Mary was the absolute best. She allowed us to switch units because the one we reserved was not big enough. She had just dealt with a rude customer and still managed to maintain professionalism. To ensure that we we accommodated, she even stayed late to take care of everything for us. The customer service and professionalism displayed was exceptional.

Nothing but a great experience!! Mary was EXTREMELY helpful with the process and picking the right size unit! She took the stress out of my move with her help and I truly appreciate it. The facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate and it really helps that they have carts you are able to use to help speed up the process.

A bit chaotic due to staff shortage but the staff that is there is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond! Mary helped me and was so kind even coming in before opening to help me.

Amazing service, we brought everything up from the college. Mary went out of her way to get us a different unit because the one I had purchased was to small. Mary and the whole staff here have been beyond helpful every time I am in there. Mary found me the best deal for my needs after throughly talking through what all I need to store. She also stayed late to help get me a new lock one night because I lost my keys. She was headed out the door and TURNED AROUND because she overheard that I needed help. She easily could have continued to her car and gone home like most people would have but instead she stayed and helped make my long moving day go a lot smoother. I can’t say enough great things about her service, she always goes above and beyond for her customers!! We all need a storage unit but it’s not always a pleasant experience. Trust me that working with Mary and life storage is a fantastic experience!!Ps they have carts and vans you can use/rent for you to move which is a lifesaver!!

I highly recommend this life storage location. The facilities are clean and well lit. All units are climate controlled and they have clean bathrooms. When my storage unit ended up being too small, they quickly located a bigger unit nearby.The process was quick and easy. The elevators and carts help make the move easier and covered entry is a plus in the event it rains.

I have been renting a unit at this location for over 6 months and it has been a great experience! The location is convenient, building is maintained, security is in place, and Mandy has been wonderful to work with. Ive never had a customer service experience as bad as this. I dont know if I caught her on an off-day or what, because all the other reviews seem to praise her! Mandy was great. I live across the street from this storage place but initially didn’t even bother checking it out once I needed a storage unit because I assumed it would be a lot more expensive (considering it’s in uptown). Finally decided to check and it was a much better deal than the first two I looked at that were further away and not as nice.Mandy made the process quick, easy and entertaining. Helped me pick the right size, showed me how the lock worked, gave me a tour etc. I’d never used a storage unit prior and thought it would be a pain in the a*^ but it wasn’t at all! She really seemed to enjoy doing it. The place is also new, heated and cooled, has bathrooms/water fountains etc.
