I had the farmhouse bagel and it was amazing! The cheese bagel itself was soft and tasty and I loved the addition of the smear on the farmhouse. I also loved the cheesy hashbrown. Service was fairly quick and parking was a breeze. The only con was the dining room and drink area seemed like it needed more regular cleaning which i am sure has to do with being short staffed like everywhere else. We took our food to go but had we had time I would have been fine sitting on the patio.

Pictures of this nearly $7 bagel should say it all. Relatively friendly staff and quick service but the bagels are strangely chewy and the food is just gross.Between this ‘bagel’ and a small iced coffee I spent the same $11 I spend at Starbucks on a breakfast sandwich and venti coffee. Needless to say I will not be eating here again

Stopped here during my visit to Charlotte for a quick bit, wasnt too impressed, bagels were on the softer side and lacked texture. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee was tasty and they offered different roast.

Ive been visiting Einstein Bros. Bagels for years. The staff is quick to get your order in. Food is ready in minutes. Good quality food. Great coffee. Even their regular customer base is cool. Einstein Bros. is a very warm and inviting place to grab breakfast.

I have had the lox bagel several times. I normally love it. This last time I had it I’m pretty sure the salmon was rotten. It tasted absolutely horrid and the smell was putrid. This experience ruined this place for me.

Service is consistently great. Consistent food and coffee.Can get pretty busy during normal hours and parking can be tight, but that shouldnt be shocking.

This is my morning go too. The bagels are consistently good, the staff is super nice, especially for being awake at 5:30 in the morning and the coffee is always fresh. I dont even drink coffee, but Everytime Im here, they are making a new batch. Like every time!

The bagel was amazing. Its best to call your order in. If you want unique bagels..I got a plain bagel that she added cinnamon and surger to the top of it. They was out of alot of bagels. The two young ladies completed my order. It is 3.08 in the afternoon. Thank you for the amazing bagel

Waited forever along with many others like we were waiting for THE vaccine in that lobby. One thin layer of egg & bacon crumbs. Initially wanted blueberry bagel but none available. All while staff had me standing there looking dumb for 40 mins.

What great bagels-always! I got a vanilla latee & sesame bagel (toasted seeds!) w/butter. My pal and I picked Einstein for outdoor eating and their large front patio with many...tables did not disappoint. I alert it is a bit noisy at street level in heavy traffic, but not motivated to drop stars. Besides, Googles GPS illustrates Einsteins less busy times. Go! Enjoy the outdoors ...before you cant enjoy the outdoors!

Dirty unsanitary place with bad food. Garbage all around. A cooler was leaking water all over the floor. Nothing looked like it gets wiped down. The bagels were horrible. You could get better bagels at a grocery store.

This Einstein Bagels location has somehow single-handedly invented time travel. Incredible! Stepping inside in February 2021, I was magically whisked back in time to February 2020 when no COVID protocols were observed. No social distancing, very little mask wearing, shoulder-to-shoulder people... It’s like we’re not even in a once-a-century global pandemic in here! Incredible!Seriously though, unless you want your coffee and bagels with a side of coronavirus, go somewhere else.

I wasn’t very happy with the customer service on my visit last week kinda ruined the experience for me.

Rude manager, forgot to take my points, just all around horrible experience. Very, VERY disappointed. Just because you wear a face mask, does not mean your facial micro expressions are lost to the public. Your eyes portray more than you know. How about some decent and common courtesy to the people frequenting your place of establishment. Especially when theyve driven awhile specifically to get some good bagels.

Bagel okay and store not so clean....

