We had new windows installed and they did a fantastic job. We had 16 windows installed and they had it done in less than 1 business day. They arrived on time, explained everything that would be done, confirmed My order with me and got right to work. They were very professional and courteous but also took the time to pet my inside dog, who thought they were there to play with him! Haha!! That impressed me, that they were so friendly to my dog, not all people are like that so I appreciated that. They were very organized and worked in a time efficient manner. When they were done, they showed me everything, explained everything and gave me a chance to ask questions. This work crew was wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about them!

Completely happy with the new windows, already had them back out to quote additional services.Update - After being satisfied with the windows, I had them back out to refresh the entire exterior. Replaced siding, gutters, soffits, fascia, all entry doors and garage doors. Waiting on a few finishing touches but everything looks and feels great.Love the fact that the siding crew gave us a few different options on the fascia. We chose something a bit different and it ended up being an excellent architectural detail that made the house a little more modern and unique.10/10 recommend

Had a door install and had some issues with the door. Manufacturers had to come out as it was a quality problem, not install. They fixed quickly. Owner Tim cam by and checked up on work. Noticed my weather stripping had been installed backwards after it was removed for painting by a separate company. He removed and corrected it without prompting. Customer service like that doesn’t exist much anymore. I’ll be a customer for life.

We had 18 windows replaced by World Of Windows. Over all experience was ok. A couple windows were ordered the wrong size and had to reorder. It took longer than original estimate due to the Covid delay at the manufacturer. Kristen and Jen kept us inform every step of the way with the delay and estimate arrival process. We also had a few windows sash didnt fit well with frames and had to re-order. The new sashes were actually worse than the previous ones. Our installer added additional weather stripping to the sash to help with the issue (not sure how often well have to call World of windows to replace these weather stripping). Beside all these quality issues with the products,, a few caulking issues were repaired by our installer crew. We had to do additional caulking a few days after the job was complete because initial caulking was coming apart.Our installer Dimitri and his crew were nice and professional.Customer service was outstanding. Both Kristen and Jen were wonderful. They always go above and beyond with their customer service.

We wanted to upgrade our patio door. It was the original door built with my townhouse. The frame was no longer supporting the glass properly and we didn’t open it at all. Closing it was a beyond a challenge. I originally wanted French doors. After the salesman came to our home and presented his material I went with another sliding door. Our patio door is an oversized door. He presented one with a wide frame and it is absolutely beautiful. I could not be more pleased with the door. I could not be more please with the door! Yep I said it twice.😌 The door is better than I imagined it would be. During the waiting period I kept thinking 🤔🥴 “should I have ordered the French Door?” The crew came to our home and professionally installed patio door. The installation went quicker than I expected. The crew answered all of my questions. My old door had the old fashioned bar to add additional protection. My new door has a lock on the handle and a lock at the bottom to secure it. I will definitely recommend and will use them again when I replace windows.

After seeing how many amazing reviews World of Windows has, I never thought Id experience all of the issues I have with them. The first installation was June 2020. Its now March 2021 and the job is still not complete. The owner/manager offered $100 off for my trouble (when I spent a total of $13,000) - gee thanks. Several of the windows in the first batch were defective and they had to order replacements. They said the new windows would be in within 2 weeks. 2 months later, the new windows came in. Same thing occurred - defective windows. I was told again the new windows will be in within 2 weeks. Again, 2 months later, defective windows showed up. The last order was placed November of 2020 and I just had to call for an update because nobody from the company will bother to reach out to you to let you know whats going on. The last window that needs to be fixed has now been re-ordered 4 times and still isnt right. We own several rental properties and I will spend thousands more before having this company come into my home again. Stuff happens, but their complete lack of customer service is why I wont be back.

My fiancé and I purchased a new home at the beginning of the year of 2021. The windows in the home were the original wood windows from 1987 they were ugly and very inefficient. We called multiple window companies to come out and give us a quote to replace all the windows in our home. We ended up choosing World of Windows due to their pricing and what we thought was great workmanship. The price was very fair they were not the cheapest but not the most expensive we wanted a good quality window at a good price and we felt we found that in their windows. They came to install our windows at the beginning of March the crew that they had Subcontracted out came in my house and they smelt like a ash tray full of cigarettes. They worked as if they were in a huge rush to get the job done and to get out of our home, I understand you want to get a job done in a timely manner but rushing through and getting it done in a timely manner is two totally different things. They told my fiancé they were done and they left the house. I came home that afternoon to find that the dust shields in the windows were not in the correct spot an out of place on over half our windows. I continued to check for other issues and found 2 scratches on the inside of the window sashes in my kitchen. Walking outside to see how much of a difference in our curb appeal has changed I noticed all my windows were not caulked evenly at all and not spread correctly, looks like they were trying to use as little as possible. I called the office to explain all my findings and they said they would have the crew back out to fix everything and get me 2 new sashes since 2 were scratched we said great let us know when this will all be done. They had a crew back out that same week to fix the dust covers then about a month later they came with the new sashes installed them and they looked a lot better, but on my windows outside it looks like they then decided to use a whole tube of caulk on each of my windows and just smeared it. I then asked the install crew to walk around with me and to check all the other windows. We then end up finding a window in our spare bedroom that has a gap in it that you can clearly see daylight through. They told me that they needed to order a new sash for this window as well now. The new sash came in they came out to put it in and this did not fix the issue at all. So I call to the office and they have Mr. Waddell call and speak to me all he had was a very very bland Im sorry about your issues and that theres not much they can do for me. He then offered to take $100 off my bill for the inconveniences. Needless to say they ordered another sash for the window came out Friday May 14th to replace it, the guy walked in the room walked out told my fiancé theres nothing he can do for us at the time and someone would be giving me a call letting me know whats going on. It is now Wednesday May 19th I have not heard a single thing from anyone at world of windows about what is going on with my issue. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy because I would feel bad for them. As anyone knows the windows shouldve helped my power bill not made it go up another $100. The first thing they asked me two times is did you finance or pay for them so it shows who their priorities really go to but funniest thing is that I did pay for mine outright but they still have no motivation with $3000 still remaining to be paid.

