I definitely enjoy all the fruit and snack gifts. But youre smoothies not so much,are a little tart.

This is the best Edible Arrangements store Ive dealt with. The service and the attitude is great! Although really busy when I picked up my order yesterday, the staff was pleasant & professional. Valentines Day orders were coming in by phone as the cashier helped me and she handled everything while smiling!

Nice staff... earlier in the month I wanted to send something to my Mother in law...unfortunately they (Edible) could not get it out in time. I had never been to this location, but spoke to an employee and they were very helpful. Now I feel like I have a good go-to when needed....

A Super friendly lady helped us. She let us try a chocolate covered strawberry. It was so good. She made our smoothie when we got there, so it was fresh. We also bought a bag of the Maddie and Maize bourbon popcorn. That was very good as well.

I placed my order from out of state. When placing the order, I got the delivery address wrong. It was a next day delivery so I called the after hours number and they fixed it immediately with a simple text. Absolutely amazing customer service and delivery.

They had the perfect arrangement for my moms birthday. They are very nice and on time. Definitely will be using them in the future

Yummy yummy yummy! Stopped in to treat myself to a dipped fruit cone (hazelnut bananas & strawberries). Soooo good! The ladies were very friendly & patient while I made up mind on which delicious choice Id choose. Will be back again soon!

I would say I’m a frequent visitor to the Edible Arrangement site & I am never disappointed. They always have what I’m looking for & pretty much at a Convenient price. The arrangements are always well put together & definitely fresh!

Received excellent service. When our order was delivered the recipient wasn’t there and I simply received an email saying not to worry that they will take care of it at not extra charge, and that’s exactly what they did; I didn’t even have to call to do a follow up. My recipient was super happy with the presentation and quality of the product.

I received my first arrangement and I was so impressed. The fruit was fresh and ripped to perfection and with the dipped chocolate the taste was exquisite. Very impressed! Quality work.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I had a last minute request to send a basket to an important client. Faith assured me that it was possible and they would take care of everything...and they did within 3 hours!! THIS STORE TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY!!! Made an order and thought we ordered for same day delivery. Called the store to change the note on the card. The representative did not confirm the delivery date and my failure to confirm made a mess of things. I thought edible arrangement at this location failed to deliver my order. However, they didnt it was mainly my fault for ordering it on the wrong date. My wife was in the hospital due to an pregnancy emergency which resulted in an induced delivery. I wanted to show her how much I appreciate what she had went through. The manager called me the next day to clear up the misunderstanding. I was satisfied with the service prior to talking to the manager because I realized the error that I made and not the store. However, the conversation with the manager made me even more happy.

Very Poor Customer Service. Received chocolate strawberries for mothers day that were very wet when opened and by next day chocolate was all discolored. Not appealing at all. Notified Edible Arrangements and they created a case file 0546867. Trying to make them aware of condition of arrival from a few hundred miles away. Thank you and apologize would have been nice.

I am so flabbergasted, placed an order today for an arrangement for my God daughters 8th birthday, I live out of the state.. wanted her to get the experience of going in and picking up and when they got there at 6:40pm THEY WERE CLOSED ..EARLY... NO COURTESY CALL AT ALL!!????? I was very clear in what I wanted and even asked them to be super nice to her as she is the sweetest girl youll ever meet. She even asked for the persons number who will be picking up. How does this happen???? But you got my money???? I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PISSED AT SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE GONE SO SMOOTH...WOOOOOW....IM sure they are great ppl but this is SO WRONG, SHE WAS VERY EXCITED...YOU DISAPPOINTED HER.