Ordered two breakfast bagels a while ago through Postmates and upon the delivery while unwrapping the bagels my girlfriend pulled hers apart and found a long thick hair in the middle of it which was very upsetting as we’ve really enjoyed the food many times before. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with a manager, the employee answering the phone asked what the issue was and I explained what had happened, she proceeded to put me on hold to pass the phone to the manager, after which I repeated the situation and voiced my concern with what happened. After asking for a new bagel the manager said they would accommodate to that, yet offered no apologies or had any sympathy towards us. I drove over to pick up the bagel and after entering the store I spoke with the cashier in front and told him what occurred that day, he also didn’t apologize or say anything and simply handed me the bag with the bagel. I was very upset with the way I was treated and have not gone back since. I have worked in the food industry for 5 years now and have never witnessed such negligence towards a customer. The lack of ownership that was exhibited was infuriating and appalling. Yes, anything can happen. Yes, everybody is human. However, considering that, a human should give a damn if you purposefully or accidentally provided a poor quality experience with whatever it is, this was completely unacceptable and doesn’t even seem like an accident anymore considering the poor reviews this location has gotten over the past 5 months. Customer retention is not rocket science, it’s a standard of hospitality that every business should strive for if it wants to succeed. Clearly, this one does not.

It is not clean, manager should really improve this but Food is ok and customer service is good.

Sigh. Went to this location on 7/15 and there was one employee. There was a slicing knife on the FLOOR and he picked it up and put it with the other utensils. He then proceeded to take payment with gloves on then went to making food. I left with nothing. On 7/16 I ordered a turkey and white cheddar cheese sandwich. I picked up my food, took it to where I was going and was so irritated to see that I had a ham sandwich with no cheese. I typically love this place but something is going on. Maybe there is a different manager? Who knows. But I won’t be going back.

Friendly staff and management who have been there for years and care about their products and remember their customers. Discounts on app like free coffee or free bagels. Great Caribou Coffee which is way better than Starbucks. IMO. Located in an old service station in Historic Dilworth close to Uptown.

This place is super busy! The location is so beautiful & in a nice area. The scenery is amazing and the food was worth the wait. It was a little pricy for 2 people to eat bagel meals but do it anyway! No regrets! Its so worth it

My first time at this place andy experience wasnt good. Walked in and wasnt greeted by either employee. There were 2 of them present. One guy was maybe toasting bagels and just looked at me. The other guy was assisting a customer and looked up but didnt say anything either. Once, I asked the guy who wasnt helping a customer could I be helped. He stated the other guy would assist me. I said its my first time here how was I supposed to know that. He got mad and walked off. The other guy was still helping a customer than says something after this. He finally finished helping the customer and assisted me but never apologized for the wait. He gave me a 10 percent discount which I noticed after I left. Based on this experience, I wont return here for service again. Your experience maybe different so you can try them.

Paula, the manager, is a superstar and this entire review is dedicated to her and her team!!!I needed to place a catering order for over 100 people for a work event and every step of the way Paula was there for me and was incredibly helpful.When I first called for a quote she helped me get a discount and worked with me on my budget.When I placed a large order that was half pick-up, half delivery she said no problemWhen I called to update the order she was calm and collected.When I called on her day off, her assistant already knew the whole story and took notes and made the additional updates to the order.When I called to confirm the order everything was in place, including all of my updates!When I arrived to pick up half of the order at 5 in the morning SHE WAS THERE!When, at 5am, I decided to pick up part of the delivery order, SHE SAID NO PROBLEM!!!When the delivery part of the order arrived a few hours later, it was all correct and the delivery man knew about the whole order and was very helpful and kind.We had coffee, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, and fruit and it was all lovely. Quite frankly, the quality of the food was not my concern, I needed a large amount of food in a complicated fashion prepared accurately and people that would assure me that everything was going to work out. That is exactly what I got with Paula and her team.Thank you Paula!!

The bagel sandwiches were not terrible, but not worth the price or up to par with previous experiences at other locations. I wanted to, and should have cancelled my order due to how disgustingly dirty the front of the house was. There were 5 employees standing around with no line and my husband and I were the only customers. The tables were dirty, there was trash on the floor. I would have been graceful if it were busy, but cleanliness is important and it wasnt busy at all. I will not go back and I love bagel sandwich.