An amazing company from the point of showing you the product to the point of installation. They took all the safety precautions necessary under this uncertain times. They also came out to my home on a Saturday to fix my window which I had accidentally taking off the hinge while cleaning. Tim explained thoroughly how to clean the double hinge windows in order to avoid this issue. Great customer service!!! I highly recommend them.

The install of my patio doors was seamless and efficient. The crew was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The experience was basically good the salesman who sold the window was on time and he left all the appropriate information regarding the company and about the length of time until the window would be installed. Then came the first survey called during work hours and stated to be a few min and I had to leave the call while I was working. Then when the window was ready to be installed I received a call. From a gentleman he wanted to know when could he install I stated that it would have to be a Saturday he told me he did not want to make his men work on Saturday didn’t I have someone who could let them in and lock up after they were done? I had my master bath updated and decided to replace the starburst or half moon window.The window is above a jet tub and the old window was single pane glass. I had a shade for the old window. I arranged for World of Windows to install their fully tempered sunburst window with obscure glass for privacy. My home has decorative accents on all sunburst windows and their window has the accent inside the glass which I really liked. Everyone that has seen the window, loves it. I had a rigid schedule to work with and World of Windows did their best to meet my schedule. Tim Waddell was a pleasure to work with.

Great job! Took out old windows, made needed seal repairs, installed new windows, cleaned up everything, and took away old windows...cant ask for more than that! And were already seeing savings in both heating and cooling costs. World of Windows was recommended to us, and we recommend them to everyone. Also, if youre interested in changing storm doors, I highly recommend you choose the Larson doors World of Windows sells, and have them install them. The doors are the best, but I chose to get them elsewhere and have them installed by another contractor...and paid much more than World of Windows would have charged because I had to have some repairs done afterwards. The doors are pricey no matter where you buy them, but getting installation done correctly the first time is a great savings!

My crew arrived on time, told me the game plan and began working. They were friendly, knew what they were doing and within 7 hours I had 14 new windows. They cleaned them and smiled as they pulled out of the drive. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I have used World of Windows 5 times to replace old windows with new double-paned vinyl replacement windows. The first 4 times were with rental properties that I owned or managed. This last time was with my personal residence. What I like most about them is their business model. The pricing is transparent and there are no tricks or gimmicks, like buy 1 ridiculously overpriced window and get another free. They also do not pressure you to sign the contract on the same day or try other gimmicks like giving you a 10 percent discount if you sign the same day. I got quotes from these other places that advertised amazing sales or offered big discounts if I signed right then and there. Guess what - World of Windows still had the lowest price for a very similar product! Since I used them in the past and was pleased with the results, I chose them a 5th time. I could not have asked for more! The windows are beautiful, and the install team did a great job of wrapping all of the exterior wood moulding with aluminum. Neighbors up and down the street commented on how nice my new windows look. And we had a massive rain storm the day after installation - not one leak. The lifetime warranty on accidental glass breakage and seal failure is great too!

We love our windows and shutters! The installation crew was terrific and did a wonderful job. Everyone that we spoke with or dealt with in any way from the company were very professional and friendly. Our shutters and windows were supposed to be installed on the same day and when the crew did not have the shutters on their truck, a simple phone call to the company and the boss hand delivered them and the work was all done in one day.

