Great service, great coffee, and great bakery items. I always look forward to when they change their seasonal menu. They usually include a very unusual latte flavor that I’m hesitant to try at first, but they somehow always turn out awesome! Who would have thought that peanut butter and jelly and French toast are even better in latte form? Their prices are comparable to the major coffee chains but the quality and atmosphere are far better. I recommend this place to everyone.

I am so in love with this location the level of customer service is phenomenal this is my fifth visit there and there has been no delineation or deviation in the level of customer service. The barista was extremely patient working with my wife which by itself deserves a major kudos. Please do not change I love the selection of coffee and teas. If you are in the vicinity make sure you patronize to keep this locally owned shop open and thriving.

Very quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop. Its the only coffee place around here that isnt Starbucks. The baristas here are so wonderful. My girlfriend loves the honey lavender latte and I am always pleased with their rotating specials. We are also obsessed with the apple cheese muffins.

I think the coffee shope is completly colsed, thats a big loss, the coffee was fantastic and staff are too kind, I will defintley mess this place.

Awesome little coffee shop. Associate was awesome and they have what’s called the red eye and black eye. It is essentially espesso mixed with coffee. Plenty of seating area and a liquor bar for drinks as well!

Skip Starbucks. Come here! Great vibe. they have beer and coffee!

This is our afternoon coffee run, and they always have that tasty pick me up. My supervisor loves their chai latte as shes not a coffee drinker and I go for the snickerdoodle latte as its a delicious blend of cinnamon and milk.

Cute little cafe with a nice outdoor area. The coffee was good and the barista was super nice. Unfortunately they’re not selling breakfast sandwiches due to covid but their delicious muffins made up for it - I highly recommend the cheese and strawberry muffin!

My vanilla chai tasted exactly like my childhood cinnamon roll cereal and it brought me BACK. 10/10 the best chai latte I’ve had.

This is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops. The baristas are always friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is always clean and well kept, the patio seating is nice, and the interior seating typically has enough outlets for those looking for a place to plug in. The shop offers standard coffee and tea beverages, pastries and some alcoholic beverages too. Definitely a great place to check out in the Highland Creek area!

My husband and I had breakfast here. The staff is super friendly and very nice. Food is really good. They have the best vanilla chai tea latte Ive ever had! Sorry not sorry Starbucks.

This coffee shop is pretty cool. I love the drink options and the atmosphere. There is a large outdoor seating area, I noticed a dog bowl which is a great idea. Our drinks came up fast and were amazing. There is beer and other drinks available, a really neat idea. It was pretty calm when we went, we were 2 of 4 people visiting, this was at 2pm on a Monday. Definitely recommend this place if youre in the area!

Great place to go. Great atmosphere. I would encourage them to make sure they keep a minimum of 2 people on staff at all times though. We went the other night and there was only 1 worker so we waited quite a while for drinks and he was stressed and we got iced drinks instead of hot. We drank them and they were super tasty. Just a suggestion.

Ive come here three times and think its awesome to have a place so convenient to me thats unique, delicious and has such varied offerings. In the morning, the coffee is excellent but when I come here after work to do schoolwork, being able to enjoy a glass of wine is fantastic. The music is always great, but not playing too loudly, the staff is always super friendly and while I have not come to any of their live music or craft nights, think the idea is super cool. Good to see such a sweet small business doing well.

We stopped by here to try a new coffee shop since we were in the area and we werent disappointed.It was such a cute atmosphere and were vegan, so they made sure to double check the syrups for us!10/10 would recommend and well stop by again if were in the area!

Turtle mocha is just stupid good. Prices are fantastic, INCLUDING THE BEER/LIQUOR!!! They are also very creative with all their drinks. On top of all that, the environment is nice and the staff is INCREDIBLY helpful. Would recommend to anyone!!

Great coffee. Reasonable prices. Always quiet and never overcrowded. You can even get your coffee/espresso spiked here!Service is hit or miss depending on who you get. It ranges from being totally avoided, to being served but no smile or personality, to a big smile and a warm welcome. May be different depending on who you are, but thats my experience and I go at least once a week.