Loved this Bagel shop, Staff was Great, Greeted me when I walk through the door and proceeded to take my order I had such a hard time deciding what kind of bagel I wanted because of the large variety of different kinds of bagels and sides you can have I finally decided on and everything bagel with chorizo and eggs and boy was it great I enjoyed it and well go back when Im in the area. So if you live in the area or are visiting I recommend you stop by and you too will have a great experience.... Enjoy

The bagels werent fresh. They werent even hot, just warm. The cream cheese is their own brand, and it is gross. They have vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. The coffee is good, and the employees are nice, and it is a nice clean environment. Overall its not terrible, but I wouldnt recommend it.

Today was the first time I used Einstein for lunch catering. We got the Lunch for the Group package and it was absolutely fabulous. Everything was made from high quality ingredients that tasted as good as they looked. We are very excited to add them to our lunch rotation. Who knew? Should have called them long ago. They rock!

Man I love these bagels but why does Einsteins have to make it so difficult? Its as if they dont want my money.First, if you are new to this Einsteins and want a dozen bagels, you are going to have to call ahead. Because they never have enough bagels if you just walk in. So now that thats out of the way, you have to call to place an order for a dozen bagels. Should be easy enough right? No cause even if you call at 9am and ask for whatever bagels you want you get hit with a let me check if we have any left or a we are out of that kind or if they are being nice they will say I dont know when we are making more.These are all super unacceptable answers to hear at 9am. We are ordering bagels so you should be making them regardless. If you are worried about wasting bagels, Im sure you will still sell plenty with 7 hours left until you close. I know its more expensive, but you are better off getting Poppys Bagels.

I never leave reviews on here but I am pretty frustrated. My order was delivered without my coffee (which nbd accidents happen) and once I got that squared away and reordered my coffee waited for it to be delivered I open the bag with the bagel that was delivered prior. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. What I received was a bagel with a side of cream cheese in a small plastic container and a side of this smoke salmon paste in another small plastic container. Maybe I’m misunderstanding something b/c I’m from NY and we take our bagels very seriously but why would I pay extra money for smoked salmon paste. Additionally there are no utensils and I’m staying at a hotel so I’ll be using my finger to spread this cream cheese and salmon paste. I’m sorry for the bad review I don’t like negativity but what in the world.

Great restaurant with good quick service. It isnt the biggest restaurant, but it will seat a number of people. They are located in a very convenient area right off of South Blvd, and can be walked to fairly easy from around the neighborhood.

Its ok for a bagel shop. The coffee can use some work. Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean establishment. Wide selection of bagels. Maybe I went on an off day but I was not impressed with the coffee.

Holy smokes, best bagel and bagel sandwich in all of Charlotte. Got the The Farm House on a 6 Cheese bagel is amazing. I needed another bagel sandwich because there are several delicious looking options. Grabbed a Mac Sandwich which is on a bagel with baked Mac n cheese on top... literally. Was amazing. I actually have eaten at Brueggers for years, but this place definitely made me rethink my tasting order now. Highly recommend.

The avocado toast is amazing especially the garlic bits in it.

I have been visiting this establishment for sometime. Probably 3yrs. The district manager Paula is awesome person with great personality. It would be rated as 5 stars, but the new hire (tall male) who has been there for about 6 months is not customer friendly and has a rude demeanor. This person snatches my credit card out of my hand every single time and places it on the counter when finish with it. I overlook it and continue to return because of the district manager Paula.

They drastically reduced the menu and removed my favorite lunch sandwich. The one I ended up getting was not cut thin (like I asked), and it was chewy and cold. I have never had a bad sandwich there so I was very disappointed and will probably not return.

Me and my boyfriend ordered some special they had called the no yolk. He asked the guy if it came with cream cheese and he told us yes then we even told him what kind we wanted. The bagel was tiny... defiantly not a full sized bagel, had no cream cheese and they didn’t even toast it. It was horrible. We only went here because the bagel shop we wanted to go to up the street was closed. Waste of time and money. Hope they will refund me. Chains suck and this is a great example of one!

This shop is like most other Einsteins bagels. Good service - friendly and efficient. Good selection of coffee. Parking can be difficult. I usually pull around back (there are 5-6 spots back there).
