Great customer service and great work. Had appointment at 9am, got there a little early and they were waiting on me. Said they would be finished by 4pm and they were. Had a decent size dent in my front fender. The side of the garage jumped out in front of me, LOL. I wasnt expecting it to be perfect when work was completed, but wow was I surprised. Couldnt tell where the dent used to be. Also, got my headlights lenses cleaned. They turned out nice as well. Awesome job! Highly recommend!

I’ve used them repeatedly to fix small rock digs. Great workmanship and able to get me in right away and perform the work while I waited!

I backed my 2007 Toyota 4-Runner into the hitch on my garden trailer. The impact was on the rear lift gate, just below the license plate. Large dent was about 12-18 inches across, with deep scratch in the paint. I like a clean car but a 13 year old work truck didnt need a fancy repair. I was looking to save $$$.The first estimate at a body shop was over $1,000, plus three days to repair. I saw Fix a Dent and thought Ill give them a try. The photos of previous jobs looked real good.I had to go to Toyota with the paint code and order a $12 paint stick that took a week to deliver to the dealer. When I got the call the paint stick was in on a Friday, I just dropped the receipt for the paint stick and the car on Monday morning and let them handle it.Big surprise!! The dent is totally gone, there is just a spot painted over well enough you cant see it from 20 feet away. The total out the door was just under $450.Ive got great praise for their courtesy, quality of work, and knowledge, but most of all VALUE for the work. If all you have is a dent and no major structural damage, give them a try, youll save cash on repairing your old car and no one will see any difference.

Great repair on my new Supra(black). There’s no way you can see where the dent was located. I only had 500 miles on the vehicle and would have paid a lot more that they asked. Don’t tell them I said that. I’ll be using them again if any thing happens to my Toyota Supra.

Took my truck in to get two dings repaired on my 2014 sierra. They told me it would only take 30 minutes and could get me in right away. 30 minutes later they pull my truck out and it looks perfect! Great experience with Fixx A Dent! Had a pretty nasty dent on my back hatch. Not only were the able to make it look great, they were able to fix it within two days of when I brought it in and the day before a holiday. Very pleased!

Can’t say enough good things. I had a fairly large dent on the bedside of my truck, so much so that the taillight didnt fit into the body line anymore. Thankfully the paint wasn’t cracked so I figured Fixx-A-Dent would be my best option as far as repairs go. I walked in on a Friday, scheduled my appointment for the coming Monday, and got my truck back that Monday afternoon. Looks perfect! Body lines are dead straight, taillight fits in perfectly, and the paint is completely damage free. I would definitely recommend Fixx-A-Dent!

My shopping cart dented a car in a parking lot. Dented the rear quarter panel right on the line of the wheel well. I didnt think it could be fixed without taking it to a body shop. This is not a review on service received. I called this place seeing if they can fix a small dent. The guy answered and seemed nice enough on the phone but perception was maybe they could help me. I asked if they had a mobile service and he stated they didn’t. The only time that I could even consider going there would be at lunch and on their Fridays apparently that is not an option because they go out to lunch together. I am at work and can’t get away and it would be about a 20 minute ride and Chattanooga traffic is not good at all nowadays. I felt like they didn’t want my business and maybe they can afford that. I called another place and they do have a mobile service. We will see how that goes.

I have a 2014 Buick LaCrosse. I had a small door (w/o compromised paint) that was a eyesore to me. Fixx A Dent repaired the dent and you could not tell where the dent was located. Fixx A Dent technicians are the best and I have utilized their skills in the past. This is a good company and I appreciate their good work.

I was amazed that they could remove two very deep small dents from my 2016 Black Cadillac SRX without having to add filler or repaint the panel and while I waited! I would recommend anyone to go here before going to your typical auto repair shop. I was a little bit skeptical but the owner assured me they could remove the dents and that they did. I have very good eyes and there is no way I could find any imperfections. I like that they are a local family owned business and Im happy to support them. I will be going back if I have any more dents or dings! Oh yeah Ive got to mention the price was at least half what the conventional body shops wanted to do the same repair! Had a dent in our 2016 Mercedes from a box falling in our garage. Mercedes paint shop recommend these guys, took it there today. Luke looked at it and said it could be fixed in a hour or two. This was not my first trip to Fixx-A-Dent. They have removed small dents in the past and have always done and excellent job. This time they fixed a starburst I had in my windshield. Their customer care and attention to detail is what really sets them apart from others.

(2002 Silverado) I had a large dent in the side of my bed from a deer running into the side of it. Auto body shops wanted between $1500 and $2000 to fix and Fix A Dent was able to remove dent for $450. This is all done without paint or body fillers, its like it never even happened. I had 2 major dents on the passenger side of my car plus some paint from the car I hit. I took my car to Fixx a dent to see if they could fix the damage rather than do all the major work that the insurance stated when they came out to check out the damage. I was not disappointed. Luke did an amazing job. You cant tell there was ever damage. Plus the paint came out from the other car too. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to them for fixing dents in your car.
