Theres NO electricity, safety lights. When I reserved the unit, it was $66 a month but theyre billing me $88+$15. Ive been with them for 6 years awhile ago and they raise the rent every year. My father passed away and someone stole my purse and all my money. By the time I got everything replaced, my unit was auctioned off. My life was in there. Why am I back? I dont have much money and I could only afford the $1+$25 at the time.

I came into the store on Saturday to inquire about rates. DeShawndria made eye contact and welcomed me. It dawned on me this was our second encounter from when she rented me a unit a couple of months ago at the location down the road. Her ability to access the database and deliver information is phenomenal. It seems she enjoys what she does because in both occasions, I can hear the smile in her voice, even though it was hidden behind a mask. If there has ever got to be an experience I will do over again, it would be walking into any location she works; she is a one of a kind brand ambassador.

I came in yesterday for some questions about renting the space, the property manager answered all of my questions in great detail. She was able to show me a few spaces so that I can have a visual. If he even show me some packs of boxes to make sure that my items fit perfectly.ive never had to move before so that was a lot of help.