One can never go wrong using this company.I choose a window installer that claimed to always be there well they left the place clean but fail in their follow up for issues. So when it came time to replace doors I called a World of a Windows .The install was professional the place left meticulous even the floor was vacuumed.I needed to call for a follow up visit as the door needed to be tweaked THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE SHOWED UP ON A SATURDAY to fix the issue. They are a fabulous company and when they say lifetime they mean it .There is no well we don’t cover that or no it’s someone else’s problem or it’s the weather etc, they just take care of any problem. I do not normally write reviews but this company rated a high quality evaluation. Please read the entire post in order to get the full impact of quality of workmanship and customer service that this company has provided.It is just a few weeks shy of 10 years since I had my windows installed with World of Windows. Approximately 2 months ago, I noticed the wallboard around one of my windows was damp and was need of repair. I figured it was just age and called in a local handy to fix it. He mentioned something about the installation but I was not paying a lot of attention I just needed it fixed. Approximately two weeks ago there was leakage around three more windows and here is where I starting to get concerned. I found my contract with World of Windows and I noted they had a lifetime guarantee. So, I called the company (expecting to get a run around about limitations and age) but I spoke with a wonderful person by the name of Erica. I explained my dilemma and she set up an appointment (within two days) for someone to come out and look at my windows and repair the problem. Again, let me stress that this is ten years after I had them installed. Not only that but this was not the original owner that I had contracted with in 2009. Apparently, the original owner (who had no customer service) sold his franchise in 2010 shortly after my windows were installed. Hence these new owners were not the original installers. Why is that important? It was important as the installation crew, who were very knowledgeable and professional, came out as scheduled and fixed my windows and were very pleasant to deal with. The installer mentioned something about the “J” channel and how it was not there. We had a rainstorm shortly thereafter and the repairs held up. Now you would think that this is the end of the story… it is not; a few days ago I received another call from Erica who stated that the Head installer (I believe his name is Igor) was extremely upset with the way my windows were installed and wanted to come back out and redo all of my windows to prevent any future damage. Today, he brought a full crew with him and they are in the process of redoing all of my windows. I was just floored that a company, who had not completed the original installation came out and are fixing all of my windows. I have never had this happen in my many years of dealing with companies. I cannot praise this company enough and the workmen ship is impeccable.Therefore, I go back to the beginning of this message and say that World of Windows is one of the best companies that I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. If you want High quality, excellent customer service and a company that truly cares about you then this is the company to go with…

I had a new kitchen window installed about. Month ago. I didn’t realize for a couple days there was a small problem with it. I called the office on a Sunday to leave a message, thinking I would get a call back on Monday morning. I was called back on Sunday in just a few minutes. He had me send him a picture of the problem. They ordered a new one, came out yesterday to replace it. The whole process was so easy and very professional. These last installers were awesome. And the company seems to stand behind the product. Will definetly use again in the future .

From the demo and estimate to installation everyone was very polite, professional and thorough. The salesman was very personable answered all my questions. What I liked most was that he heard my concerns and didnt use hard-sell approach like some of the other estimates I received. I knew when left, I would be buying from him. He represents the company well. When it was going to take longer for my installation appointment to be scheduled, the office called to give me the update. The installers went about their work with little to no distraction to me. They cleaned up after each window installation.When my 3-yr old grandaughter told them to keep it down, they were playing a game the installer laughed and said he would do his best. I thought that was sweet of him to have that compassion for her.I highly recommend World of Windows and would definitely use them again.

Trevor was knowledgeable and did well explaining the key points of the windows. He didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me. The windows came in as predicted in six weeks. They had a cancellation for the following day and were able to complete my installation in one day. There were a few small nails in my driveway I discovered recently and a small broken piece of glass. Other than that everything was clean and disposed of following the installation

Had a great experience with World of Windows. I got quotes from 5 different companies and they not only came in the lowest, but didnt force me to go through an hour long annoying sales pitch. The installation team did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything about my windows and doors, and even fixed my trim around one of the windows. World of Windows was fantastic in installing 9 sets of patio doors in my home. The house I just purchased had rotting doors, so I needed a quality focused install to fix the problems. World of Windows assured me they could handle the job and also recommended their fiberglass doors and panels to avoid any future problems. SC weather can be tough on doors.I was pleased to find out that I could get mini blinds installed inside the glass too. These mini blinds are incredible too. I can tilt the blind as much as I want or completely retract the blinds.All said and done, I have a lifetime warranty, great style, wonderful functionality, and all this for a fraction the cost of all those other window and door companies!This is my 4th property that I had World of Windows install. The other three properties were in other states, but all are backed by the same warranty.On my second property, I had a problem with two of the windows. When I called the company, their first comment was “we are so sorry, but we will replace it”. Wow, now that’s great customer service that is unparalleled in any other window company.My advice is, get as many estimates as you want, but you won’t find any company that can beat World of Windows pricing and quality.

We replaced all of the windows in our home in 2009. We priced windows with several companies and what attracted me to World of Windows was the lifetime guarantee! During the installation process they took their time and did a great job. Weve had excellent customer service. We had a seal break in one window and they had a new one out to us and installed within three weeks at no charge to us.Great company to do business with!

We have been remodeling our house while living in it for a few years. When time came to start replacing windows we reviewed several window replacement companies including ones advertised on TV. In the end we selected World of Windows-Charlotte because of price, quality of product and great customer service. The installers were great as well and were an extension of the sales team. Anyway, we love our windows and will continue to use World of Windows-Charlotte.

World of Windows installed a replacement double patio door/window unit that was competitively priced. The quality upgrade includes a drip pan base that protects the door from water damage and energy efficient double pane glass windows. They arrived within the scheduled time, laid tarps to catch dust, and vacuumed cleanup upon completion.

I am a repeat customer and I’ve been very satisfied with my Windows. The price wasn’t as good but I wanted my Windows to be the same.
