The cashiers were patient and knowledgeable about the products. They treated each person with respect

So i get a German chocolate apple. This is my favorite apple company. They are everywhere. However. I get a apple sliced. I walk to sit at my gate & the apple was brown. It wasnt even 10 minutes. I contemplated taking it back. When I did the cashier lady says. she forgot to tell me it will turn brown if not eaten in 30 minutes to an hour. Listen there is no way this apple was fresh. The type of brown was mushy & dark brown. There is no way in 10 -15 minutes my apple should have been mushy brown on the inside. Ive never experienced this poor excuse of a fresh apple from here. I guess they are use to people 🤷 taking and accepting bad apples. Not cool. I would have been extremely mad If i waited to eat on the plane & found an almost rotten middle apple. I purchased a speciality apple almost for $9. Oh they tried it! They are not selling fresh apples because the average traveler is rushing to get to their gate. Luckily for me boarding hadnt finished so i was able to run back to this location to show them the rotten apple. I was not prepared to have to debate and argue with the worker. The nerve to ask if i wanted another apple. Heck 👎 no!

I get a large caramel apple and I asked her to cut it for me. So nice and patient people. A bit on the pricey side but it was in the airport.

We got a big chocolate chip cookie. Uses cheap chocolate and hardly any flavor. Never again. Its one thing to cut back until you reach a point that customers wont bother to return.

The Millennium Apple is my go to. It is a caramel apple rolled in peanuts and covered in dark chocolate and then drizzled with white chocolate. The chocolate is good. The workers are friendly and accommodating.

All I can say is my fell in love with all of the products...lol.

We bought 3 different chocolates. Absolutely delicious but one was much harder than expected, didnt seem especially fresh. Service was fantastic, very friendly gal, caring demeanor. She did mention there was a larger shop upstairs, we went to the cart-like location downstairs.

Stopped by this place during a trip with my family recently. Chocolate is nice but I feel like the employees are treated poorly? You can really tell somethings up. Someone really needs to look into the management there or something. Really affects the vibe of the place yknow? But like I said the chocolate is nice! Probably wont come back though.

Nice selection of large peanut butter cups. White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate varieties.I do have concerns about the staff keeping hands clean. On my last visit, a staff member came out from the back with a broom and dust catcher. They did a little sweeping behind the counter, put the sweeping tools to the side and immediately asked me for my order. It seems they should have left to wash hands first. I declined and told them I was not ready. They then went to the back and returned a little later. I asked if they cleaned their hands and they said they went back and washed dishes. I again asked if their hands were cleans, since I saw them sweeping the floor earlier. They said they were clean. And I placed my order. They did use paper when pulling my chocolate from the display.It seems there may be too little attention being given to hygiene.

I’m a little concerned because at Charlotte Douglass Airport store the woman who was making the Carmel apples wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves!The other woman at the register had her mask pull down on her chin and coughed into her ungloved left hand, crazy during these times!

Not the best RMCF location Ive been to, the chocolate I bought from the case was a bit stale, but a good selection of candy apples which were, as usual, delicious (and expensive).

Little shop inside the airport expensive but what do you expect from an airport.
