Fantastic! On time, on budget, knowledgeable, Cant ask for more than that!

This company changed my locks. The price was competitive with other companys that I called. I chose them because there were no hidden fees. The reason for a lower rating is when I locked myself out, the call center reps were rude and impatient with questions. They did not specify a fee to get in and stated the tech would tell me when he arrived. He also couldnt or wouldnt tell me. So I had to wait for over an hour not knowing if the price would be out of my range when I had a spare key at a relatives house an hour away. I tried to explain that my lock job was on file and the tech also asked the type of lock etc but still no price was given. This makes no sense and seems that the tech can set the price to whatever he/ she wants. I was hung up on twice while trying to get an answer to this questions and I was nit being ruse in any way so that was def. not called for. Not to mention that I have work that has to be done by a deadline and not knowing if Ill accept the cost or not is taking away time I could be putting myself in a better situation to meet my deadline. Before this situation I was going to use this company to upgrade my locks, but I have now decided to go with someone else.

Came out quickly and was able to replace my keys within just a couple hours. Saved me a rental car and expensive mechanic trip

Very fair pricing and expedited service for residential and commercial needs. I emailed over to the commercial team for some pricing for our building and they were very informative about what they do and how they could help.

We have some commercial properties and needed someone to look at a sliding door that wouldnt close. Most companies dont work on commercial sliding doors so I went to Google. Flying Locksmiths was amazing! They came 20 Minutes after We called to get someone out to our property. The locksmith that fixed our lock was very friendly and professional. He changed the lock so fast and went over and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend Flying Locksmiths!!

I spoke with someone on the phone and the next day, they were scheduled in a 1 hour window, called 30 minutes before arriving and were prompt. It took about 20 minutes to change the locks on 3 locks and they gave me the keys! Would definitely use again.

I called this business because of all the positive reviews. Sorry, I didnt have a pleasant experience. Service person was in a bad mood, broke the lock in question( due to frustration) and proceeded to tell me how cheap it was after telling me I needed a new one.

Installed Openpath system throughout our building. Technicians and owner were all very professional and responsive to meeting deadlines. Offered several solutions to our security needs.