The add looked good and prices seemed reasonable. My wife’s quiche looked extremely sad, small and was pretty squashed on her side plate it was served on. It looked as if it was defrosted and the water was drained to make it appear as not being soggy. It still was soggy. It said ham an pepper on the menu, but no pepper was to found in it. The bagel I had was way to chewy, as if it was frozen and reheated in a microwave. The egg ham and cheese was did not present or tasted good. I was hoping for some good barista coffee and again, my house blend was bland and stood way too long in the serving pot. Hence had some acidity in the taste. QT’s coffee is about on par. My wife’s 16oz Skinny latte was half filled with froth on top and the coffee that was in the cup was very weak and presented grey. Will not visit again if I am looking for real coffee and great food to accompany it.

Locally owned shop. Beans are from Dilworth Coffee. Very friendly staff. Great patio and inside is small but cozy and comfortable. They offer mimosas for $3 on Sundays! Some local beers on tap and cold brew made in house.

We waited 20 minutes and my breakfast bagel came with cold sausage. I took it to the counter and politely asked if they could warm it. After another 15 minutes they brought another bagel but it wasnt what I ordered, and the sausage was cold on this sandwich as well. At this point all my friends were finished with their breakfasts, so we left. I wont be going back.

Great, friendly staff brewed a fine dark roast. I had a tasty muffin but the beer and food looked good too. Definitely a place this NYer will return to when visiting.

I normally come here whenever I visit my family in Charlotte because I am generally working from home or I have some work I have to do. This coffee shop is one of the few around this area so I am pretty limited but that is not necessarily a bad thing cause this place has a good, relaxing environment with a decent bit of seating. I normally get their teas which are always good but this time I ordered a cold brew. It wasnt the best cold brew I have tried but it wasnt the worst either. I didnt feel like I wasted money on it or anything I just didnt love it but I would maybe order it again next time Im back. My friend got a vanilla latte which was pretty disgusting but I think it was just one of those items that isnt their best. I have tried their baked goods before and theyre normally really delicious and they have a good variety of goods.

Love this little coffee bar in highland creek area. You can get almost anything you want here from coffee and tea to wine and mimosas.

Friendly service and good coffee. Breakfast sandwich, however, was lacking. Cold in the middle and not tasty. Could be improved with fresh ingredients. I will be back to try the spiked coffees though!

Only had coffee that was good there twice, once with Ally who was super attentive. And the second time was with Ren who is the sweetest. Every other time is awful. Don’t recommend going.

Great coffee and friendly service everytime I go. It’s also really close and convenient to my house. Only downfall is they do not have oat milk as a milk alternative. Being intolerant to milk, I can’t drink it and the other milk alternatives are nasty. Oat milk is the only one I can tolerate. Hopefully they carry it soon!

Coffee is fantastic, and the staff is even better! So good, in fact, that this is now a daily stop on my way to work! Yes, that good. There are rarely any lines when Im there and Im terrified of the day that the rest of the world realizes its there - the lines will be out the door!

Great coffee shop, different flavors than your big chain options. Environment is great, very relaxed, exactly what you want from a coffee shop. They also have a patio with a gate so you can bring your pets along if you so choose.

This coffee shop/bar is just wonderful. The staff are the best. The drinks, coffee and mixed drinks are delicious and great. It is on the smaller side, so seating can be challenging if they are busy. They also have a patio that is nice to use when weather permits. They are pastries, and they also have food, sandwiches and soups and theh also have breakfast choices. Definitely a great spot to study, catch up with friends, or have a buainess meeting.

We loooooove good coffee from small coffee cafes (we dont like big brand coffee like the well know places)...and this is our favorite spot in the whole Charlotte area. Never a bitter cup of coffee, even from the regular drip. The baristas know what theyre doing, too. Never a bad latte or cappuccino.
