A very smooth experience. We were able to get our storage space easily and a better rate than the storage down the street. The unit we rented was very clean and the combination lock was already included. Easiest storage rental I have ever had.

Never had a state of the art storage unit as this one! Elevator access, climate control building, super clean establishment and wonderful staff! Samantha & BeBe were really welcoming and very knowledgeable about products and services that Extra Space Storage provided. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Our staff member was meticulous in explaining the process of picking a storage unit to ending the rental agreement. She also provided insight to the practicality of selecting a unit right beside the elevator. This was key because my daughter is a single female and this unit provided us relief from a safety perspective.This unit was for the primary purpose of storing her dorm furniture and furniture furnishings but I will give heavy consideration for a unit to free up space in my garage.

Staff is amazing! The facility is clean and has plenty of room for a large truck to enter and exit without issue.

I have had my items stored at this location for little over a year and I must say I have never had an experience with storage as I have had with them. They were always so kind and courteous. On the many times I lost my storage key, Samantha always greeted me with a smile and a no problem, thats what I am here for. That put me at so much ease with everything else that was going on in my world. When I needed to move to a smaller space she guided me smoothly through the process. On the event that I fell behind she and the staff sent gentle reminders that if it slipped my mind...which it did a time or two... that they were there to help and they understood. They never gave me attitude or discontent that you would find from others. It made me all the more cognizant of making sure I did my part as a customer. I could go on and on.... I was almost sad to take my things out...but it was time to move on!! 😁 Thank you ladies, you became like family. I wish you the best and keep up the awesome customer service! It touches more people than you know!!!

Nice clean climate controlled facility, Excellent staff, plenty of carts, easy access. Opportunity - entry way to our unit from outside to inside is not level with a big Hump to get over to get rolling carts in and out of the building, this needs to get corrected, we had several things shift and or almost fall off the cart going over this entry way hump.

The staff are a great group of compassionate beings. Upfront about everything unlike other businesses, very clear about pricing. I was having a minor crises and they put me at ease. The fact that you can insure your belongings for a small additional fee is more that what I would usually expect. Air conditioning and security is also a great plus. You will not regret storing your belongings here, seriously.

Stopped by to check out the prices and what was available, very clean property; definitely in the market for what Im looking for. Not to mention, Ms. Bebe was an absolute help 👍🏻.

The cost is sky high...very misleading when trying to sale a unit..upon arriving..it wasnt as large as it was explained to be..I had to end up unchanging another smaller unit which they only offered off half off first month..Extra space storage on Wright Hill rd here in Charlotte..Customer service associates very dry..no enthusiasm greeting customers is a rip off..some units are promos some are not.....I dont like unlimited access hours..and administrative fees are a joke...so stay away if you can.look for other options..I wish I had..

I had a great experience with my visit at Extra storage. It was a very safe and easy process. The staff helped me access my storage unit and was very professional and organized! I would recommend this storage to another person based off of the help I received today.

Sam was friendly and easy to work with.Pluses: Reserving online was easy. I love having the 1st floor unit for moving ease but the elevators are huge so if you have smaller unit can do 3rd and save some money. Convenient places to park and unload. The facility is brand new, super clean and have carts to help your move in.Things to consider: There is mandatory insurance to carry which does raise the price. It would be nice if they re-did the side entrance to climate controlled portion, the ramp has a bump which makes getting heavy stuff on cart a little annoying.

My experience was horrible! I moved in a climate control unit on August 17th 2020 which was fruit fly infested! I spoke with management and was unsatisfied with the situation. The unit was sprayed a week later but still not under control 2 weeks later. I am unhappy with the unsanitary unit that my personal belongings were being stored in!

Samantha is amazing. I had thee worst moving experience and Samantha helped me out a lot. My movers packed my unit horribly and stole from me. When I came to check my unit the next day my belongs where just thrown on top of each other just almost falling out of the unit. She allowed me to get a bigger unit and move my things. I am very thankful for her helping me out.

The facility looks great. Robert did a great job although he was the only one there running the processes. Good workers are hard to keep when they are over worked, so please start having at least two people at this facility. Robert was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get a cube close to the proximity that I wanted. This location is just about perfect for me and the price couldnt be beat. I left one company the day after I signed the contract to put my belongings here instead. The security seems to be much better so I look forward to renting my space from CubeSmart.

Online webpage for payment doesnt work. Over the phone payment system doesnt work. I have to go there every month to make my payments since they cant seem to ever get this problem fixed. Hopefully I wont need to keep my things there much longer.

Came in to rent a unit for two months between apartments and the staff was very helpful. She helped us pick out a unit that would fit our needs and we had a unit in maybe fifteen minutes. You still get the one month of free storage special even if youre only using the unit for two months.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Rob over at CubesSmart. The only thing I would say is that CubesSmart customer service should make it clear on exactly what fees you will have to pay upon arrival. Besides that everyone is very nice and proved great customer service. Also the establishment is exceptionally clean.
