to have my car repaired and back. I do wish I had been better informed of everything that was being replaced on my car with out having to be advised of something different or additional each time I called was just noticed. I’m happy with the service but unpleased with the unbalanced feel that my car did not have prior to the repair which I’m gathering it’s from replacing one tire on my car. I don’t think all things were considered as far not replacing at a minimal two of my tires and properly balancing the tires bc once again my car was not like this prior to. I think the text message system is great but would be even better if what was actually taking place on the repair was advised. I would like to apologize for mentioning this to Tracy at check out as it seemed to have upset her and it was not my desire to do that. It’s hard to get there before 5:30 when you receive the message at 5:02 that the car is ready and you have to drop off a rental of 30 plus days or get a ride plus get off work. I understand that it’s very busy right now and I feel I patiently waited but there are a few things that I mentioned that would have made the wait and fight with the insurance companies a little more worth it on the rental. My car was broken into, and I had the door lock repaired by ABRA. We were assisted by CJ Davis, who was very helpful. It was a minor repair, so they squeezed us into their schedule. We were very satisfied with the whole process.

Scratched up the new body parts and tried to cover it up with paint the wipe off. The paint job that was done is peeling off. They never communicate to us about when the car will be done. Run find another repair shop. Update: picked up my car and was pulled into a office and cornered into a office were the owner of the Abra shop’s wait waiting for me to ask me questions on why this bad review, told him I don’t have time as I was late to work because of their lack of communication about when my car would be ready. Due to how unprofessional this was to ask me to change my review, my Insurance company is now involved even more.

Much slower on repairs than I expected. If youre in a hurry you may want to go elsewhere. Their work is very good though!

When I had my wreck the repair shops in town were 2-3 months til service of my car could be done. When I called Abra they worked it out and told me I could get it back in 2 weeks, afterwards I dropped it off at Abra North in Chattanooga. 7 days later its ready! Wow! Great experience! Thank you for the excellent work. Looks like it did before the damage and the staff so nice, very helpful! Went beyond what they needed to do to get the job done. Yall go see um now! Ya hear!

Repairs took a long time for a scratch. Kenn, the person that handled my car was rude when I had a question about an estimated time of repairs when trying to coordinate with my rental service. I understand that it would be difficult to give a definite day but I was only asking for a rough estimate because my car rental was due back on the day I was inquiring and had no clue what to tell the rental service about how much longer I would need the rental (after already getting extensions multiple times on the rental prior to me speaking to Kenn). He told me (in a very unpleasant tone), I dont know how long it will take, tell them 2 or 3 more days. We had to take your car apart and we have to put you car back together again! I did not appreciate his attitude and I completely understand that it takes time for repairs but he was very quick tempered for a what I believed was a simple inquiry. I will not be using this company again.

So. Abra had handled many wrecks for me. Im a parent with a young driver. So they have handled deer. And about a total of 5 incidents. Btw. Only one was my fault.OK DOWN TO BUSINESS. I loved them ever single time. Truly!! They text me everyday just a little update. They Are such sweet people. All my repairs are on point. I can say that because I work for a major car manufacturer. I specialize in paint repair. So please believe me when I say. They Are great!!!

Brian, my service rep was extremely pleasant, as was the lady who worked in reception. I was told that Abra would take care of scheduling the rental car and it would be ready for me upon dropping off my car. Well, the only good part about this experience was the small repair to my front bumper looks good and they were able to get my car ready for me so I didn’t have to wait the weekend to pick it up.Now for what didn’t go well. They did not schedule a rental car for me. This added almost an hour to my quick drop off time. My bill was almost $1000 more than the estimate and I was never once told this. My insurance company and myself told them the deductible would be $200, yet I was still charged $500. They told me I could fix it with my insurance company and get a refund through them (it was closing time and I wanted to have the car so I could turn in the rental and stop incurring rental fees). The attitude of the women working with the service department (Tracy I believe) was rude and not friendly. She seemed put out that I was trying to make arrangements to get my car before closing.So overall, I would not recommend working with this Abra location.

Doug the store manager is very nice and very professional. I felt welcomed everytime I was there. Most importantly they did a wonderful job the body work look like nothing ever happened and the painters did an amazing job blending i couldnt tell a difference. Thank you abra

I was impressed with the quality of their work and with the professionalism. John Myers explained the process, worked with my insurance company, followed up with me during the repairs to let me know what was going on, and delivered the vehicle to me by the date he originally promised. There is no evidence the vehicle has ever been repaired.

The best place to repair your cars

Honestly disappointed with the company overall, car was delivered to them on the 14th of Jan. and was estimated to be 7 days of work. 10 business days they claim that they were finished with the car and that it was ready to be picked up, minor things were off hood was misaligned slightly they missed a spot on my door that was chipped, and to top it all off i turn the vehicle on and its got a malfunctioning sensor! Therefore they had to return my car to the dealership after they said my car was ready. After all this i have no interest in bringing my car back to them. I would post pictures but I still dont have my car! Also Tracy from ABRA was slow to response and told me she would give me an afternoon update which didnt happen. if you give deadlines meet them or exceed them, dont promise and not deliver.

Cathy in the glass department was sweet, listened well and got my windshield replaced on time.

So far not bad. Return for fixes from prior visit. Sometimes it happens..

Manager was very kind and understanding, but I had them fix a car that required repainting twice because they couldnt get it right. 2 different abras tried. Eventually I took the car but had to get a detail place to remove the hologram buffer trails Abra left in my cleat coat. Would not recommend

Have used abra several times over the years and cant speak higher of their professionalism and communication. Would highly recommend anyone to use them for their next repair.

Unfortunately weve had the pleasure on a few occasions to use this body shop. They have always made a bad situation manageable. You will find that they communicate well about the status of your repairs and if they find additional damage that needs attention. Their lifetime paint guarantee is no joke. I had a vehicle painted in 2004 and brought it back in 2017 because I noticed an area that was somewhat milky looking. They didnt even hesitate, made an appointment and fixed it quickly. Dont expect to get your repair done tomorrow, their reputation, proximity to the dealerships and a preferred partner with some of the insurance companies means they are likely booking a couple of weeks out. If I have a complaint it would be that their hours Monday through Friday and closing early enough that you will likely have to take time off work to get an estimate, drop off and pick up. They will allow after hours drop off just make sure you have all the paperwork necessary when you drop off the vehicle.

Got my focus st back today from ABRA. They did a great job looks factory. They do great work and staff are on point. Thats why i gave them 5 stars.

Good work but very slow with repairs

It took two weeks to repair a busted bumper and headlight. It was difficult to work with them the man that handled my car was rude from the very beginning. Then everytime we called to check on the car he acted like it was bothering him. I called my insurance agent and informed him of how they were and he told me it was not the first time he had heard this. Im extremely disappointed in how they handle themselves. The work was good but I could have gotten it done the same somewhere else for half the time and from now on I will go somewhere else.
