Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for on-line for parts and installation. money came out immediately out card. Parts showed in stock, then got a call saying part was not in stock and needed to be ordered and they had no way of telling tell me when it would available. After waiting a week I called back and they told me the part was never ordered. Cancelled the order. To add to the horror, the refund takes 6 business days to process and they asked me to keep monitoring and call back if I dont get it.

I am disappointed. I called and they gave me the best price, even though they were a bit pushy on the sale. I didn’t like the pushiness of the sales people over the phone. But for the best price, it would be OK. They gave me an appointment- 30 minutes for install.The problem is a guy didn’t show for work. The manager was doing all he could... he was alone in store waiting on several customers and trying to install my hitch. .... I’m still in the lobby after an hour and a half for a 30 minute job. Not sure how much longer... or the quality of the job.

The manager (Keith) and the staff was very professional and helpful. These facilities are usually unkept and dirty. The restrooms were very clean and the trucks were as well. I would definitely return and rent from this location again.

Excellent service. My original uHaul rental at another location was totally screwed up and they directed me here. Im glad they did. The manager is everywhere at once, helping out and checking on customers. The lady who checked me in was fast and courteous. When I checked back in, the quickly processed everything and I was back out the door. One of the best UHaul rentals I have used in NC, SC, or VA.

The young man who helped us was very professional and has great customer service skills. The truck we rented is like brand new.

I selected and paid for a frame hitch for my car for bicycle carrier attachment. I arrived at the right time, they had the parts, they quickly installed, and 2 years later Ive had no issues with it. Seamless experience for me

Uhaul never fails to disappoint. They have by far the worst customer service organization of any company Ive ever dealt with in 40 years. They will take and book an appointment for a time when the shop isnt even open and send all the emails in the world to a store whose staff doesnt even check them. I wouldnt recommend Uhaul to the Russians. Its the most ignorant bunch of unschooled untrained classless bunch of people I have ever had The Misfortune of dealing with.

Incompetent and rude stuff. Id avoid.

If you cant say anything nice, dont say anything.
