6/14/21-You will not find a better team of sales and service folks for a Murphy Bed. We wanted a Murphy Bed to provide more space in a bedroom for quilting efforts. We stopped in at Closet & Storage Concepts and our representative, Heather Lewis, took it from there...quickly assisting us in deciding what best suited our needs and style. The installation was perfect...the installer, Erwin, was expert in every area: neat, efficient, focused and came with everything needed for our installation. Closet and Storage Concepts outfitted all of the closets in my bachelor condo many years ago. Now my house needed some space maximization for the hallway entry coat closet and my master closet needed some extra storage features. The designer came out and came up with the perfect designs and sent them over the next day and then they sent the installer Wayne over a couple of weeks later. He was awesome, big smile and very friendly, polite and thorough. He did an amazing job installing everything and it looks great. I highly recommend CSC for helping to get the most out of your closet and storage areas!

I am so happy with our new master closet. Koren was great for the first part. I got a couple of quotes and this company was the best. She was so great to work with on the design. Then when Wayne came and installed it he was awesome. Such a great guy and wonderful at what he does. Couldn’t be happier!

We got the master bedroom closet done recently. Heather Lewis did a wonderful job in understanding our requirement and designed it very nicely. Communication from her was good throughout the process. Installation was done professionally. Very happy with Closet & Storage Concepts.

We had a whole house installation last month with closets and Library bookshelves as well as office and laundry room cabinetry. (The latter we added on after being so pleased with everything else!) Our designer was very professional and worked very closely with us on our specific wants and needs. We compared them to other companies and this company by far was the best value - so much for a very reasonable price! And their showroom is stellar!! Lots of great ideas. The installation took longer than I was prepared for and some parts were not ready on install date, but due to the current pandemic that is understandable. I would also recommend they add more options for a house safe and provide materials that support a heavy duty safe upon request. That was really the only thing lacking. I would certainly use them again, great product!!

Leah and the team at Closet and Storage Concepts were amazing to work with! Leah helped me pick out the perfect details and additions I never knew I needed (looking at you valet rod). Wanted to leave five stars, but I am unable. The design and build of the homes master closet was certainly a job well done. The company sales rep made numerous revisions to the drawings to make the design phase just right. And the install team was just as detailed and did a fine job building out the closet. In most respects, we are very happy with the outcome of the project, but are left a bit confused about communication. We found it difficult to get in touch with our sales rep on Fridays and astoundingly, not one person from the company has called to see if we are pleased with the outcome of the closet when the project was completed. Overall, if the communication matched the work they did, this review would be top-notch.

These folks installed walk-in master closet and pantry in our last house and have just completed the master closet in our current home. Everything went so well the first time, 4 years ago, that we didn’t hesitate to call them again when we moved. From beginning to end they were professional, knowledgeable and creative. First off I called to ask if the company was doing in home consultant. I was informed they are. I gave my address and made the appoint and had to work around the schedule. On the day of the appointment I had to leave work earlier. I received a call saying the agent would be running late 20 minutes. The agent arrived 30 minutes after the appointment just to let me know they do not service where I live. Wow. They had my address from the beginning. The agent coming had my address when she was coming so they could of figured out way ahead of time if they would service my area or not. It was disrespectful. Total loss of my time waiting and scheduling. When they googled or searched my address they could of had an idea if it was outside their limits.

Very pleased with our new built-in. Heather did a great job designing it off of a picture I had that I liked. The gentleman who installed it did a nice job and were super polite. Very reasonably priced too. Good experience.

Very pleased with the attention I received for my project. Robbie was very accommodating as we worked through multiple iterations of my project (a massive CD storage unit). Once we agreed on a design, and I gave a down payment, the work was schedule and completed within days. The unit is impressive and absolutely meets my needs.

I had Closet & Storage Concepts design and install a full master closet system 10+ years ago. One of the drawer fronts recently broke and I took the pieces to them for repair or to build a new replacement. I fully expected to pay for the drawer but they did not charge me anything.
