I was having issues with my garage door opener not moving the door up past 6 inches or so from the ground. Blake came out and replaced the whole garage door opener unit in under 2 hours. Extremely efficient and he even programmed my old opener for me even though the new unit came with one. Very happy with the service and a job well done!

Elad showed up at our place on a Sunday to help us diagnose the problem (which was with our cheap homebuilder grade spring system). He prepared a quote within a few minutes and was able to go ahead and replace with a better exposed spring system in less than 2 hours. Marriage savers. I backed into our garage door at 8:30am. After surveying the damage (major crack, insulation busted and door would not move), I called TipTop.. someone answered on the second ring and had a tech at my home by 9:30 am. Tech gave me an estimate on repair and said he would send a specialist before my wife returned home from work. TipTop sent a second tech at 2 pm. Dented and cracked door was fixed by 3:30 pm. Wife gets home and 5:30 and didnt notice a thing. I thought I would have to replace and paint both doors at a cost of over $4k. The fee for TipTop services was a bargain for the work and convenience of their repair.

Tom gave me a call 15 minutes prior to arriving.With adherence to the social distancing rules and norms, Tom had arrived with a mask on and kept his distance very well. I went over the issue with him and he jumped on doing his analysis right away. I would add, I was also working in my home office and kinda stepped away quite often and told him to call me when he was done. After analyzing he broke down what the issue was and guided me on what I should do as a homeowner. Tom was very detailed when telling me what the next steps were and in my mind I was thinking oh no, here goes A-LOT of money. Once he had explained what needed to be done, I had asked about the cost. Now lets just say when I heard the price I had to asked and confirm a few more times. Just to make sure I was not mistaken or if he had told me the wrong price. The quote given to me was so much lower than what I anticipated and saw other companies charging for the same services. Right away, I decided to move forward with this and Tom got started right away. The job took around 15-20 minutes and he explained everything that was done. I tested out the garage myself while he was there and he also helped me link my garage door keys.I was very satisfied from beginning to end with this transaction. Had a great experience with Tip Top Garage Doors. My garage door was badly out of alignment - to the point where it wouldnt close by the motor any more, I had to manually force it down. Scheduling was easy, they called me before they arrived, and arrived when they said they would. The techs evaluated the issue in about 15 minutes and gave me a quote, and then had it fixed in about an hour. After the work he showed me the operation and it is now great - very smooth and much quieter! Both techs were professional and courteous, and wore masks the whole time. Overall a great experience.
