I used them years ago and they were the first ones I thought of when my garage needed repair this time. Luckily they send email receipts so I was able to find his information that way. He was great at figuring out the problem, solving it and making sure everything was running properly before he left. He was determined to get the door straight even though it hasnt been straight in years. His prices were very reasonable. I didnt feel like he was just trying to make money off of me which is impressive dealing with contractors.

I spent 2 hours watching YouTube and dealing with my cable coming off the spool randomly after I had ordered the wrong weight spring from Amazon a few months ago. Sometimes it’s best to leave things to professionals. Dennie came out quick on short notice and tuned it right up. Highly recommended.

I too must agree with last review. Dennis was recommended by a local builder; good install. However, currentlydoor is not operating. At least last review received a response. Unfortunately I have not been as fortunate. All I want is product warranty information. Is that too much to ask for?

While I have recommended Garage Door Express in the past from their quality work and extremely fair pricing, I would use with caution...... This new door is in need of a couple of adjustments... I have been calling and texting for two weeks, and keep getting promise after promise, but he does not show up (He did text me at 12:30 AM one morning asking if I was home however!). He states that he cares, states that he will make the necessary adjustments, gives day and time, but has not shown up. As of yesterday, he no longer responds to calls or texts. I guess the shadiness of my having to pay the wholesale door supplier directly before he could pick the door up should have been a clue of things to come!Since my original post, Dennis did finally make an appointment and stop by to adjust everything. He explained that his truck was out of service (and in fact arrived in his sons small car to do the adjustment!). I have adjusted my review to show that he does, in fact do very quality work (4 stars), but Im holding one back for the poor communication. I do highly recommend his work and fair pricing.
