Let’s be honest, moving can be one of the most stressful events in one’s life. It’s chaotic, messy, unusual, and just truly feels uprooting. With that said, Armstrong Relocation made my transition as seamless and as fun as possible, given the circumstances. Kristin, my move consultant, was patient with me as the move dates changed due to the house sale. She explained the process from beginning to end and continued the great communication with daily follow-ups to ensure the move was progressing and that I was comfortable with every aspect. Matt, my Move Lead, was always professional, clarifying any schedule changes and potential impacts to the move. He was quick to understand the stressfulness of my situation and was encouraging throughout the whole thing. Matt continued to work hard, above and beyond expectations, and ensured the process was complete and done right before signing off. Overall, I’d recommend this team and company to anyone having to relocate anytime soon.

It pains us to give such a bad review, but our recent experience was the worst - the absolute worst moving experience weve ever had. At least 80% of our furniture had some (even small) type of damage - gashes, scratches, etc. Two pieces of our furniture were completely dismantled and removed prior to the team leaving (we were TOLD that the pieces were of little value (!) and could easily be replaced. Not). Albeit Covid was a (definitive) factor, despite our repeated request that all workers wear masks, at least one of the movers refused to wear one, citing doctors orders. (Unbeknownst to us) Nearly ALL of our furniture was dismantled in the moving process (which appeared to be a chain-moving-event) and then all of it was left dismantled (with packages of mostly unmarked hardware left in various states of wrap/unwrap) and in disarray in our house. The team left without notifying us (and at least three hours earlier than guesstimated). They were a motley group of.....workers....seemingly grabbed from various places. Despite clear-cut directives and requests (including a schematic diagram), the driver lied about performing and completing the tasks, as we requested. We were completely left stunned and exhausted from a job not at all well-done; workers who absolutely didnt care about us or our goods; missing and damaged items, etc. etc. The cross-country move was hard enough on us; this just capped it all. We were disgusted by it all, and are disappointed that a company with (what we thought was) such a good reputation would even allow this to happen. Never ever again.

I love Armstrong Relocation Services- Friendly, professional, fair, on time clean etc. Everyone I worked with was great from the first phone call to my final destination. On top of a stress free move, I was given even better news that my bill was less than the given quote. I have used Armstrong twice so far and will definitely use them in the future. Great service!

Thorough wrapping and boxing, good price, quick delivery from NC to CO. Excellent communication. I would use them again.

Just a quick note about our recent move from Charlotte, NC to Katy, TX that Armstrong United Van Lines handled for my family.As it so happens, Armstrong moved us from Houston to Charlotte 20-years ago and now has moved us back.From the moment I initially contacted y’all several months ago . . . EVERYTHING was taken care of IMMEDIATELY, PROFESSIONALLY, and at fair pricing . . . I could NOT be more pleased!!Amanda Saari (our Relocation Specialist) was my initial contact who made all the move arrangements and Kristin Araujo (our Move Coordinator) handled everything and stayed in contact with me during the actual move.And our van driver, David Casimiro and his team were beyond excellent in efficiency, service, and care of our possessions!Let me sum up our experience with Armstrong United Van Lines by putting it this way . . .IF YOU DONT USE THEM . . . Friendly people and fast unloading!

I had a horrendous experience with Armstrong Relocations’s claims department and would think twice before hiring this company. On August 15, 2018, their truck driver reversed into my brick mailbox and damaged it while moving my neighbors. For almost 3 weeks after that, their claims manager went from disbelieving my claim to demanding witnesses to denying any payment in spite of photos, an eye witness and a copy of the July 2017 invoice of the cost to install the brick mailbox. Finally they paid 1/3 of the cost of replacement after I contacted the president of the company.Beware!

This company refused to accept a military shipment into storage because the van lines who is hauling the shipment wasnt United, who they represent! Horrible service! I biggest guess as a reason why is they are unknowledgeable on how military pays as their #1 question was - What does it pay? We will take our great storage elsewhere!
