I was helped by Christian, and he was great! Very personable, patient and helpful. He helped me figure out a custom paint I needed for my apartment which could is only available at certain stores. He was very good at explaining everything to me, reaching out to other stores and overall just being easy to work with. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Worst customer service ever at this Albemarle store. No one wants to help out and they don’t know what is what. Cristian was the only person that was very helpful but was transferred to another store.

Great store, great products. Do yourself a favor and try some SW paints, much better quality than the big box brands which stands to reason as paint is all they do.

Well I know nothing about paint so I had some pretty basic questions and requests and Jorge was helping me out, and he wasnt bothered at all. He was extremely helpful and told me some dos donts and suggestions. You just dont find employees that go above and beyond these days, thanks for the help!
